    This looks amazing via photos, right ? Exactly what I fell for. I was told the unit would be move in ready at the end of June because they were doing upgrades. So, my move in date was set for July 1st, and from day one it was pure issues. I got and email when I was 20 minutes away. In the email I was told that the cabinet doors were back ordered. But itā€™s no problem I can still move in. I had to wait two weeks for the cabinets doors. This apartment was NOT move in ready and it was given to me dirty! No one has come by to fix anything that was written down on my move in sheet. Now they have people coming by to fix plumbing. These people left a mess behind and pieces of plumbing pipe on the floor. The walls are exposed from all the cuts they made in the walls. I do not know when the walls will be repaired. And Iā€™m purpose to let more people enter the apartment because they have to come back and repairs the walls? I still donā€™t have a new toilet! The current one smells bad no matter how much you clean it. I am still missing cabinet doors. I was told they should be coming by July 31st. I keep asking the lease office of when the repairs will get done from the move in sheet and they keep giving me the run around. BUT THIS APARTMENT WAS MOVE IN READY ?!! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX ! They just want to take your money and not repair anything. The leasing agent I worked with was horrible with communication and the leasing manager does not care about the issues in the apartment.

    It is very bad to live in this apartment complex, currently the conditions of the apartment that I pay month by month without delay are chaotic, I have an infinite number of problems that I have reported on many occasions and the people in the office simply do not pay attention, they even make fun from me when I go, my apartment is invaded by mosquitoes since the dishwasher does not work and the water remains stagnant. The walls of my room are full of mold, the toilet has a water bottle and the mechanism doesn't work, it's me among other problems, I don't know what to do anymore, I need to run out of this mess! help

    We moved in about 3 years ago and the first year was fine. No major issues and everything we called maintenance for was fixed either same day or the next day. I donā€™t know what happened but the living experience here has gotten progressively worse. If you request a service or need something fixed, youā€™d be lucky to get a response within two weeks. They keep ā€œrenovatingā€ the apartments but each ā€œupgradeā€ doesnā€™t change anything at best or doesnā€™t work at all at worse. They changed all the plumbing and toilets to be more ā€œenergy efficientā€ and ā€œsave us money on waterā€ and my toilet hasnā€™t worked correctly since. I only have hot water in my shower for 10 minutes. Every time I ask for a fix, when they finally come out and tell me it should work now, itā€™s the exact same or broken again in a matter of days. The teams that come in to do whatever to the apartment donā€™t care about any of our belongings, Iā€™ve come home to find everything I own from the bathrooms or the closets just thrown into other rooms or on the floor, with holes in the walls from where they were getting to the pipes or electricity. There is no communication. Every once in a while we will see an email that says to expect workers in your home and to move stuff out of places they will be, but more often there is radio silence and a huge mess to walk into that you just have to clean up yourself. Our pet is constantly having an anxiety attack because men are constantly coming in and out with no warning for us to keep her somewhere contained. Itā€™s all very frustrating. At this point weā€™ve had holes in the drywall of our apartment for months and they keep saying theyā€™re going to fix them. Now theyā€™ve just added more and there is just exposed pipes everywhere. Itā€™s all so unnecessary and it would go a long way if the office staff would just communicate, but I wouldnā€™t be surprised if they were as clueless as we all are. And then they just keep adding more and more fees. Why are we paying nearly $2000 for all of this? Service fees, convince fees, mandatory cable and internet fees that are more expensive then when I could provide my own. What the heck is a ā€œgreen feeā€? A pest control fee? There a bugs everywhere, I have never once seen pest control come in the 3 years Iā€™ve lived here. So TLDR: I wouldnā€™t recommend moving here. I hadnā€™t thought Iā€™d go through the hassle of moving again so soon, but nothing is a motivator like spite.

    Rosemont has been absolutely awful. It was fine when we moved in 3 years ago, but ever since Rosemont took over Montivista it's been terrible. The office literally never answers the phone. Maintenance requests take weeks to be done. They "updated" all of the toilets and plumbing recently. My toilet wasn't working after. I called them everyday for like 2 weeks. And everyday they said they were coming that day. Our water heater caught on fire because the ac unit was leaking and they just wouldn't fix it. I liyerlalt had to put the fire out myself. The fire dept came and everything. And no apologies or anything from them. Now, they're doing something with piping. No one told us anything. I had to scramble for my life to throw everything from under the sinks everywhere else. They turned off the water. I had to hide in my room with my dog. Rosemont just doesn't communicate anything and anyone can walk into my place with keys?? Our poor dog already has anxiety and this doesn't help. Every "renovation" they do makes everything worse and takes several days to finish and they leave a mess when they're done. The rent is way too expensive for the poor quality they offer. Do not move here.

    Just moved in, so far the apartment is great, was freshly renovated and clean upon moving in. Valentina did a fantastic job assisting my wife and I with selecting a unit and all of the leasing paperwork. The community itself is fairly quiet with some road noise from the Turnpike or Conroy Rd depending which side youā€™re on. Neighbors seem quiet I didnā€™t hear any loud music or parties over this past weekend. The grounds appear to be maintained nicely. The amenities are good, and itā€™s nice that cable and internet are included in the amenity package. My wife and I are very happy we moved here.

    I came in yesterday as a guest to a resident event with my mother in Iaw, we have visited her for a few years and have has the opportunity to join in on a few resident events with her. This, by far, has been the best one we have had the pleasure to attend. They served amazing food, and the atmosphere was very nice. Myrna, who is a new employee, was a pleasure. She interacted with everyone, and she treated everyone like family . Hopefully, they will keep on doing these events in the future.

    This apartment complex has been doing a lot of plumbing work due to pipes leaking and some bursting in the apartment. It seems that we have a water outage once a week for this or that. I have been dealing with leaks in my apartment for months now and when I asked to be moved to another apartment I was told no. Now month's later they want to move me because once again my apartment had a leak and on top of that it had to be treated for mold which has come back. I am unable to take anymore time off from work so how am I'm going to move. Why doesnt the management hire people who know what they are doing. The office management are rude and do not want to help you. At one point I was told that is what you get for renting when I had one of my floods. Long story short do not move here. You will regret it.
