Only giving this place 2 stars because the receptionist was friendly. Dentist was with me maybe 10 minutes. I told him more than once I was in pain with what he was doing and he continued roughly with my teeth. I have had gum tests done for years, but none done so roughly that I was crying. The hygienist was nice, but she seemed newer and did not appear to have treated braces before. Overall everyone appeared disinterested and just wanted me out. Go somewhere else if you can. Edit: giving this a one star now for the response from the owner. For the record, my gums were not infected and he said my teeth looked good at the time of treatment.

I showed up for my appointment today and the door was locked. I called twice and could hear the phone ringing inside. Least they could of done was call me beforehand to reschedule...never been ghosted by a dentist before. Weird. Edit: I waited in my car for 10 minutes and called them 3 times with no answer. Lol, then as I was leaving the parking lot I saw some fool in scrubs walk through the back door! These guys were in there while I was cooking in my car?! I decided to hell with this place and drove home. Just to make sure I wasn't the fool, I called them one more time with the hopes of confirming my appointment and this time they answered! The dude on the phone asked for my name and when I gave it to him either the call dropped or they straight hung up on me. Yo this place is wack!

It’s been years since I’ve gone to the dentist and when I found this one I was nervous because I was so use to my regular dentist back home. Right away I called and tried to make an appointment and to my surprise it was fairly quick. (Meaning I didn’t have to wait weeks on end) The staff are very friendly and have a wide range of amenities for you as you wait. They have a a little children area with toys and a tv and also free little snacks for them as well and you as you wait. As you get seated in their chairs for your appointment they have a tv on the ceiling so you can watch a Netflix show of your choosing. Over, all this a great place to go too and try.

The dentist was very patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. He also made good recommendations to improve my personal dental hygiene.

Wow, super impressed with this place! They really care about their clients having a good experience. They offer tons of complimentary items and services to make sure you have a good stay. I brought my husband and baby along and they had plenty of space and were comfortable. Kid friendly, high quality equipment, good atmosphere, friendly staff, and professional dentist. Would definitely recommend!

This dentist.......................................... where to start..... I came in (3 times) to get ONE crown seated... each time the dentist could not fit it on my tooth and kept blaming the lab that made the crown! He drilled the crown to make it fit over and over .... the third appointment he finally got the crown on.... only after drilling a big hole right through it without telling me about it!!! About 3 months later the crown fell off! This office has not answered any of my calls or messages! I drove over and they appear to be out of business! Worst dentist in the world!

The hygienist was very careful to make sure I wasn’t in pain during my cleaning since I have sensitive gums, and the dentist is honest and personable. Super glad to have found this place. Highly recommend it.

I haven't been to the Dentist in almost 3 years and decided to go to Double Take since they were the highest rated company that takes my insurance. The whole experience was very positive. The staff was friendly and personable and the doctor offered a free cosmetic procedure to help my bite feel more even. I would recommend these people to everybody!

I appreciate this dental office! It was my first time and I had a great experience. The inside of the building is really nice. (Ya know, aesthetics matter!) They got me in for an appointment quickly! I was surprised. Everyone from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist were all great to work with. Dentist is a super personable guy and makes you feel comfortable. I also appreciate that my hygienist provided me with a dental plan. The receptionist was great with letting me know about pricing and going over that info with me. I’d recommend them. :)

I needed a cleaning on my teeth. The other dentist in Orem I started going to, Young family dental, didn't communicate well. I found Double Take Dental on Google. I saw they had great reviews. I went into get a teeth cleaning. They are very affordable and work with you. I absolutely love the amenities. I choose the juice, massage chair, and aromatherapy. They explained my tooth needed a crown because it was chipped. Young family dental never told me that the real reason for a root canal, which double take dental said it was unnecessary. Thanks Double take dental for taking good care of my teeth and communicating thoroughly. You treated me well at my first first like I was in first class.
