Dirty plate, unfriendly staff and the worst croissant I have ever had in Italy.

Worst staff ever, the woman that was on work today 8 July 2023 at 03:42 was so rude. There are no chargers in the whole airport, you need to pay (with coins nooo cards) to charge in charger station, and i went for it and went to an ATM as she told me to get cash and exchange to coins to charge my phone to get the boarding pass on my phone, she didnt accept to exchange at all and was so rude, shouting infront of everyone. I asked her what can i do where do i exchange she said i dont know, wait till 05 am and find somewhere else i dont have change. She could definitly have said it in a better way and been nicer, i wanted to eat breakfast there but with this service, big NO!!

Unhelpful staff had poured out 2 meagre glasses of nasty Chardonnay before I had finished paying at the till. When I suggested I don't actually like Chardonnay she was very unhappy and then told me she didn't have my choice of their limited wine selection chilled, so when I pointed to the bottle in the chiller she was even less happy. Result an over priced (but hey it's an airport so no surprises there) and even smaller splash of wine in my 2 glasses. I might have to pop back to duty free😳

We ate a couple of salmon sandwiches and drank some coffee. I spilled my full cup of coffee by accident and they offered me a new one for free. The sandwiches were good and the coffee was great. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Very nice good service and perfect to spend some time while waiting for the plane. Antonio gives high end service!

Flys were everywhere.

We ate a bit and had a few drinks here, as well as a few cups of cappuccino. Food was fine, drinks... Well, my gin and tonic were half n half and the tonic had zero bubbles. The coffee was wonderful, though!

They advertise themselves as wine bar, but they have no idea about wine. They served us two glasses from different wines with big pieces of the cork inside and they didn't even care when we told them
