It’s like living in a resort! I cannot say enough good things about my experience thus far at Lake House! I feel like I am living in a resort with my pool view room. The staff is always super friendly (shout out to Tegan and Francisco), and host the best events for us residents! My dog also appreciates her yummy treats from the mail room. Thank you LH! 💗

I would highly recommend Lakehouse Apartments to anyone. I recently just relocated back to Central Florida and maybe it’s just the Northeast in me but I can be extremely fast pace move,move,go,go,go. I am extremely thankful for Jason actually slowing me down a little bit but also listening to what exactly I am looking for. From start to finish Jason and the Team did a fantastic job getting me in as quickly as possible and with an ease. I honestly feel like home here. My husband and I are new to the area and are looking for a luxurious place to call home with fabulous amenities and we believe we found the right place. I've been living in this apartment for a while now and it's been great experience. The management team here is quick to help with any issues and are very knowledgeable. The community as well as the surrounding areas are really pleasant. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, which makes the Lake House a very walkable location. Plus, it is also super convenient being so close to the city to go to sporting events and other activities that you can get downtown. Overall, I'm happy with the property management team taking very good care of the building and I would recommend the Lake House as a place to live.

Frankie is the best! He is so loyal to his job, exemplary and, above all, kind and affectionate who provides excellent customer service. I am extremely pleased with his services and my experience at Lake House. In addition to being attentive and friendly, He goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of everyone.
