The Y? Why Not! Show was out filming some B-roll shots and stopped for lunch at The Cheesecake Factory in Orland Park Mall. Tony, our server, was spectacular. He has a great personality, informative on specials, and nice smile. Fast service and food suggestions were right on the mark. I love th interior design of the place. Go for the lunch specials and save money. It was a lot of food to be considered small portions Don't forget to get the free complimentary bread which Tony suggested. And don't forget to ask for Tony.

I haven’t been here in years but the food was surprisingly still good. I had a hamburger and fries which were good but I must say the salad tossed in vinaigrette dressing was a bigger hit for me! For $6.50 you get a huge plate of salad and you have the option of adding grilled chicken, steak etc. The prices are a little steep but I guess that’s everywhere you go. I will return but will try to add a side of meat with the salad, it’s a cheaper meal option with a huge portion size. I was too full for dessert.

Excellent food and service. We ate at this place a few times by now. We tend to try something new every visit. So far the taste of every dish was excellent. The servers are friendly and professional. The menu is definitely not cheap but the prices are not excessive either. You're definitely getting your money's worth. I'm not a big cheesecake person but my family love the cheesecakes. I always try another desert and loved my last selection. I don't think it's a place to go on a special occasion with your significant other due to the noise level, but your whole family would enjoy this restaurants foods.

This was my first time here and I must say it was a great experience. Restaurant was clean and we were seated right away. Comfortable calm ambient setting. Our waiter was cool and my 4 year old enjoyed the corn dogs and pretzel bites.

There just isn’t words to describe how amazing the cheesecake is here !!! I can eat an entire piece in one sitting to myself lol . I got the Basque Cheesecake with the strawberries and whip cream ofcourse!!! Allthough I did take this cheesecake to go I have ate inside before and I had fast and great service . Would recommend on getting a reservation before going it can get really crowded and long wait times for a seat . I also recommend the egg rolls appetizers they are soooo good !! The cheesecake obviously is the best part of coming here ! It’s also so fresh at the perfect temperature and soooo delicious!!! Burgers are super yummy here as well . Love this place !!

The place was bustling with customers, but it was a somewhat nice weekend and it was the first weekend Illinoisians were mask free. The service was wonderful and our food was delicious and served hot. Appetizers are large portion wise. Three days later I finally finished the salad and it remained fresh.

This location is great and the wait wasn't very long given that it was a Friday night. The menu is huge and every item we ordered was delicious,very much worth it. Our waiter was super sweet and gave us suggestioned based on what we said we were looking for- a wonderful young man. Refills came quickly, the food took almost no time at all, and we were out the door within an hour and a half. Will visit again when my 3rd year anniversary comes up for sure !

When we think about celebrations The Cheesecake Factory is always our first option and it never disappoints. We chose this location to celebrate my husband's birthday. We made a reservation at 7pm and arrived on time , we didn't even wait for a minute. So it is best to make a reservation if you don't want to wait!! From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. We tried 3 of their appetizer (Warm crab and artichoke dip , Thai Lettuce Wrap and Tex Mex Eggroll ) They were all delicious and cama as big portions so we took most of them to go .Thai Wrap was very interesting to taste , it is grilled chicken strips with peanut sauce and peanut chunks on it , I am not a big fan of peanuts but still liked it , my husband loved it I had Shrip Scampi and Steak Diane Combo , it was very good , if you like shrimp you gotta try Shrimp Scampi !!! My husband had Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane Combo and he also was very happy with his choice. For the dessert. He got Lemoncello Cream Torte and I had vannila bean cheesecake , I also had Adam's Peanut butter cup fudge to go because of my friend's suggestion so I gave it a try , it is kind a heavy but delicious. Overall we had an amazing bday celebration dinner here .Prices are definitely fair if you consider the quality and the dinning experience you are getting. Sonya's service was professional .Will definitely return to this location again and again.

Excellent restaurant with nice and setting. A little romantic. Nice service and great menus for everyone. We had chicken soup m, American cheeseburger and chickensandwich with Ceasar salad. The portions are generous. All in all a „we will come back„ rating.

How can you serve this. The chicken was burned from the outside and our pasta was hard and not soft at all. The calamari was barely a portion. Come on due better cheesecake factory.

This is a great place. Went there with the wife a couple days before Christmas the mall was packed we got in quick still they sat us next to people we didn't know which at first I was a little apprehensive on but fortunately they set us next to really nice people. The food was fantastic I had Baja chicken tacos with rice and beans. Wasn't too spicy just right I absolutely loved the rice and beans and the tacos are so good sexier than a Friday night! Wife got the chicken Parmesan pizza! Sit down this was out of this world fantastic my meal was great but hers was even better and I'm not a big pasta fan but this was awesome! Chicken parm baked perfection covered with a layer of cheese then some angel hair pasta then some more cheese! Awesome they gave us two rules of bread one dark one light the dark was really sweet and delicious. Are waitress is a very on time Professional and courteous woman who we just adored! I can't say enough good about our experience there thank you we'll definitely go again

My first time going to the Cheesecake Factory and it was just amazing. The food was so good. I have the buffalo chicken strips and afrado pasta and my mother-in-law had the street corn and a sandwich with a side salad and soup. Even the staff were very nice and sweet with us. Will love to come back and try the cheesecake cake this time. Will recommend to go and try it out

Ordered the Chicken Picatta via Door Dash. Found a rusty, metal wire in my pasta. Plus they forgot to include my slice of cheesecake. This was me giving The Cheesecake Factory one more chance... first time shame on them . Second time shame on me. Edit: Thanks for your response. I had already waited on the phone for 40 minutes ( 2x's) regarding the same order! The wire was found AFTER the initial issues were discussed. The thought of calling to wait another 40 minutes for the same order was unappealing. No amount of gift cards will get me to go back to this location. It's a shame really - I quite enjoy The Cheesecake Factory.

My husband and I wanted steaks and all the steak places were either closed or the wait was to long. He had buffalo chicken wings as an appetizer and rib eye steak for his entree. I had cheeseburger spring rolls for appetizer. They were good but the sauce that came with it to me didn't go. I had chargrilled new york steak for an entree. It was small for the price charged as well as my husband's steak. He had a long island and I got a blood orange margarita which was pretty good. I love their dessert. I got Linda's fudge cake and a warm apple crisp. The food could've been much better. It seems the drinks and desserts are the best things about Cheesecake Factory now.

I love their Sunday brunch menu those waffles are worth the trip. The cinnamon roll pancakes are killer too. Then to top it off they have a house made syrup that they should bottle and sale by itself

We always enjoy The Cheesecake Factory, the 4 stars are for the lighting. I know it's ambiance, but it's difficult on the eyes to read the menu and really really see your food. We had an amazing server, I wish I'd gotten her name before we left.

Very nice place to eat, good vibe, very clean, good service, not too expensive. They also have a very nice outdoor to eat (for date nights). Come and check it out you wont be dissapointed. You have to try their cheesecakes we got the mango key lime and it was very good.

We started with the buffalo blasts and it was on fire. The portion is enough for 3-4 people. for the main dish, we ordered the Carne Asada steak which is tasty but the portion is not enough. We also ordered the jambalaya pasta with chicken and shrimp, the chicken and the shrimp were so good and juicy, however, I didn't like the pasta, it was kinda sticky. We loved the atmosphere and the service, for sure will go back and try different dishes.

I have been coming to this location of the cheesecake factory for a while. It seems to be in a convenient area. I usually try to avoid Friday nights and busy weekends. The servers are very friendly and more than happy to serve you. Never have I had bad service here. Unfortunately they are understaffed and service is some times slower. Even though they are understaffed I always see everyone hustling. If you are going to go, avoid the busy times because you will be forced to wait outside for half an hour or more. As for the food, I have not had anything that I didn't like. I tried all their cheesecakes and they are fantastic. I honestly can't recommend a specific flavor because it really depends on what you have eaten beforehand and your mood. If you are going to take home some cheesecake, don't let it get warm. Even if you cool it down again it doest taste the same. I tried some of their burgers and all of them tasted great. But found serving size small. The meat quality was good. Their salads also very good but more than I could eat. The espresso they serve is slightly above average. This is better than most places, because most places the espresso is not even drinkable. The capuchino is more of a laté. Way to much milk. But good for a laté. Overall I would rate this location of the cheesecake factory 4 out of 5. If they perfect their coffee drinks and hire more servers it would be approaching a five.

Food was good, the biscuits in the chicken and biscuits looked like canned biscuits. They used to be fresh made, big and fluffy. Besides that food/drinks were good and consistent.

Strongly advise you to make reservations ahead of time, the day before. They are unable to quote and seat you accurately. Party of 3 quoted 1:15-1:30.... 2 hours later... 6 parties are still ahead of us, meaning at least another hour of wait, so a 3 hour wait minimum for a small party, not busy day. We shopped and stood around a looonnnggg time. Times are unpredictable. Take out might be an option or another restaurant if you are not willing to wait.

Took the family for lunch had and amazing time our waiter was amazing it was my boys first time and they said they would come back but one question they ask me was if we were in the cheese factory why we didn’t get a slice a of cheese cake I said we got full the food was good

The warm bread and butter were good. I had the egg roll sampler as an appetizer and the fish and chips. The tartar sauce for the fish was not good, and the fish was bland. The service was great, and my waiter was awesome. Of course, I took a slice of cheesecake home.

Last ladies' day out of 2023. The Korean Chicken was something different in a good way the flavaaaaa.. yesss. I was so surprised it had kimche,mushrooms, cucumber, rice ,glazed chicken.. I had extra kimche.. I loved it!! Oh yeah, that 🥥 majhito was definitely good. Don't forget about that Snickers cheesecake!! Our waiter was awesome !!

My pops birthday was today so he wanted to come here. I got the bang bang chicken and shrimp and it was delicious. Our waiter, Steven, was very attentive and provided awesome service.

I made a reservation I was celebrating my Birthday 🎂 upon arrival they proceeded to sit us but our table was taken so they sat us in a different spot. The food was great, I ordered a piña colada but honestly, it was not it my husband had a Long Island and his was pretty good. I did not like that their tables are super small and can't fit anything but ur drinks and 2 plates 🙃 And if you're looking for a quiet place this is not it.Those were my only issues. Other than that everything else was great.

The service and food were good. Only gave 4 stars on the food because my Coconut Thai chicken only had like 6 little cubes of actual chicken.

I had a great experience it being my first time. The staff are really respectful and friendly from the time you get there to the time you leave. You didn't have to look for the servers. The food, drinks and cheesecake were amazing. They offer a wide array of menu options and their dessert selection is awesome. I highly recommend.

I took my mentee here for dinner, it was great. I gave it a 4 stars because the noodles in the Shrimp Scampi were overcooked. I usually don't send food back and reorder but, I took a chance this time because I ordered a whole new meal which was the Bruchetta Shrimp; it was great. We had an appetizer and desert which totaled around 82.00 with a tip we spent 102.00

No indoor dining right now. They were well organized with their curbside pickup as well as walk in orders. I've walked in from the mall to get a couple pieces of cheese cake as well as ordering ahead and picking up in my car. Both experiences were positive.

I went to the one in Lombard. The service was PHENOMENAL!! This server was so attentive (I think her name was Lisa) & she joked around with us the whole time. The vibes were definitely right. The food was obviously amazing!! Had a great experience.

I came on a Sunday evening, about 6pm. Wait time was about an hour for 1 person. Food was good, considering it was very busy it came out really hot which I appreciate!. The portions are huge, will definitely have leftovers. Although they got rid of quite a few menu items like the Samoas( they were sooo damn good!) the menu is still a bit crowded but I guess they have something for everyone! My waitress was so pleasant. I wish I remembered her name. Cocktail was pretty good too. Raspberry lemon drop. Louisiana chicken pasta. About $45, pretty average dinner.
