**Update: nem management and they are the worst! Super rude and arrogant, thankfully lease is about to expire and we will be out of here! We’ve lived here for two years and our complex was recently purchased by new management. They are so much better, they worked with us and helped us with everything we’ve asked for and more. Since the new management I would for sure recommend especially if you go to UVU plus Walmart is super close.

Lily, the leasing agent was very helpful and so sweet in telling me all about the features of their community. The apartment I toured was beautifully updated and decorated in such a cute and inviting way! I would definitely recommend stopping by to see them!

This place is really something they force you into new contracts when you can’t afford to stay there and get eviction notices then when you leave they over charge for gas, electricity,sewage,trash that was already paid in rent plus they can’t control their smokers who smoke by the door and the pets they can’t get owners to pick up so they ask neighbors to tell on them tents are out of control this place avoid at all costs it isn’t worth it they will make sure so can’t get another place management is a jerk I was left homeless they have made it impossible with all of their lies

Love the accommodations the apartments are so private. The environment is so clean. I love that I can go wash and it is a peaceful space! It truly is a place you can call and make your home!

I’m very glad my partner made me hold off on writing a review for this place until we had fully moved out. If you talked to me in July I would’ve told you this place is terrible, but the new management did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING in their power to make the previous managements wrongs right. We lived here for a year and had multiple issues from the get-go. I won’t delve into them because even though the new management had nothing to do with it, they made sure we were taken care of when we moved. I truly do have high hopes for this place, and have full confidence that the new management will make it a great place to live.

I didn't feel safe living here. The cops came by LOTS. Neighbors were super noisy and the manager always took their side.

The maintenance man is super professional. He takes care of what is need and requires to be done. He's a great guy and treats everyone like he wants to be treated. He has the knowledge for the jobs that need to be done and cares about what the tenants need. He's respectful and goes out of his way to see what he can do. We thank him for his hard work.

The only thing Tayson & Lilly care about are their Bonuses. They do not care about fixing maintenance issues they would rather Harass and accuse tenants with ZERO proof. Don’t waste your time or money here. I wish Redstone would find another property to prey on! Will NOT be renewing my lease!

Had an amazing experience living here, the management specifically Kinsey was the best I've ever had living in apartments / rentals, she super professional and I've never had one issue she wasn't able to resolve . The maintenance crew was awesome, pretty much does the repair as soon as the work order is written. All around a great place to live really close to good restaurants , UVU and the highway. If I didn't have to move I would have signed an other year lease .

Stay clear of this place they try to rip you off in anyway possible and you have to deal with management that is very sucky there was stuff done to the apartment when I moved in and now they are trying to charge me for the damages that where done before I moved in this place is so high priced and they keep you living here after you lease is up and they are over priced for a two bedroom that the back rooms get super hot and they suck at getting things fix two when a whole summer without a/c causes management plus Maintenance are to lazy to keep up with their appartments
