Everything was good but it was slow going. Our server was so sweet but possibly they were short handed that day because the manager apologized for our wait. We were low key celebrating a birthday and everything was good except it took a while for the food to come out. The food was good. I've been before many times and overall it's a good place. This lady time was just a little off and that's why only 3 stars. Again the server was great.

Came during weekday lunch and had a very attentive server. Cheddar Bay biscuits, sauce, drink kept refilled. He pointed out the meal special of the day which was perfect.

This building has been renovated; it looks so nice! Went to pick up a dozen cheddar bay biscuits, and the staff was friendly and helpful! 🙂👍

Great lunch with my girls. Five star service. Frank our server is amazing. Best server in Orlando. Food was tasty and hot. Fish and chips, Crab legs and Shrimp. Sides and appetizers also quite yummy. Seafood dip was fantastic. Ask for Frank you won’t be let down.

Great experience. We had a great time, especially considering being in the Orlando area. This was a nice relaxing dinner and felt un-rushed despite being there towards closing time. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We had the mussels and crab legs which were fresh and well prepared. The staff was kind and helpful as well. Thanks to Kieren our waitress for being patient and making sure we had everything we needed!!

My drink was super good, the lobster wasn't overcooked or oversalted. The chocolate cake was moist and my drink was sweet and refreshing. #tryit

Alyssa, was most pleasant, and accommodating to us, during our Luncheon visit, at Red Lobster. The food was deliver as it appears on the menu & was hot enough to enjoy. ( no sitting under a heat mat ) We truly enjoyed our experience at this Red Lobster; that we will certainly return The prices are on par - wise for all restaurants of this caliber. Still the best restaurant in our heart. Traditional family seafood spot. Cook in the right way and good plate size for the price. Love the lobster and shrimp and mussels pasta. The free biscuits are the best tradition for red lobster. All family members love the spot always made our stomach when to heaven. Highly recommend for nice dining in. Good food good restaurant good drink.

Someone needs to give the server Alexa a raise for dealing with the incompetent kitchen and management at this location. They served us rotten broccoli. Straight up rotten. Like with the black spots and bad smell. We told our lovely server what happened and she immediately took the plate back to her manager, then she came back and said the manager would be out asap. She was not out asap. In fact we waited 10 minutes for her to come out and she never did. We were mindblown that after serving us rotten food the manager didn’t immediately try to make it right. So we tipped the server and left. Not her fault her manager doesn’t care about customer service. At least the cheddar biscuits were good.

Waited for an hour to get food. Service was slow. Got a pound of crab legs but it was smothered in a cup of large chopped garlic. Took a while to get our drinks also. The server was nice, but overall just not where I'll eat again. It took too long for regular food, even for the biscuits to come to the table. (Which I'm not a fan of either). It all tasted ok, I got the new england clam chowder soup which I liked.

Food was excellent tonight. Extra crispy just like I like it! Will definitely be back

5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to my waitress ....so sorry I forgot the waitress name but I was there Nov 25 2023 around 10pm. She was awesome, she got everything out to us at a reasonable and timely manner. BUT !! The kitchen was horrible, I ordered a $43. Seafood platter and everything came out cold ! My fiancee's steak platter was cold as well and under cook, then we asked to cook it some more because it was still rad inside and it came back still red 🤦‍♂️ So the Manger on duty which I'm so sorry I didn't get her name ,she compensated my whole meal ....so 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟to her as well !! Thank you so much for doing the right thing and making a bad situation into a good one😊🙏
