Decided to go here to get a manicure with my daughter. She was really excited, it was going to be her first manicure, she's 5. Got there before they opened so we could be in and out quickly. We waited until 15 minutes past opening and they were still closed. Decided to go elsewhere because my daughter was getting upset and wanted to go somewhere that was open. Disappointing.

I’ve gotten a pedicure here before and it was really awesome!! I loved them and they did a really good job with not only the paint job, but the massage. I went there most recently to get my acrylics removed. I thought instead of ripping them off and ruining my nails at home, I would soak them off. Instead of buying the materials that would be used once and then sit at my house, I decided to go to a place for them to take them off. So I went here, and I was very disappointed. She just ripped them off like I would at home!! Not only did it rip the acrylics off, but it even ripped off my nail on the top. It hurt really bad while she was doing it too. No my nails have cracks and are ruined and they hurt from being ripped off. I am so mad I paid for ruining my nails that I could’ve done at home.

I came at a busy time with no appointment and they got me in after 30 minutes. Moon did exactly what I wanted and was so fast! She’s so great at what she does! My nails look perfect for my wedding on Saturday. Thank you!

Okay, my experience was the absolute worst! All I wanted was some gel nails. Not a very hard request at all. I didn’t ask for fancy designs or anything. Just some prettily painted nails for Christmas. First, my nail tech was very rushed. She barely gave me time to choose my color. She literally threw samples at me. She seemed frustrated and distracted the whole time. She was watching a show on her phone and took calls while doing my nails. So, it shouldn’t come as a shock that my nails turned out bubbly, there was paint on my skin, and not nearly enough coats were applied to my nails. You can see through to my nail. My 2 year old niece could do a better job. On top of all of this, the place is so dirty, I’m worried I’m gonna get an infection. Honestly, I want a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to ANYONE!

First we were on time and we wait close to 20 minutes then when the girl asked me what I want I Asked for a French tip on my nails the tip was really thick so my nails look really bad. This was my first time asking for a French tip so I didn’t know how it will be. Just for the future they should tell the clients how is the process so they don’t get surprise how the nail looks. After the girl finish my” French tip” I have to wait another 20 minutes so the other lady can finish up my nails. Because I was not really happy with the result I asked to put color . 👎 this was a disaster, my nails looks like a little girl did the job. Seriously, I never ever going to use their services. Plus the place is dirty. Bel agio it is the best!

I came here yesterday and it was OK so I decided to go back today with my Seven year old daughter and it was a terrible experience. I wanted to have acrylic nails done and my little one wanted gel nails. When we got there one of the ladies said “pick a color” I was trying to find one for my daughter and I was asking questions to her when another lady approached the salon and saw it was busy so left and the lady I was talking to blow me off Run behind the other lady who was leaving and made her come back to get the service done. Not only she went to talk to her and left me talking to alone but she serviced her FIRST with a pedicure and manicure letting me and my daughter waiting. At this point I wanted to leave but my daughter was so excited to get her nails done for the first time, that I couldn’t. The other lady was looking at the clock because she was doing an acrylic set and was late a for fill and she wanted to do my nails in between, after she was finish with that lady she was servicing, I knew she wasn’t going to be able to do my set in 15 minutes so I Asked her to just do my daughters nails, she was very rude and talk to my daughter in a very cold way as if she was mad or inpatient, till the point my daughter was a little bit scared. When it was the time to pay I went to give her $15 and she said $10 so when she saw that I pull up $15 she quickly said “no $15”. Never going back there, for what I can see in the other reviews other Hispanic people had the same experience, maybe they’re just racist.

The workers were so rude to the clients. Made her feel like a bother, the worker was very short tempered with the client. The nails look ok but the experience was a nasty one

They do beautiful work. There’s not many nail techs, though. So although I made an appointment, they didn’t get to me for another half hour. But the results were just as I wanted!

Super long wait even when I had an appointment. They sat me in a pedicure chair that had not been cleaned from the last client full of dirty water and asked me to put my feet on a clearly dirty sopping wet towel. I asked if the towel was clean and if I could get a clean one and they acted like they don’t replace towels? They had to look for about 3 minutes just to find a new towel and then talked amongst each other about me undoubtedly. They started a walk in’s full set before me after I had been waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time. They finally started and were super rough, made 3 of my toes bleed, onto the towel which they probably won’t change. The actual job was alright but overpriced at 40$ for a pedicure for the uncleanliness and overall experience.
