I’m
ashamed
that
this
location
is
carrying
the
Chick-fil-A
logo.
It
starts
with
the
quality
of
the
food.
Everything
is
always
cold,
right
when
they
hand
it
to
you.
Sweet
tea
isn’t
sweet.
Nuggets
are
small
and
full
of
veins.
Your
not
allowed
to
complain.
If
you
try
to
make
a
complaint
or
let
management
know
your
order
wasn’t
right,
they
don’t
even
bother
to
apologize
or
remake
the
food.
At
this
location
it’s
“you
get
what
you
get
and
don’t
have
a
fit
“.
Or
more
like
“take
your
food
and
shut
up”
Once
you
pay
that’s
it.
Whatever
is
In
your
bag,
even
if
it’s
the
wrong
food
you
must
take
it
and
go.
Whatever
happened
to
the
southern
hospitality
and
the
“‘my
pleasure”
they
use
behind
everything
you
ask
for.
Your
lucky
if
you
get
some
sauce
here.
Owner
Kevin
isn’t
taking
complaints
seriously.
He
thinks
he’s
always
right
And
has
all
management
brainwashed
to
not
hearing
out
the
customer.
He
is
a
disgrace
to
this
company.
Sorry
Kevin,
but
your
food
is
disgusting
and
never
fresh.
You
should
work
on
better
customer
service
at
this
sham
of
a
restaurant
