If I can give this place 0 starts I would. I’m ashamed that this location is carrying the Chick-fil-A logo. It starts with the quality of the food. Everything is always cold, right when they hand it to you. Sweet tea isn’t sweet. Nuggets are small and full of veins. Your not allowed to complain. If you try to make a complaint or let management know your order wasn’t right, they don’t even bother to apologize or remake the food. At this location it’s “you get what you get and don’t have a fit “. Or more like “take your food and shut up” Once you pay that’s it. Whatever is In your bag, even if it’s the wrong food you must take it and go. Whatever happened to the southern hospitality and the “‘my pleasure” they use behind everything you ask for. Your lucky if you get some sauce here. Owner Kevin isn’t taking complaints seriously. He thinks he’s always right And has all management brainwashed to not hearing out the customer. He is a disgrace to this company. Sorry Kevin, but your food is disgusting and never fresh. You should work on better customer service at this sham of a restaurant

I’m so disappointed. I stopped by to pick up lunch before I went in to work and I grabbed two salads one for me and one for my coworker. When I went to go eat my salad I flipped it over to shake it I noticed all the lettuce was old, withered, and slimy. It’s not edible. I checked the other salad and it wasn’t as bad, but still old and withered. I tried to call the store to let them know what happened, but when I called their number I was routed to a customer service line where they said all they could do is pass the information along. They did nothing to help me. Both salads went into the trash.

Just bought two bowls of soup at the Orland Park location. They wedged two bowls of soup into a bag that was too small, and in my attempt to get the bowl out of the bag, I spilled boiling hot soup over my whole hand. The best I could get from the manager was that they only have two size bags and the other one is too big. There was no way to safely get the bowls out of the bag without cutting the bag open. Hey, Chick Fillet, you can figure this out so nobody else gets burned. It isn’t that difficult.

Although a little pricier here for the meals, it was nearly $30 for two meals, the food and service were great. The 4 pc chicken tenders tasted good, as well as the mac n' cheese. The frosted coffee was delicious too.

Gotta be the worst one out there. Had to wait 40 minutes for my order because they did not complete my order the first time and had to go back, wait again, get my order re done. Terrible service.

Had a 30 minute lunch break from work, so I had to get lunch and eat it fast. When I arrived, the restaurant was extremely busy. I went inside to get my order expecting it to take a long time. However, my order was literally handed out to me within two minutes. The chicken was amazing, fresh, and juicy. very impressive for how busy they were.

They are usually so good, but for the first time, they actually overcooked my chicken nuggets.

I ordered the Spicy Deluxe which is usually my favorite, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I found a hair in my meal. Not only was this unappetizing, it was also a major hygiene concern. I caught the attention of the staff, but unfortunately no one apologized to me and in return the cashier was laughing but asked me if I wanted to replace the dish. However, the damage to the dining experience had already been done.

I wouldn’t recommend. Poor management and Kevin (owner) doesn’t take customer complaints seriously. In addition, the staff isn’t diverse. The Hispanics all work in the kitchen and only 1 African American that works there at a time. I will take my business elsewhere that has better management and values hiring and retaining a diverse staff.

Always amazes me with their chicken! Usually I’m too scared to eat chicken at fast food places, but this chicken is REAL! The spices are on point, the portion sizes are great and I am just always satisfied. Been going here since I was 4 years old and I will keep coming!

I had waffle fries and mac & cheese it was very fresh and good and quick for being so busy. Very fast service even though it was busy. They also gave me all of my sauces

Ordered breakfast ahead for my pregnant wife through their app knowing I was showing up towards the tail end. Pulled up at 10:32 after driving 25 minutes and was informed they would be unable to make my order. I'm sure the food is fine but what the hell.

The food is delicious! Chicken nuggets are very tasty and I love the Southwestern salads. Fries are waffle made which makes them different from other restaurants and they taste great! I would recommend this restaurant. Just hate they’re closed on Sundays!

Didn't even get a chance to go in and eat. This is my husband and I. Him driving, me in the passenger seat. We just pulled in to the handicap spot when the catering van pulled in beside us. Not only did they pull in close enough for me to not open my door (I have MS and need to open my door wide enough to swing both legs out before getting out), they parked in the cross hatch area, which is an illegal parking zine. Designated for those who are handicapped and need to bring a wheelchair to the car door, walker, ect. After 10 minutes of waiting my husband got out and took this pic. It took a total of 15 minutes before the van left. We decided to eat elsewhere. Very disappointed chic-fil-a's employees felt this is exceptable. In the pic you can clearly see how close they are to our vehicle, and that they were parked in the cross hatch no parking zone

The service was excellent. This was my first time ever visiting a Chick-fil-A and I did not care for the food and as with most fast food establishments in this economy, the price/prices are ludacris. I will not patronize the establishment again, more than likely, it's just not for me (my) taste buds or wallet. What I spent on one meal, I could make two meals with left overs at home. I spent $17.00, it was not worth it and I wound up throwing everything out but the tea, it did not taste good or right to me, the chicken tasted gamey, so, now I know.

This location has AMAZING service. A kind worker named Faith walked around and asked if people needed anything AND DEFINITELY SAVED THE DAY for me because I didn't have to get up to extras with my toddler. Thanks Faith!!!

Came through the drive thru.. not familiar with menu, was checking it out on my phone. Forgot to order grilled chicken sandwich. (Didn’t know it was an option). Checkout was fast and received my food in a timely manner. Service when I received my food was great!

I loved this location. There was an employee who frequently came to our table to check on us and ask if we needed anything. The place was full and I thought it was going to take a long time to get our food, but we go it in like 5 minutes. I will definitely keep coming back to this location.

No one is ever rude. If my order is wrong, they make it right. The young adults/teens are some of the most respectful people. I strongly dislike waffle fries but this location is decent but, I just usually change it to the MAC N CHEESE! WHEW CHIL! 💚 The peach shake, umhm.... that's the stuff too! Breakfast is always good!

Fair truly amazing. They came to the table and asked if we needed refills on our drinks or if we wanted to order anything else. Absolutely amazing!

This is my go-to, but when it's close to closing the food, the customer service and aren't the best. My fries were cold, and they put no sauces in my curb side to go order. I called several times, and no one answered. I left a message, and no one called me back. I'll make sure to go during the day instead of close to closing.

This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A and it could not have gone better. Was expecting to have a sandwich but it was early so I had a crispy biscuit sandwich. Delicious as were the tots! Service was friendly and Jenn took my tray and offered to fill my drink. Noticed she was circulating the restaurant and checking on people and cleaning up. She is a wonderful representative of the restaurant. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying a sandwich.

Always a great experience to eat at a consistently great chicken sandwich restaurant! On top of that, they decorated for Christmas, both I side and outside so you can experience the holidays even more. I love eating at Chik-fil-a, and so does my wife and kids!

This place is a great family environment. The food and service is outstanding and also consistent. The staff is so friendly and nice compared to other places. Will frequent again.

Always a great day when I can grab some Chick-fil-A! Got the chicken wrap with the Chipotle lime dressing, and it was better than I expected. I usually always get a sandwich or nuggets but have been wanting to try this wrap, so when it returned, I had to try it. It did not disappoint at all. Their biscuit chicken sandwiches are always good also!

This location is really nice, fresh, and clean. Clearly everyone else likes it too because it's always packed!

This chick fil a goes above and beyond. I mean just levels above the rest. I live 30 min away and if I’m dining in I ENJOY going here which is crazy I know. But the staff and manager Michael are just that good! Keep up the good work!

Most Chick Fil A's have top notch staff and service. This particular one is probably the best I have ever experienced. Very friendly and welcoming workers and a very warm environment. 😊

I drive out of my way to come to this location. I spend my money in places that have good customer service. The food, the team, and the atmosphere is great!!

A local Chick-fil-A just opened so of course I had to go. To be expected there was a line for drive thru to the road and inside a line to the door. Drive thru looked to be moving well and for my pick up may have been 15 minutes from entering and leaving. Very well staffed and getting everyone taken care of quickly. Staff that seemed to handle the pressure of all the customers, smiling and friendly. I recommend it!

What a remarkable experience with every visit. Friendly staff, spectacular food … absolutely love this location especially :) thanks for always taking the time to say hello to my kids :) you know how to make it more then just fast food :)

I love their salads and I also love to get extra chicken nuggets to go on the salad. I tried to stay within the caloric value right there. But sometimes it's just so hard; it's so good. You will enjoy it

Those that love this place already know it's AMAZING. I get my favorite meal which is A Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with a big of waffle chips (didn't want fries this time), a Sunjoy (Half Sweet Tea/ Half Lemonade) and of course a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Their CUSTOM SERVICE is UNMATCHED. Every business should take a Chick-fil-A training course. THEY ARE TOP TIER 😍❤️🥰

Courteous and helpful as always. They're efficient and the order expeditors know the menu well and helped out a lot with deciding what we all wanted even though we didn't have a menu in front of us. And she was so patient. Honestly, their service standards are by far the greatest reason we keep coming back, but their food quality (for a fast food joint) is a very close second.

It's Chick-fil-A, kinda speaks for itself really. In case you have never had the opportunity to thoroughly enjoy a chicken sandwich the way it was intended, let me say shame on you. I don't care literally everybody in the business makes a chicken sandwich, I can assure you from years of continued comparisons nothing is as good, period. Whether it's the original or spicy, they both are the best chicken sandwich you can get, end of discussion. Went inside instead of drive thru. Literally had mine and my daughters order within a minute. Couldn't believe the speedy service! The speed didn't affect the quality or taste of food. It's always hot, fresh and tasty. Our cashier was very nice too.

I ordered curbside pick up for the 1st time the other day. The food was prepared quickly and the wait time for it to be delivered to the car was nearly nonexistent. I would definitely recommend trying curbside as opposed to drive through. The food was great as always.
