This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The entire place reeks of cigarettes and urine. The attitude of the staff is absolutely repulsive and rude. The bed sheets are itchy, filled with holes and downright disgusting. There are bugs EVERYWHERE. After my stay I have tiny bumps all over me. Do not come here.

I never received my ID back from looking at a room and they were no help to me on phone only saying it isn't here we cannot help you. Regular rooms btw: barely opened the door before walking out of 1st horrific availability shown, and employee housing wasn't much better but I walked all thru at least. That smell will never leave I bet and you will NOT helicopter-parent my stay and impose RULES for visitors and such with consequences. How they are still open is beyond me

Terrible hotel! There were bugs on the bed, dirt up under the sheets, the bathroom was a mess, only one light worked, the water from the shower smelled like a public restroom and then the AC didn’t smell good either but worse of all it was going to cost me $500 for one night there but the person at the front desk said that if a came back before 10 minutes was up I could get a refund so that was good.

Sadly this place is riddled with drug dealers and women of the night, not that clean. The bed had used dirty sheets on the bed. Towels were clean lol, bathroom was clean too. I wound up leaving, asked for my money back. Convenient from the highway. L

It is a old Motel comparable to 1990s nice. Was clean and comfortable. Has wear and tear that is acceptable enough. On major highway between beautiful old historic neighborhood and not so nice area across highway. Has good good lighting and security cameras. Our room has a full size refrigerator and you have to pay for a microwave. Don't be picky it is comfortable.

You have to pay in cash to stay here. After 10 mins there is no refund. It cost 350 per week + 50 USD deposit. So sad for those who have no other options. These people act like they don't care about others.

The shower leaked the shower curtain was just bad the beds were falling apart on the underside the fridge look like it came out of the medieval ages the staff were very rude and inconsiderate. Was told not allowed to have visitors will never stay here again ever unless they change their ways and update the facility Wi-Fi was great that is the only reason why they are getting a single star if not for that I would have given ambassador hotel no stars I was just if you come to Orlando to completely avoid this hotel. Not to mention the hotel next to it from what I've been told has bed bugs.

When we called to see if they had a room available price we were given the wrong price by $100 I would of went somewhere else if I knew it was more then what was said on the phone. Room was ok beds we're comfy room clean. But it air conditioner was not working right so my husband pulled the filter out and it was so full of dust I wish I could post a picture ! Area is very bad . Way overpriced for the area. We never got bothered by anyone and it was quite. Seem a few bugs in our room but not too many. Staff was very nice. Couldn't use the pool it was locked the whole week.

If this is the place I think it is. My husband and I drove through the parking lot at night because it seemed like a interesting looking building. We did not know it was a hotel at all. We end up riding around the back abd we see doors open and a covered area where I assume is check in. As passing through one door to a room was open and it was disturbing to say the least. It looked and felt like a human trafficking sell point or a hole for hookers. It was sick. Stay far away. You would be better off sleeping under a bridge
