We were first seated in a corner of the restaurant close to the bar that smelled terrible... Like a college bar that served dollar shots. We asked to move and it was better. When it came to order I tried to order a NY Strip only to find out that they were out. I ended up ordering some wings as an appetizer and a sirloin as the entree. The wings were dry and really small compared to what I typically see. The celery that comes with the wings was old and weird... it did not feel like I should eat it. When the entree came the steak was overcooked (I ordered medium temp) and was not hot. I will not come back.

We shared an appetizer, a grilled chicken sandwich and a brownie skillet dessert. Justin (who was working the bar this afternoon) did a great job with refilling our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Everything was good, but the Brownie was the best part of the meal and those candied pecans on top were delicious!

Pretty Decent, low staff do a little bit of a wait for food but still not a bad wait. Went mid week, so not much of a party vibe or even a crowd. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection, fall off the bone ribs, perfect garlic broccoli not soggy. The wings were delicious as well n cooked to perfection. I would day go for the food not really for the vibe. TBH if u want that good food with a sporty vibe, millers, would do the trick. If you good food with a chill vibe definitely TGIF I'm just being real the food I'd delicious n the serving size is amazing, staff works well under pressure. Great tasting food.

I ordered the whiskey glaze burger well done and I received it medium. I was part of a party of 4 and Ricardo was our waiter. He didn't greet us when he took our order and didn't bother to write down our order. I wasn't surprised when our food didn't come out right. What did surprise me was that he didn't apologize for getting it wrong and made it clear he could care less. He actually offered to put my burger that I took one bite out of back on the grill! That was the only remedy he offered. I politely declined and informed him I would pay for the fries and drink but not the burger since I knew I couldn't eat it half cooked. He didn't come back and check on the rest of my party to see if their food was okay or needed a refill or anything. We had to wait forever to receive our bill. He sat it on the table and walked away. I had to flag him down again to ask that he separate the bill. He then informed me that he took my entire meal off because I didn't eat it and walked away again. Looking at the bill again we realized he charged us for an additional kids meal. We had to flag another waiter down to have it removed. I've had some pretty bad dining experiences but this by far was the worst! We knew they were understaffed so we completely understood and didn't mind the wait for us to be seated and the time it took for Ricardo to initially come to our table, but all of that could have been overlooked had Ricardo been friendly and cared about the service he provided. I NEVER leave a restaurant without leaving a tip. Even if the waiter sucked I always leave a tip. Well there's a first for everything I guess. Ricardo completely spoiled our experience and I won't be coming back.

We walked into the restaurant and waited for a couple of minutes before a server showed up. Based on the reviews I already was apprehensive. But once we ordered and got our food, it was perfectly cooked and tasted outstanding. The center cut sirloin was a great cut and the cheeseburger tastes really good. One big issue I had was we asked to sit not so close to anyone. The person who sat us said they had other sections closed and seated next to another booth. One word…pandemic people. Figure out how to get the job done while seating us next to empty booths

I picked up the food few minutes ago to go to the hotel. Found a dead bug in the bag. The food was for my kids. I have to inspect the burgers to make sure no bugs inside. I tips generously and I regret.

Just came off a terrible experience from TGIF. So we said, let's give them a try again. We go inside and stand at the front for at least 10 minutes. No one shows up. So we decided to seat our selves. The place was pretty much empty. While doing so, an employee said he could not seat us for about 30 minutes. Over hearing someone seated saying we been waiting over 40 minutes. After that, we headed right back out the front door and ate some place else.

Food was mediocre. Wings tasted kinda weird. Fries were ok. Drinks were decent. Meh! Lol.

I've ordered chicken fingers since I started going to tgifridays in 1995. What I received today was completely garbage! The chicken was over cooked in OLD grease, the breading was dark and hard as a brick! As you can see from the pictures I posted, they look nothing like chicken fingers that they use to make, which were bigger pieces and the breading was crispy and lighter colored.

The server was extra helpful and very attentive. That made the experience better. Food is very good. Not great but very good.

I ordered the grilled salmon with a side of mac & cheese. The food was excellently made and would definitely go back.

Service was beyond slow. Food was good and hot.. Almost, thought we were at Hooters. One of the servers was wearing a short, short black mini skirt. Someone , must have reminded her that this was Fridays, she pulled it down to her thighs. Imagine every time she leaned across the table to serve the table, she was showing her undies! Not flattering. The other server that was sitting customers, was rude and looked very unhappy.. Lastly, the server that we had was really nice, attentive, and was on her game. The manager served the food. Great job..Sorry, I doubt, I will visit again. Last visit for me..

We waited over 20 minutes for a server to show up to your table. The host staff seated us in a table that dad not have a server assigned to the table. In the side station the servers all decided who would take our table. I had asked the host to get a manager for our table. Our server came to our table who was Cael. He was very attentive and nice to us. I have NO complaint for the server. The rest of the restaurant sucked. During the whole experience a manager never came to speak to us. In our way out I asked the hostess who by the way was the same person who checked us in who the manager was and her said that it was her and two other people. Yet no one had the time in 11/2 to come see us. The restaurant itself looked very dirty. They were not very busy.

We visit different Fridays on a regular and this was one of the 1st locations we knew of for about 5 years already. We know it to have another manager but he has moved to a different location. Our family attended and the food was good ; my family and I did think their meals were a bit on the burnt or 'darker' side, including mine - BUT it was still tasty and was not charcoal burnt where it could not be eaten. The service was great as always ; I'd visit again with no hesitation.

Went here for lunch. Waited at the front desk for about 3 minutes before we saw a single person. Was seated and given waters and menus promptly, ice tea took about 10 minutes as it hasn't been brewed yet. There were not a lot of workers, which was understandable since there was maybe 8 customers the entire time we were there. Food came out hot but I thought the Nashville got chicken sandwich was a little small(seemed smaller than a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich). Took a while to get the check. No real complaints, just was ok.

The food was good. Staff was friendly but did not seem to care. We waited to about 15 minutes while they, staff, got done with their conversation, waited for another 45 minutes to get two burgers with fries, the place was almost empty. I asked for my cheque, the waitress got it, and stood chatting with two other coworkers. I had to get up and ask her for my cheque. I will go back, but they need to fix their staffing issues.
