Excellent food and service! The setting is spacious and inviting. Our waiter, Andrew, was very friendly and accommodating, making suggestions when we asked. My sunshine cocktail was tasty. Our food, wood fired cilantro chicken and salmon was perfectly cooked. The sides are awesome, too. I had the fresh lightly sauteed vegetables and port mushrooms and they were very good. Our dessert topped the wonderful lunch. We shared the creme brulee cheesecake and ate it in record time...so good! Highly recommend, and we will be back.

What a great night out. From the moment we arrived, our Hostess greeted us as if we were old friends. She was friendly and accommodating, even though we did not have reservations. After a quick time at the bar, where the staff was obviously busy, we were greeted and served our cocktails with incredibly friendly service. Once we were taken to our table and seated, our server, Reynaldo, was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menus, and was more interested in our experience and not just turning over the table. After excellent recommendations from our server, our food was so flavorful and fresh. As is always our case, our eyes were bigger than our stomachs….so worth it. Throughout our meal, we were never left feeling like we needed our server to stop by. He was attentive, but not intrusive. The perfect combo. In fact, the manager Ashley came by to check on us, and her friendliness, knowledge of the menu, and cocktails, and her genuine appreciation for our coming in to dine left us feeling like old friends…. (Or maybe her parents since we could be age-wise.). LOL. Anyway, we cannot say enough nice things about Reynaldo, Ashley, the food, drinks and ambience at Firebird. We will definitely put Firebirds into our dining rotation. Great atmosphere, food and service. Give it a try!

Wow ! What an amazing experience! My wife and I came for the first time to celebrate our 10th anniversary and not only was the food awesome , the customer service was great. Our waitress Andrea gave excellent recommendations and answered all of our questions so kindly. For appetizers we couldn’t decide between the Lobster queso and the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls so we got both and we didn’t regret it , honestly you can’t loose with either one they are both soooo good ! The queso has actual chunks of lobster that blend so well with the cheese and spinach and the eggrolls were full of meat with a nice sweet chili sauce drizzled. The filet was wrapped in bacon (not pictured) and was so soft and my wife’s ribeye was very juicy and flavorful. Now the crème brûlée cheesecake sample the waitress gave us was amazing (this is not the actual portion size, just a sample) she didn’t have to do that and she did because she knew I wanted to try it and she came with the plate and said “Happy Anniversary”, I thought that was so sweet of her to do on her own. Our actual dessert was a warm carrot cake with cream cheese on top that was honestly the best I’ve ever had. We loved this place and hope to comeback soon !!!

The service and ambience are wonderful here. If you want prime rib this restaurant has the best prime rib in town — hands-down! We’ve been told that there’s another place in town that is part of a golf course, and that they allegedly have the best prime rib. Well, we dined there and we were greatly disappointed. Fatty, flavorless meat is what we got. Unlike the prime rib here, which is simply to Die for - juicy, meaty, not too much fat, cooked perfectly! It’s served with a great jus and horseradish sauce. The loaded baked potato is noteworthy because they take the time to crust the skin with some sort of garlic salt concoction that really is divine. They also have some wonderful dinner salads — try the steak it is delicious! Their service is always wonderful, so you won’t be disappointed!

Pleasantly surprised at how good the food, service, and overall feel of this restaurant was. Food is pretty darn good and drinks were pretty decent as well. A bit on the pricey side but we went for the lunch special which was about $14.50 and left extremely satisfied by taste and portion size. Service was great. Server was kind and attentive. Feel of the place was very date night even though we went for lunch! So great place for a date night & wine enthusiasts.

Great food, excellent service, wonderful ambience, and one of the best outdoor patio dining areas in the Orlando area. The main challenge I’ve run into is just getting a decent parking space depending on the time of week.

Our first visit was outstanding. Our server Lauren was friendly, had great suggestions and we were never lacking. The steaks, Filet and Ribeye were delicious and perfectly cooked medium rare. The atmosphere was lively yet we had no problem conversing at the bar or table. We will return!

It's the best, most tender filet mignon steak I have ever had! Fork worthy and the price was reasonable, no need for that high scale stuff go here; you will be happy! and the Ceasars salad is top notch. Oh my, that dressing they make. My husband got the chicken pasta and loved it as well. Did I mention the bread, so so Good! Kids were very happy with their meals as well. All around 5 stars!!😊

Went for Mother’s Day and this was delicious. Of course made reservations and it was a wait but understandable considering today. While we waited was offered either a sample of either mimosa or their signature Double Black Diamond Martini (the martini was delicious 🤤). We had the appetizer of the deviled eggs which were good , I had grilled salmon and my kids both had the ribs yes they serve you a full slab. They have a beautiful patio area / bar on outside and inside was nice. Definitely worth the wait and drive to Orlando. Her server was Julie and she was great we will be back again.

Wednesday 11/22 Wife mentioned this Firebirds place she wanted to try. I'm game so long as the menu is right. Man... she read the menu and it was game on from the ride there. At one point she mentioned Egg Rolls... This will come back later on in the review. The server, right off the bat got our drinks in under 5 minutes. Got the brewed tea. Got the lemons with it. (this will come back also later on). Wife ordered Salmon, I ordered Cajun Steak. I ordered Carrot Cake (should of asked if it had nuts... I went to town removing them as it was sooooooo gooood. The Caramel....... Yumms! but something was way better read more... Wife ordered Choclate cake thingy - this thing is massive which justifies the price. I ordered street corn which was good, loaded potato, also good but it did miss the butter or there wasn't enough... idk..., and I had the chicken soup thingy. That soup is smoldering hot. I couldn't eat it until after my steak arrived, and partially eaten. Its good, but dang... its hot... Kids Chicken strips, tater tots, and organic juice. Wife Coffee. So lets begin. Salmon was cooked perfectly. It's not carmelized like Flemmings, but its better than Season 52. I think its a matter of what your in the mood for. Caramelizing Salmon isn't always preferred. Me personally I like both. Wife is the same on this. Sometimes moist not melting is ideal. This was seasoned just right. Steak. The Cajun steak was really good. I found out AFTERWARDS there is another one garlic herb type butter. It's not on the menu but I would of preferred that over the Cajun. The Cajun IS great too, but I am totally a fan of anything garlic. So thats next visit. The steak is SOOOO MOIST. Omg... I haven't had one like it since Ruth's in Georgia and it was the Tomahawk. This Ribeye with Cajun butter, I thought it might of been the butter that did it. NOPE. I had parts without the butter and on POINT. I asked for Medium (Pink). It was a tad bit darker but ffs no way in hell was I returning that flavored steak. No way. Prior to the Steak arrival. My wife went to bathroom with son, and a drop off of Egg Rolls came to our table. These things were massive, and I was like *yoink* I am gonna try one of these things. Man..... these things are like a crack addiction. Wife shows up and said "Oh you ordered Egg Rolls" my mouth all watery and I said "No I thought you did" at that point we knew something was mistaken. Server came over Derrick and said "Oh they brought the egg rolls to the wrong table.." Much to their benefit, before we left we got 2 orders of these things to go for our Movie night. The cheese, the meat, the crunchiness, the flavors were OMG amazing. I will say though, getting them to go, may wanna poke holes in the lids to let the moisture out. Its what we did as I have learned when crunchy breaded things go home they get all moist and ruin the crunchiness. Either this or take the lid off and hold them. If you do the hole method, get home, do NOT refrigerate them. The roll piece becomes not so good afterwards. Eat same day. The carrot cake, so this big square with frosting and nuts (sadly), and caramel. So good. I had to take home cause I can only handle so much sweet in one sitting. The service. So the lady whom brought my mistaken egg rolls which were AMAZING, and she had also informed me about the garlic herb butter for the steak. She was supper friendly, happy and very quick. She advised on some other things my wife wants to try. Derrick (I am not sure if I spelled it right). This guy was on top of his game. He was friendly, responsive to refills WITHOUT having to ask for it, brought lemons as I LOVE my lemons with my tea, and stayed on top of everything from begging to end. We had 1 hiccup as I didn't know the soup came with Sour Cream and he fixed that supper quick. I haven't had great service since 2019 at Flemmings. This broken the cycle. Thank you Derrick. Great food AND great service

We had such a wonderful experience here! The ambiance, the service, and the food (party in your mouth) ALL were absolutely phenomenal! A BIG thank you to Nina, our amazing Waitress who was on point with everything and truly made our first experience an extra special one. 💝 Also a Shout out to Joey, the General Manager, who checked in on us and helped to ensure our experience was satisfactory and one to remember. Overall I highly recommend you do yourself a favor & give this place a try. I’m telling all my friends and planning to go back soon for Happy Hour. 😊 Keep up the incredible work Firebirds Team!!! 🙌

Food doesn’t measure up. The resturant is very pretty, nice vibe and good service. I dined in for an early dinner. The honey garlic chicken was ok, the cheese on the au gratin potatoes was not good, fake cheese (is that possible?). The bread and butter was nice before our meal and I enjoyed the white sangria. I believe the food did not match the price.

Came to the bar for Happy Hour where they had not only had drink special but also food specials. Had the Chimichurri Steak with tots, both were seasoned amazingly. Ended with the recommended lemon cake which was outstanding. Jonathan was our bartender/server and he was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Would recommend :)

New Chat Fri Sep 29 2023 01:25:06 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)Online Act as a good conneseur. Review restaurant firebird wood fired grill at Winter Park. I had a durango hamburger and my wife had chicken penne. Restaurant Firebird Wood Fired Grill at Winter Park offers a delightful dining experience for lovers of flavor and ambiance. As a true connoisseur, I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and trying out their delectable offerings. My wife accompanied me, and she opted for the Chicken Penne, while I decided to indulge my taste buds with the Durango Hamburger. First impressions matter, and Firebird Wood Fired Grill at Winter Park certainly does not disappoint in this aspect. The restaurant boasts a charming and cozy atmosphere, with warm lighting and tasteful decor. The wood-fired grill adds a touch of rustic charm, making it a visually appealing dining destination. Onto the main event - the food. The Durango Hamburger, prepared using the wood-fired grill, was an absolute treat for my palate. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavors. The combination of the smoky taste from the wood-fired grill and the simple yet savory toppings created a harmonious marriage of flavors. The hamburger bun was fresh and had a nice texture, which complemented the juicy patty exceptionally well. It is safe to say that Firebird Wood Fired Grill's Durango Hamburger exceeded my expectations and left me longing for more. My wife's Chicken Penne was equally impressive. The pasta was cooked al dente, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. The dish was well-balanced, with the right amount of seasoning and a delightful cream sauce that tied all the flavors together. The wood-fired grill imparted a subtle smoky flavor to the chicken, elevating the overall dining experience. It was evident that attention to detail and quality ingredients went into the preparation of this dish. In terms of service, the staff at Firebird Wood Fired Grill at Winter Park were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our dishes arrived promptly, and our server was more than willing to answer any questions we had about the menu. The overall dining experience was smooth and pleasurable, thanks to the restaurant's well-trained staff. When it comes to prices, Firebird Wood Fired Grill reflects the quality of its offerings. While the prices may be slightly higher than other establishments in the area, the exceptional flavors, superb cooking techniques, and overall dining experience more than justify the cost. In conclusion, Firebird Wood Fired Grill at Winter Park is a must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. The Durango Hamburger and Chicken Penne dishes showcased the culinary prowess of the restaurant, leaving a lasting impression on our palates. The ambiance, attentive service, and quality of ingredients all contribute to making Firebird Wood Fired Grill a top-tier culinary destination. Whether you're a fan of burgers or pasta, this restaurant promises to satisfy even the most discerning taste buds.

Palmer was awesome, professional, extremely sharp for attention to requests. He was also very accurate on timing when checking on the table. Loved the complete experience. Also the two day newest server was extremely helpful I didn't catch her name. I loved her service skills and her calming personality.
