Love this place! You get Ultra smooth, scheduling with Heather. I even look forward to the cleanings with Meghan. She is gentle and friendly! Dr. Edwards has an affable and disarming demeanor. He is doing his best to introduce me to painless dentistry and it’s working. (that is saying a lot, because I am the worlds biggest chicken about dentistry)

I needed a new dentist since separating from the army and searched all over my local area. I ultimately chose Dr. Edwards for their positive reviews and they did not disappoint. I get very nervous when going to a dentist but Dr. Edwards and his team made me feel extremely comfortable. I was greeted right away and they were ready to address all my concerns. I feel so lucky to have landed on a family that make it their priority to keep my teeth healthy and my mind at ease. Cannot recommend enough!

I just received a letter essentially kicking me out of their dental practice for having to reschedule (3) appointments in a 3 month span. No one bothered to communicate with me about this irrational and abrupt decision beforehand. At no point was I under the impression rescheduling an appointment in advance would result in being removed from their practice. I work a very demanding and time-sensitive job in which there is sometimes need to reschedule. One appointment I rescheduled days in advance due to me having a severe case of Covid, the other two were due to work and I gave ample notice once, and unfortunately a few hours notice most recently because something had come up. I would have much rather been charged a fee for the same day cancellation rather than being booted. I’m a very respectful person always and apparently this establishment doesn’t understand that patients have lives outside of their dental appointments. I understand running a business is hard when people cannot attend appointments, but this is honestly appalling. I thought I finally found a good dental practice. I guess those do not exist 😂

Convenient, very personable staff, I had a problematic tooth on a Wednesday and I was able to get in that Thursday. Dr Edwards is very go with the flow and makes sure that you are comfortable before starting anything. He’s understanding and actually listens. He’s very reassuring and doesn’t get annoyed, even when I do when the Novocain wears off too fast. Good music throughout the office and very calming vibes throughout the decor. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist and I’m glad I found this one.

I've been in need of finding a dentist, Edwards Family Dentistry is lovely. Laura the dental hygienist was very thorough and gentle with cleaning my teeth. Heather the Office Manager was incredibly helpful in our communications before making a visit making sure whether or not my insurance was covering costs and what the cost would be at the end of the visit. There were no hidden costs. Dr. Edwards was great as well, discussed previous dental treatments, new treatments and how often they would like me to visit. The team I've met so far is wonderful and if you're looking for a new dentist - look no further.

Great staff that makes you feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable setting. Dr Edwards is very good at his job, and he doesn’t ask you questions while tools are in your mouth, win win. Check’em out, you’ll dig it.
