😠 Poor drive thru experience, I came 45 minutes before they closed so I thought it was safe to order but ended up waiting like 18 minutes for two teeny tiny burritos. I paid 12 bucks a burrito and honestly you could probably get a better deal at any other burrito place in town for that. Small and skim... Small and skimpy, this place used to be so good but now it’s just less than mid.

Man this place use to be delicious, I dont know what happened but the last 5 or 6 times I've been here it has been disgusting. This last time, and will be the last time. I ordered an all American burrito, with cilantro ranch instead of fry sauce. When I got my burrito, there was no cilantro ranch, the meat tasted like it was days old... (looked like it too) no fries in the burrito. & our order of tater tots were burnt. We called and complained, and were told we could come back when the fryers were working.. so we came back two weeks later, to give it one last chance. And I wish I wouldn't have. My burrito was filled with grease. I will not be returning.

We just went through the drive-thru. We were craving tots and this is what we got. Like the previous post from 3 days ago, the tots were overcooked and cooked in very old oil. The flavor leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. I love Sweeto Burrito, my experience here this time was the worst! If you can, go to a different location.

I have no idea how Sweeto Burrito has gone downhill so fast throughout the past few years. My spouse and I loved to come here every time we came to Utah. They literally had the best fries I’ve ever had… now they’ve changed them and the burritos don’t even taste good either.

I used to really like this place, and maybe it's only their Orem location that has gone down hill, but I won't be going back. The last couple of times we've been have been bad experiences. On one occasion they messed up our order and didn't give us one of our burritos. I spoke to the manager who said they'd refund us for the missing item, but they never did. This last time, food was ordered ahead of time but we still had to wait 30 min after the pickup time. Everyone complained that their burritos were dry and they've really shrunk and lacked the awesome flavor they used to have. Ordered a couple of extra chips & salsa to share with the team and what came was a joke. 9 chips for $3. Should have bought a bag of chips and salsa from the store it would have been good for the week.

Not what it used to be. I went here for years and the food was affordable, fresh, hot and near perfect. However, since the 'rona virus this place has fallen down and its depressing. I went once and the All American burrito tasted like it was left on a shelf for a week. However, the last time I went I took my 4 year old with me for lunch and I ordered fries for him and an all American for me. It wasn't busy at all, it was me and one other family (whom waited 45 minutes and they left upset). I literally waited with my son for 30 minutes and there were no other customers and the staff was making food but very slowly. I soon asked the store Manger. He was kind and professional, and told me he would refund me. I soon got my food and now the burrito is half the size (but cost more, shrinkflation! Look it up people) and it's no longer what it used to be. The food no longer fills you up and it cost more, plus you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get the food. Sorry guys, you are going downhill, i wont return.

First time - pretty dang good burrito, enjoyed it. As long as I don't try to think of it as Mexican food, I'm ok with it.

Honestly kind of a weird experience. The workers were nice but the place was completely dead at 6:30 PM, which is weird for a location to be closed at 7 PM on a weekday. The food was decent, and I got a breakfast burrito. It would be better if the tortilla was cooked but that’s not the biggest deal. It’s an interesting environment, but I’d probably don’t see myself coming back.

The burritos here are amazingly delicious! They have a variety of different burrito choices based on popular food combinations, such as a cheeseburger style ingredients in a burrito or boneless buffalo chicken, breakfast, or everyone’s favorite the Carne Assassin that has multiple meat styles! It’s super creative and the burritos are quite larger for the price you pay, so it’s very filling for the price! I’ve gone multiple times just to try the different style offerings! The breakfast one is great in the mornings! So try it out, you won’t regret it!

What is up with these tiny burritos? I was really excited to come here because I love the buff chick, but man, these are tiny, TINY burritos, I don't remember them being so small. Also the sauce for the buff chick is nothing like I remember it, did they change recipes? I'm sorry I expected so much better than this, I'm sorry but I lost the interest for this place. So disappointing.

Their burritos are really good. It is nice that they're now offering value $5 burritos as their regular burritos can get quite pricey. My main complaint is how long you have to wait in the drive thru to get food. I order 2 burritos with no cars in front of me and I end up sitting for 15 minutes. It seems like whoever is working at the window is high as a kite as you can see them leaning against the wall or window doing absolutely nothing. I like the quality and taste of the food but the time it takes to get it makes me not want to return to this location

A little pricey, but good! I've had both the regular and $5 Burritos. They aren't huge, but they have good fries, and give you a big bowl of them. Pic below is a $5 burrito.

Amazing!!! Fresh and tasty ingredients. The carne assassin is the best burrito here! All the burritos come with a great side too. Really good chips and salsa

Fun variety of burritos. The fillings range from breakfast style to one's that include onion rings, are Buffalo style, etc. The food is good and with cool, off-beat flavors, but it is a little more expensive when comparing to other local burrito shops, but not because the price is sky- high, but because the size is smaller. Note: Size: the burritos fairly large and filling, but not large enough that you can't finish it. If you are comparing with local cafeteria style Mexican grills (Cafe Rio, Costa Vida), the burritos are probably 2/3 size. Price: burritos range from$7.50-10.50. There doesn't seem to be a size difference between the different burritos, just the filling. Kids Meals: kids meals range from $2.50-4.50. My daughter got the Lil Cheesy, a cheese quesadilla. It does not come as a meal, but they used a full size tortilla, so it was considerably sized, especially compared to other restaurants.

We did a live review on my youtube channel @DrunkenChefBbq check it out. This place is under new ownership and management. Hugo the manager and the lady cooking were so nice and they allowed me to film live inside. The place is clean and organized. Food is awesome. Burrito deals are awesome too. I definately recommend stopping by this place. Be sure to chek out my review on youtube for detailed comments on each burrito. Thank you Hugo for being AWESOME. See you again soon. ✌️✌️✌️

This place hits the spot! The burritos and the sides are quality. The chips are comparable to chilis. Fries we’re good too. They don’t accept any coupons besides their reward program due to a new owner of the business. We came in with a coupon and they told us for future reference we couldn’t use them but he still gave us a discount! Very friendly staff. Very clean. Their mint limeade was really good too

I’m only giving 4 stars because the burritos are kinda pricey. But the burrito I just ate was the best one I’ve ever had!! The quality was amazing and everything was fresh. I don’t know who made my burrito but props to them. I’ve been here a couple of times but today was the best one yet. I had the carnivore I highly recommend that one.

First time trying it and Food was amazing. My wife had the buff chick and I had the smokehouse. They were so good I want to go try the other burritos. Tots were good too. They were not undercooked like most places do. The only thing I didn't like was one of the employees ( with a mustache and goatee) was flossing his teeth in the kitchen area.

Great burritos! I especially think the Buff Chick is good. Was a little disappointed by the classic Sweeto, though. Definitely go for another one, because the rest are great! Also get the full size burrito, the $5 ones are not nearly big enough.

The Burrito is delicious. The only problem is it was not worth for me. The size of the burrito it's not a decent size. I may eat 2 but the price is the same of Betos or rancheritos. I feel really satisfied eating Rancheritos or Betos. 3 stars is OK.

The food might be good but I will have no way of knowing because it is taking way too long to get it. We have been sitting inside here for almost 40 minutes waiting for two burritos. I might understand if they were busy but they literally are not busy! The inside is empty and the drive thru has a few cars in it but the problem seems to be that they only have 3 people working, and they are not working very quickly. For the price and quality of food it definitely is not worth the wait.

2 bathrooms that hold 1 person each. The door has a deadbolt type lock so you know you locked it right. The decorations match the rest of the restaurant. Paper hand towels. Handicap bars. No toilet seat covers or changing table.
