Our group of 4 was looking for a new experience; 3 of us (me included) had never tried an escape room before. Found The Bureau's page and one of the first listings was for a spooky-themed adventure Possession at Haddon Heights. Loved the reception area, a non-descript door that says Travel Bureau leading to an office that looks like it's from a different time. Without spoilers, the adventure was an amazing time, creepy ambiance and bangs and bumps that had everyone on edge as we picked at the puzzles. Puzzles were great, sometimes challenging, but solvable with a little investigation (never felt like we were required to have a puzzle specialist in the group, everyone was able to contribute by looking around and making suggestions). As a horror fan I loved the feel of the place, and the rest of my group were breathing fast with sweaty palms, crashing into one another on a few unexpected scares; if you have someone who is really freaked out easily, I recommend you go for a different adventure. The story was well-paced, our tablets prompting us with just enough clues to keep us moving forward without ever feeling like they were giving us the answer and the conclusion had the 4 of us clutching together like Scooby Doo. All in all, an amazing time and a great introduction to escape rooms for a bunch of first-timers. Looking forward to trying another one with The Bureau next time we're in town. We were told this was the only "scary" adventure they had; hope they add more because this was better than anything I did at Halloween Horror Nights. Also, I would have paid for the footage from our run, so maybe consider offering that in the future.

We did puppet heist and it was SO GREAT. From the entrance to the lobby to the escape room itself, the bureau is fantastic. No locks just like they advertise! The room itself! Such fun and now I want to have puppet buddy in all escape rooms from now on 😅 cannot wait to return to do the others rooms

I've done 3 different rooms at The Bureau ( Puppet heist, Haddon heights, and Lab at Loch Ness). And they have all been nothing but a blast! I enjoy the fact that they DON'T do locks, but within each room is still a challenge to solve or a mission to complete. So you never really feel like it's an easy task without them. All the rooms are beautifully designed and immersive in their own respectful worlds. You'll be given a tablet whenever you enter a room to help with clues if you need assistance, which is always handy whenever you're in a pinch. If you've tried other escape rooms in Orlando, please try this one. It'll set the standards with their amazing staff, immersive rooms, and soild discounts to come back!

My wife and I do escape rooms all over, and after experiencing many different escape room styles, we found this one to be particularly unique among many of them that we've played. We really enjoyed the special entrance, the staff, and our room. We did the UFO themed room and were able to get out with a tiny bit of time to spare, haha! It was a good challenge and it was definitely refreshing to play a room without all the keys and locks that most escape rooms have. This one felt more organic and less "puzzley." Overall, it was a great time for us and we hope to come back!5 out of 5 stars from us! 😁👍🏻👍🏻

We had a wonderful experience with this escape room location. Cute entrance you have to figure out before even checking in for your game...very cute idea! The atmosphere was amazing & staff even better! We enjoyed that this experience was different than most (no actual codes, locks, etc.). We can't wait to go again & try another room!

I initially arrived at the The Bureau with minimal expectations, after finding it through a Google search. I left anxious to return – and did! On my first visit I experienced three different escape rooms, each with a different flavor. What they all had in common was intricate and thought-provoking puzzles, interactive elements, impressive motion graphics, and projected effects. I was so impressed with my experience that a group of us made plans to return a week later. If what you’re looking for is a high-quality, creative and immersive experience The Bureau is for you. Highly recommend and strongly stress the 10/10. Incredible experience!

Were looking for escape rooms around the area and found The Bureau. Love the room we did “UFO: Go for Launch!” And it was challenging but also fun! Clever story behind it, the staff was super nice and the facilities clean and nicely decor. If you’re looking for a sign, here it is. You’ll have so much fun!

All of us in our group of 6 were first time escape room attendees. We had a blast! Would highly recommend! An hour well spent thinking creatively and working together! Will definitely return for another experience.
