    Wonderful experience. Was greeted promptly. Jay listened to what I was looking for and my price range. Within a short time I was out test driving the car that I was interested in. He explained a lot of the special features of the car while we were driving and answered the questions that I had. Love the car - 2019 Nissan Kicks. Appreciated the follow-up phone call this week to ask if I had any questions about the car. Would recommend to friends an neighbors.

    Shane and Jay both were very excellent in helping me get a new car today. I totalled my car last Sunday in a snow storm..and they showed me the new pathfinder got me a great price. I would be glad to buy more cars in the future. Both were super knowledgeable. Recommend them both to anyone who is looking to buy a new car! 👌

    Had an amazing experience while testing out new trucks. Jay was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and made it an awesome experience. Even though he knew we weren’t ready to purchase today or anytime soon, he took his time and explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and left us feeling confident that when we are ready to purchase, we will be happy and satisfied! Highly recommend!!!!

    Jay was extremely helpful in our car shopping experience! Very knowledgeable on multiple types and brands of vehicles, and very honest on both pros AND cons. Not pushy at all, not worried about making the sale as much as he is worried about you walking away happy. As far as salesmen go, he’s top notch and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase a new vehicle!

    It was a pleasant experience buying our car here. Jay was helpful, honest, and upfront with us through out the process. This was the first time buying a car at a dealership that I feel like I didn't away feeling I got taken advantage of. The gentleman that did the financing was friendly, easy to talk to, and listened to what we were looking for. The only bad thing I could say is that they weren't willing to provide a second key to the vehicle, which wasn't a Nissan.

    0 STARS. They have OK cars..... but man is the service beyond terrible. Purchased A BRAND NEW CAR FOR 37K. DOOR WAS HIT SO HARD IT CHIPPED THE PAINT TO BARE ****ING METAL. SERVICE MANAGER USED TOUCH UP PAINT ON A BRAND NEW CAR.(HE'S A PROFESSIONAL, BUT IN WHAT I DON'T KNOW).

    Just wanna give a huge shout out to Jay and Randy. They were extremely helpful in getting me in a car that suits me and working hard on the financing side. It was one of the quickest most seemless experiences I’ve ever had buying a car and I would highly recommend. Definitely gained a life long customer.

    I was shopping around for a car that would suit us well. When we first came in, we had a great first impression with the gentlemen named Jay Alvarez. Polite and knowledgeable, he guided us to a car that would be not only in our price range, but also one that we would love to drive. Jay was with us every step of the way and was patient with all of our questions. Not only did he help us find a perfect car for us, he went the extra mile and helped us move things around for financing. We appreciate Jay for helping us out and hope to do business with him again!

    Nice people however, very typical snaky car dealer operation. I came in to buy a car advertised at just under $14,000 and ended up paying just under $25,000 for the same car. I don't know how they get away with this. After Corona virus is tackled we should push for congress to stop this deceptive practice.

    I went there looking for a newer Nissan. They had one that was perfect! They were all very kind and professional. They took care of me and got me a really good bumper to bumper coverage deal! I went from having to dole out 1,000 in repairs a month on my old car, to my dream car that i wont have to worry about for a few years! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service and decent prices

    Worst experience of my life with car dealer and service department. All they care about is their bottom line. They want to sell you a car and get you out the door. They refuse to to provide adequate assistance with warranty issues. I have owned 9 Nissans in my life and will never own another one. Any customer on the fence about buying a Nissan DON'T!!! If you are buying a Nissan dont buy it at M'Lady Nissan.

    Everytime I go they make me throw more and more money into my car and when I tell my mechanic friends they tell me it's completely unnecessary. They ripped me off selling me a car claiming it has never been in accidents when it has. They have yet to give me a 2nd set of keys of which I was promised a year ago. Every experience I have with them is a bad one. Will not be going back.

    M’Lady Nissan has always made car buying an easy and pleasant process, and this visit was no different. Our salesman Shane was knowledgeable, engaging, and responsive to our needs. He provided info when asked and went above and beyond to help us secure our new vehicle. From sales to trade in value to financing we had a great experience buying our new Pathfinder and could not be happier.

    I was told that I had to do some major repairs in my car but when I checked with another mechanic I found out I was told lies by you guys and the car didn’t have those issues, now I can’t trust MLADY for repairs.

    Wonderful experience at M’lady Nissan. From the moment we got there we were nicely welcomed and taken care of by Patrick and Shane to finalization of our purchase at finance dept with Abe. My husband and I are very happy with their customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and politeness. They went above and beyond even if it meant staying after hrs for us. Few hrs prior to coming here we were at a different Nissan dealer where the sales representative was rude, unprofessional, and changed our terms as we went along. Very disappointing especially since we waited weeks for a pre-ordered car. Long story short, we left the dealer disappointed and upset. Our mood and car experience changed by 180 degrees the moment we got to M’Lady Nissan. Deep inside I knew car purchase should be a pleasant experience (since not every day you spend so much money) verses stressful. I am very grateful to you Patrick and Shane for your assistance and I will surely continue to recommend your dealership.

    It was truly a pleasure meeting and working with Anthony and Tommy. Their attitude toward customer was 100% professional. They both went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable in our decision to purchase with M lady Nissan. Personally, I think both of them for a job well done.     If anyone looks at Google reviews prior going to any dealership please READ this. The only reason why it deserves 1 star is because of our salesperson Tommy. He was very personable, kind, and took his time with us even near closing hour. Otherwise this place is just as crooked as Nissan Of St Charles (Pre Hawk Days) Here are the main issues I encounters. 1 AUTOBUTLER: a paint service that is REQUIRED on all new cars. I never heard of a 3rd party company warranty that is a REQUIREMENT if you want to purchase new. No refunds and no loaners as promised. 2. When scheduling “AUTO-BUTLER” be prepared to go in and wait for hours or simply go home because they do not have a loaners available. After a 90 min drive they told me there was no loaners. I called when I left and complained and they magically found a loaner for me. Didn’t call me to informed me we need to reschedule as they didn’t have a loaner cars available. When I purchased the car that’s one SALES tactic they use to reassure your purchase. Two managers came over and stated we got the MOST loaner vehicles in Chicagoland, knew I was hustled. It’s so frustrating that when I called after I left they found a loaner once I complained. The salads manager called me a liar about my trade in when I called him out on his actions. No apologies 3. Contracts:. They put the contract in my family members name and listed me as the co-signer. Missed calls and texts regarding my vehicle because they didn’t even have correct information. I told them DO NOT complete the sale if I am not the primary owner and surely just to get the sale, they finesse the contact and I’m marked as the co-owner. Followed up with management and they stated “You two are both on the hook so if you fail to pay you both would be affected” 4. Tints that we’re installed had bubbles and didn’t look professionally done. However service did say they would re-tint for no charge. 5. DO NOT go by the quote given online. It included all the upgrades by Nissan, leather seats or sunroof. They don’t include their “required” paint warranty in price. My friend inquired about another vehicle and stated via email any additional warranties can be purchased but not required. I hope an area or district manager looks at this review and maybe rethink about the customer experience for a moment vs in store tactics to get people to buy. If an Area/District Manger wants to reach out to discuss the following along with my refund I’d be happy to connect.

    As always, the service was excellent. I brought my car in for service the night before the appointment. Shortly after I dropped my car off, I received a call from the service department informing me that the oil change and tire service had been completed. The service department team serviced my car the night before the appointment. I am confident in M'Lady, knowing that my car will be well cared for by a service department team that is courteous and dedicated to the customers they serve. Talk about fast, professional, and efficient service!

    I am never actually surprised by the great service I've always gotten at M'Lady...I would be shocked if the service fell below their own high standards. Brandon is such an easy guy to work with - takes everything in stride. When I called in for the appointment, it would have been helpful, however, to know that I was getting into a little more than an oil change - so the cost and amount of time was unexpected. The service team did grab me a loaner car and actually had the work done prior to the estimated time. I also have to say that the service waiting area surpasses any that I've ever been in (which I should have mentioned long ago).

    Purchasing a vehicle at M’Lady Nissan was a very gratifying and enjoyable experience.     First time buyer and customer at M’Lady Nissan. Just had my ‘21 Titan serviced for an oil change and couple little concerns. Warranty service was done along with a software update to the trans. Overall, I was extremely happy with their service and look forward to when I need to schedule again.     Great dealership! Rene was our sales person. He was not pushy and took the time to show us other options pointing out the pros and cons based on what we said we were looking for. We purchased a beautiful 22 Pathfinder and Bryan in finance made it happen. We only went to explore some options so we weren't quite prepared to buy but Bryan and Rene worked it out for us and we drove it home. I would highly reccomend this dealership!.

    My salesman George Vazquez was fantastic. He listened to what I was looking for and the cost range hoping to stay within. I drove away with a beautiful blue 2023 Nissian Rouge.     After doing some research M’Lady Nissan was one of the top Nissan dealers in Illinois. I traveled around 6 hours. It was well worth the drive. From the moment I began corresponding with Brett, about coming in for a test drive the process was positive and hassle free. Rony was great in helping me get the vehicle I wanted. He explained in detail all about the vehicle. Any questions were answered. Bryan, finance manager and Ryan, the aftermarket manager were also very helpful. Everyone was nice, helpful and made sure you were well taken care of. I’m very pleased that I chose M’Lady.

    So my journey started a few months back when my 2008 Nissan started to cost more than its value in repairs. My boss recommended M’Lady for their great finance rates. I called and within a few hours I was being picked up and escorted to their dealership. Sebastian, cute guy, sweet, soft spoken never rushed me took his time showed me so many options then he took extra time to explain lease options verses purchase and then some! His coworkers as well were also amazing as 4 people did follow up calls offering me options and actually asking me what my needs were! So shout out to Camille, Joslyn, Ryan, and Drew for their super hard work staying late for me, just to see me smile ! My first new new car ! Thank you so much M’Lady Nissan of crystal lake!     I went in wanting to test drive a specific car and Shane greeted us promptly at the door, talked to us about the car and all the special offers, and was fun to be with on the test drive. I wanted to test drive another car at a different dealership after and I was pleasantly surprised to have Shane wish us the best. He was not pushy in trying to make a sale and allowed me to go out to a make confident decision. It was so pleasant that I didnt feel weird coming back to make a deal for the car I test drove earlier!

    I would say a really good place to buy a vehicle. We were treated well and we recently collected on our - we owe, the first detailing out of a 5 detail purchase ~ 1x per year for 5 years. They did a good job and the sealer they used seems to really be nice. Free oil change for the years we own the truck is awesome. 8/20/19 Update ~ they did such a good job detailing our truck we scheduled to have my white Ford cmax detailed and coated with the rust protection. The sales side of this dealership I still think is above average. The service side ~ I booked to have my car detailed - much in advance (about 90 days) I requested a loaner because the last time it took 5 hrs. Arrival on the day of the cleaning - no car arranged for me so I had to wait in the waiting room. They said - waiters, we can do it in 2 hrs. It took 6 hours. If a car is not complimentary in this type of repair - I get it, i would have paid the $25 and rented one from them. Time is money. When I got home I realized on the plastic parts of the car, especially the front bumper /bra area, the formula they used was puddly and streaky. I called then and the man said he would get back to me - and never did.That generated the change in review. Our truck is grey metal flake, it probably has streaks we cannot see. My car is white. The teflon coating is noticeable. I don't recommend it. Not a value. 6/18/20. Not a good service dept. Doubtful I would buy another car from them. You do get free oil change for the life that you own the car. That is nice.

    This my third car leased with Eddie Colville. Due to the pandemic and my having a newborn, Eddie did all the logistics over the phone. When I went in to sign my paperwork it took 30 minutes and went smooth. The finance manager was great as well. I recommend using Eddie Colville at M’lady Nissan.

    Eddie Colville and his team are fantastic. I was treated very well. Even though I live in Chicago, I plan on finding the time to use the services provided by M'Lady Nissan. One cool thing is they have free oil changes for the life of your new car. They also have a very large selection of vehicles to choose from. I found the perfect car. Scott Ryan helped me fine tune my accessories. Ryan in service oversaw the install. Everything was perfect. There's a reason why this is the Number One Nissan in the area. I would say, it is the high caliber people that work in each department. Worth the drive from ANY town.
