Had a disgusting experience with the angry old lady who was already mentioned in earlier reviews. I wasn’t ready to make order and she started yelling at me due to my ignorance. I tried to ask about the products she was selling but she refused to answer me (atleast in English, which should be the standard for an international airport). Also she was lying me about the avaibility of the product just to get rid of me. What on earth is this kind of human doing at customer service profession? Please never visit this place again. The employees do not have professional skills or manners.

The woman at the counter was just plain rude. They were mocking international clients for using English to order. She was offended because I've tried to say "thank you" in Italian...

I’m entitled to a food voucher due to severe delay. However, the staff refused to accept my voucher. After I paid and noticed that the voucher is unused, I asked him and the second staff told him that he should accept the voucher. Then he was like: So what do you want now!? I give you another what you paid for? Why do I need same stuff for twice? Especially when it tasted horrible. It’s a complete extortion.

I had an awful experience at this coffee shop. I was handed a receipt and didn’t realise you had to give it back in as never experienced this during my two weeks in Italy, so and put it in the bin. I explained what happened and The cashier confirmed I paid and a barista made the coffee but a third ‘woman’ refused to give it unless I fished it out of the bottom of the bin. The other staff laughing and this third woman screaming at todays entertainment of the stupid tourists. I have never ever experienced rudeness and humiliation like from these people. Please save yourself an awful experience and go elsewhere no coffee is worth this treatment to another a fella human even if they don’t understand your ‘system’.

Rude woman at the counter. She was shouting in Italian because she wasn’t able to speak English in an international airport. People should learn that shouting doesn’t make your opposite understand a foreign language.

Good sandwiches but rude service. The cashier rolled her eyes at me because I put my card in the machine to quickly, and that's after she put it in front of me😂 also one of the two lines is cash only and there's no information about that. They got annoyed at me for standing in the wrong line

actually the service was super nice, an energetic lady who didn’t understand much English but I succeded to communicate what I’d like. Love the vegan pastry!!

Really Bad Service and rude woman. I order a latte and she give me milk and then she laught. Sorry in germany we only say latte to latte machiato

Great focaccia

Everything closes down at 22.00, even the McDonalds, yet the ladies at Délice Maison sat and served everybody way past their closing time (at 22.45 they were still taking orders). We got a few of their sandwiches (Bufalino with Parma ham and a Grana Padano sandwich), which were delicious. Absolute heroes!

We requested a toasted ham sandwich without cheese. This was impossible to do as cheese apparently can not be removed from a sandwich. It was also completely beyond their skills and understanding to make a new sandwich without cheese. Pathetic.

I don’t recognize the common experience here. I was served a good cappuccino by a lovely lady.
