The whole staff was professional and I felt at ease during my visit. I had injections in my lower back to ease the pain that I have had for years. It has been several months since my last procedure and I feel so much better than I did. I said to myself with a name like Bryce he has to be good! That was my son's name and my middle name, How cool is that. Looking forward to my next visit.

I normally don’t even write reviews but this doctor is amazing. From the moment I met him I felt comfortable he didn’t seem to be rushy how most doctors are and he’s very informative. I felt very confident in him. I went to get spinal injections and he came in explained everything and even talked to me and made sure I was at ease and knew exactly what was going on. Dr Bryce Austell is an incredible physician. He has excellent communication skills, is personable and has been thorough and informative every step of the way. It was a horrible fall which gave me a concussion, Injured my clavicle, Both of my hands, wrists and I destroyed my back in the fall as well. I've been suffering for 2 years because of workman's comp not approving the doctor's recommendations. It's been a horrible battle between getting the proper care because of workmen comp not approving the doctor Recommends. It's been very discouraging but the team that I have over there are wonderful they help me with my recovery and encouraging me that I will get better with the right treatment. This team goes above and beyond Doctor Austell thank you for working So hard on getting me back to a normal life , I greatly appreciate you and I believe you are a genius in your field. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my back. Doctor Austell listens to you and is very compassionate to your pain levels and understands the nervous system very well as I said hes a genius!! *Gina was wondering on the phone with me getting the proper approvals from workman's comp was a battle for her thank you so much for going out of your way and doing that. *Courtney was so uplifting and Understanding with my needs. *Austin was amazing he listened to what was going on and Related all the problems to the doctor very well. He was a bundle of information he guided me on told me where I could find some stretches I could do to help relieve the pain. He went above and beyond because could not carry the machine that they gave me so he carried the machine all the way to my vehicle for me he is an angel, thank you again for being so encouraging. *Logan was very helpful also and uplifting. * Cat went above and beyond , she's so great at her job she explains all the machines very well , make sure I understand. I was supposed to get other equipment for my recovery but workman's comp did not approve it so she tryed her best! She gave me the next the Best equipment that she could find and it works well for the cold compress but not heat. I'm sure the other equipment would work better. Thank you Cat for trying to get that other equipment for me that I needed. The ladies at the check in are so wonderful and really nice. They are great!! Keep up the great work everybody!! Im blessed with this team. I will get better and get back to my normal life soon!!! Thank you and blessings 🙏
