We
have
visited
there
on
many
occasions
over
the
past
few
years
and
each
experience
has
become
progressively
worse.This
week
I
was
given
a
$10
off
coupon
in
their
app.
So
tonight
when
we
went
to
dine
there,
we
ordered
our
food,
and
when
we
went
to
check
out
they
said
the
coupon
wasn't
working
and
we
couldn't
use
it.
It
was
not
expired.
The
young
man
did
not
even
try
to
get
help
until
I
said
the
whole
reason
we
came
here
tonight
was
because
we
had
a
coupon.
He
still
wasn't
going
to
do
anything
about
it,
so
we
said
we
were
leaving.
He
then
went
to
get
some
help,
all
while
people
in
back
of
us
were
waiting
in
line
for
at
least
10-15
minutes.
So
while
he
talked
it
over
with
a
coworker,
the
lady
behind
us
got
fed
up
and
put
cash
on
the
counter
and
left.
He
then
charged
my
card
a
second
time,
and
we
thought
it
worked.
We
went
to
sit
down
and
he
came
over
to
us
and
said
they
still
couldn't
get
it
to
go
through
with
the
discount.
We
went
back
up
to
the
counter
and
waited
another
10
minutes
while
our
food
was
getting
cold
while
they
tried
to
solve
the
problem
again.
He
didn't
even
notice
as
we
walked
out,
and
we
won't
be
going
back.
Horrible
customer
service!
Inept,
unfriendly,
unapologetic,
to
us
or
the
other
customers.
Why
not
get
a
manager
to
just
take
$10
off?
or
don't
charge
us
for
one
of
the
meals?
About
a
month
previous
to
this,
a
similar
thing
happened
with
trying
to
use
the
Cafe
Rio
cash
we
had
earned.
When
I
tried
to
use
it,
he
said
he
couldn't
get
it
to
work,
and
we
couldn't
use
it.
That
time
we
shrugged
it
off
and
paid
for
it.
Never
again.
There
are
many
other
good
Mexican
restaurants
nearby
and
there's
no
reason
to
subject
myself
or
yourself
to
this.
GO
SOMEWHERE
ELSE!!!
