Firstly, our server was excellent. She was very attentive, had a good attitude, and made us feel important. Second, the venue is pretty cool. I think this may be the largest Hard Rock on earth. The memorabilia is world class, as usual, and our server invited us to walk around and take it in - which we did! Third, the food was very good. We started off with the spicy shrimp, yum. I had a NY strip that was cooked to perfection, and my onion rings were über crunchy - I hate it when they are soggy and stringy. My son had the ribs. They were our only disappointment. The flavor was excellent but the meat didn’t fall off the bone and he felt like he had to “work for it” a little. His side of mac and cheese was yummy, it was prepared nicely with some different spices. Finally, the hot fudge brownie dessert did not disappoint. Everything was gooey and delicious. We really enjoyed our visit and dinner. I would definitely recommend you stop by yourself.

Great vibe of a restaurant. They are the biggest Hard Rock in the world. With cool design in the restaurant. The price was reasonable and the service was great. We got a friendly server for our table. Recommend people to have a meal here after visiting Universal Studio.

The service was a mixed bag. The hosts were not kind especially Evelyn. They were short, rude, and overall not helpful. However, our server was attentive quick and personable. The food was kind of just gross. I got the vegan burger and it was incredibly lack luster, half burnt and half undercooked. Taking off the cheese and onion ring with no substitution gave me a boring plain burger. The presentation was poor to match the poor taste.

The food here is good, but nothing you can't get anywhere else. The atmosphere is what you're her for. We will usually eat here before a show next door at the live venue. We have always sat in the bar since the wait to get a table has always been a bit longer than we have time for. It's definitely a fun time. However, if you are looking for a memorable plate of food, I would just say enjoy the decor and memorabilia that are all over the place and take that memory home with ya.

It was after 10 at night and we were hungry. We decided to visit for first time this Cafe because we have some friend recommendations. I must say that the first experience at the front desk wasn’t very pleasant, the Hostess did not even say hello or at least try to be friendly. He directly asked if we wanted to sit at the bar or at a table. When we were at the table we waited for approximately 15 minutes until our waitress showed up and took the order for drinks and appetizers. She never gave us utensils or napkins until one of us stood up and asked for them. The appetizers were delicious, especially the Bruschetta,m. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the Fajita Combo. The chicken was cold inside and tasteless, the tortilla tasted too much like flour, but the steak was delicious. The best thing about my experience was the decoration of the Cafe, this place has impressive things, with a very Rocker atmosphere. The restaurant was really clean. I don't think I will return to this site and I recommend keep working in your costumer service.

Atmosphere is great but a long wait for a table despite not being that busy, food selection was a lot less than the Hard Rocks I've been to before, basically just burgers and burgers. I ordered the messi chicken burger and didn't like it at all, took one bite and left it as it was was too salty for my liking, I don't think you need to add salt in any burger so definitely one off experience for me. The waitress was very understanding, brought me replacement food and the restaurant comped the burger

Reservations were made here. I ate here earlier this year and it was definitely worth the wait! (Forgot to post a review) Our server Taylor was very attentive and nice. He provided us what we needed plus more. I wanted to eat here because this is my mom's favorite restaurant. I wanted to try it out and it was so much more flavorful than I expected. This was one of the best meals I have ever had. I loved the decor, so much history and memorabilia. Did y'all know this is the largest Hard Rock Cafe in the world?

The Hard Rock restaurant was great! Me and my daughter loved the atmosphere, the staff were absolutely excellent and worked very fast and efficiently. The food was amazing, we got the sliders, a chicken salad and the Messi chicken burger during our time there and it was very good. The music memorabilia around the restaurant was really cool and they had a few outfits that some big names wore during special occasions. The staff were giving shakes with a candle to all birthday guests and the whole crowd (which is huge) was saying yelling birthday to each birthday guest. This atmosphere was fun and I highly recommend you visit this restaurant during your stay at Orlando Studios!

The salmon was delicious and everyone else enjoyed what they had ordered too. I didn’t think it was expensive either. Free refills on the soft drinks, they arrived before we even noticed we were getting low! We ate at lunchtime, it wasn’t overly busy but still busy if that makes sense! I have a dairy allergy and they catered extremely well.

Wow we so impressed with the quick and personable service from our server Ashley V and her manager Heather. The burgers were so juicy and I had a gluten free bun and she walked all the way back for the onion ring! The hot fudge sundae was huge-great to share w table. The memorabilia is so breathtaking. We definitely will come back but so happy we had a reservation and didn’t have to wait!

All of the food was good. My daughter wanted cheese pizza but they only had pepperoni on the menu...they were awesome and made it cheese only. My husband had the ribs, they were fall off the bone delicious, the beans were perfect, too! My buffalo chicken was okay, the buffalo sauce didn't have much of a taste. It's on the pricy side, $80 for 2 adults and 1 kid, but we enjoyed dining here! Our server was very nice and attentive.

Since I have been in Japan, I have begun my Hard Rock Cafe journey and this is my third Hard Rock I have had the opportunity to visit. I will say, by far, this has been the Hard Rock that I’ve imagine it would be. It is in the heart of Universal. I knew that when i saw there was a line at the entrance, it was a hot spot for the area. Actually, a time that I didn’t mind waiting in line. Then when I got to the front of the line, I was informed that I did not need to wait in the line if I wanted to sit at the bar. I felt like dumbo, but at least you will know after reading this review that you do not have to wait in line if you are going to the bar or just want to walk in to see the place. It is like a mini museum in there with plenty to look at. When I arrived at the bar, I was greeted by a great bartender. Seemed like a well-experienced bar tender. I say that because the bar was packed and they were still able to manage to keep all the patrons satisfied. In a sense that he would attend to everyone to ensure they had what they needed. Also, I ordered a Long Island Ice Tea and it was quite impressive. I knew if I had too many of those, I wouldn’t be able to find my way back to the hotel. There are multiple levels of memorabilia to view, multiple bars, and a live atmosphere. I was able to spend a lot of time in there. Plus, they play some pretty good tunes in the establishment. So there is plenty of items within the establishment to keep you occupied and discuss while you wait. There are a variety of food items on the menu to choose from. Whether you want an appetizer, small meal, large meal, or dessert, I am sure they have what you want. My experience at this Hard Rock was wonderful and worth the visit. I hope that you are able to visit and have the same satisfying experience I was able to have. Also, I hope that you found this review helpful. May you enjoy your adventure in Orlando!

Overall, a great experience. We got seated on a timely manner. We were told to wait 15 min and we got seated right at 15 min. The employees and waiters were very nice and helpful. If this is your first time eating here, definitely get your pictures taken. The food was good. Our burgers were juicy. The nachos were well portioned but definitely not enough for several adults. The portion amount for the salads was more than enough for one adult as well and very well made. This spot is a super nice spot to take a break at if you're going from one park to the other in one day. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food, it was exactly 30 minutes but we did have several dishes ordered. Other than waiting 30 minutes for our food to arrivez everything else was good.

First let me start with the one bad point that stopped it getting the full 5 stars, my wife's chicken had pink in it which we were told it was grizzle. Justin the manager handled it amazing and as my wife didn't want chicken as it had put her off he did her a cheese cake and took it off the bill. The other 3 meals were good and the replacement cheese cake was great. So I know I only gave a 4 star I would recommend this place if you are in the area.

We were a little worried because it was our first time at Universal City Walk and we didn't have reservations. We walked in and were seated within 10 minutes. The food service was really good as was the food. The decor was pretty incredible too!!

Loved this place. Our server Laura was truly a Rock Star she was helpful, courteous and gave us a tour of some truly awesome Music History Memorabilia. The food and drinks were very good. I mean what was not to like. Also went to the gift shop after and got some great swag. If you go to Universal and love music you must go here!

Third time going to a Hard Rock (Chicago and Boston previously) and this one was the best experience from the three! The service is excellent as well as the food! Our server Buddy was really helpful and friendly, he was very attentive and didn’t fail in any aspect. Best Hard Rock experience so far!

Had a Chicken Ceasar Salad today and it was good, actually quite filling. The salad was nice size and the chicken portion was large, comparable to half a chicken breast. The food arrived quickly and the service was excellent. The beers are nice and cold and very refreshing on a warm day. Full size bar and the bartenders can make you any drink you desire. The music playing is classic rock which I enjoy. Really enjoyed my dining and entertainment experience here today!

I had a very lovely time here. The wait time was a bit long, but we got to enjoy all the history inside of The Hard Rock. First had ordered the Bangkok spicy shrimp absolutely DELICIOUS! Perfect crunch and spice. My husband ordered the twisted mac chicken & cheese, I ordered the original legendary burger everything was very delicious and our waitress was so very kind and attentive. Well definitely be back!!

The Hard Rock Cafe at Universal Orlando, is the largest of all hard rock cafés. The walls and rooms are loaded with rock memorabilia. The menu is classic hard rock burgers, fries, shake and soda. Really cool atmosphere several rooms to explore. great staff, huge bar. Nice selection of souvenirs in their shop. A definite place to check out in Orlando. it is a walk on the opposite side of universal walk.

The staff immediately are welcoming and the environment is friendly and super happy! They took our picture which we purchased for $25 with a guitar as a prop, it came out really nice. We were seated and placed our order immediately, which was simple yet it took one hour and 20 minutes to receive wings and 3 sandwiches. We were on vacation and simply didn’t want to bother with complaining. The manger stopped by our table and apologize for the long wait and went on with his business. The food was average my chicken sandwich was dry and no better than any fast food joint! Overly experienced was such okay if it wasn’t with waiting such a long time for sandwiches it would have okay.

Our server Vivian was great. We all enjoyed the food and of course the ambiance. My only comment is if you purchase the photo pack be sure to look at them closely. We thought they looked fine and only when we got home did we realize that my husband is missing an arm in the photos. I'm sure it wasn't intentional but just check yours.

The Hard Rock Orlando at Universals City Walk is great. Definitely my favorite place to eat when visiting the Theme Parks. Usually has a bit of a wait. However, you can usually grab a seat or three at the bar and get faster service then waiting for a table. The menu has a pretty decent selection of appetizers and entrees to chose from. This evening we were served by Mikey and Erika. They provided exceptional service as they were professional and attentive. The food was pretty tasty and is always consistent.

Went to the restaurant before a comedy show. Austin was our server and was friendly and attentive. I ordered a beer which included a souvenir glass. BUT The wings are probably in my top 5 favorite EVER! WOW. Just delicious. All of the staff was friendly. They make your drink a double for $2 extra. I created my own drink by getting the virgin basil strawberry drink and a double tequila neat. Highly recommended. Will return, the burgers are mid tho. Not the best thing on the menu.....

I got 3 words for the buffalo chicken wings: Rock And Roll! The seating was quick even in the chaos (the place is quite busy as you can imagine). The food service was also quick. We were in and out in a little under an hour and 30. Tip: If available sit at the bar while you're waiting for your table. The drinks are too die for.

Delicious food, good service and clean everything. They have chairs for babies, the food did take a little while to serve but it was worth the wait. My children also ate deliciously, there is a dish that includes green beans and grilled chicken breast, delicious and healthy, and with the children's menu they gave them a mini ball with their box.

Excellent experience! Went for dinner with the family. Located just outside the Universal Studio parks. Under promise and over deliver is the theme for this restaurant. We got on the waitlist and didn’t have to wait as long as they told us. The service was superb and the waitress was attentive and quick on refills. We got the nachos with pork, kids meals (cheese burger, chicken tenders and Mac and cheese) and the kids all enjoyed their meals. I got the Original Legendary Burger and my wife got the Southwestern Chicken Bowl. Ended the night with some dessert. Super yummy!!

3 of us arrived for dinner around 8:30 pm on a Saturday. We were seated immediately. I’d recommend coming before the park closes because when we left around 9:30, the line was LONG. They make you take a group photo prior to sitting with a broken guitar and then try to get you to pay $25 for it 🙄. Our server was friendly, and could have been more attentive but the place was pretty busy. He did seem annoyed no one at our table ordered any alcohol. Our food came super quick. I had the grilled salmon noodle bowl. It was DELICIOUS. The veggies were fresh, and the dressing was the perfect compliment to the perfectly cooked salmon. I was super happy! Overall good experience. I’d go again because the food was so good!

This is my personal favorite restaurant to eat at when we visit Universal Studios. They have music videos playing on the monitors or sports. They have a good selection of delicious food and adult beverages. Their centerpiece is a 1959 Cadillac convertible that is rotating over the bar. There also are many pieces of rock and roll memorabilia throughout the entire restaurant. You are allowed to walk around and take pictures of these if you want.Behind the restaurant is a piece of the Berlin wall. They even have a concert stadium attached. If they aren't too busy they will give you a quick tour of it if you ask. Good tunes, good eats and good drinks. Leave room for their desserts! What else can you ask for? Make sure you check out the pins in the souvenir shop.

Always great service and good food. The restaurant is huge, and there's plenty going on so no matter where you sit you won't feel out of the way. There's a wide range of music from all genres being played inside and it creates a wonderful atmosphere.

Very unique, interesting, and of course cool. So many historic pieces/memorabilia everywhere. Attentive staff. Good food. Pricey as you'd expect for the locationand establishment, but nothing too crazy. Fun spot to check out.

What an amazing place, the food was incredible! We arrived and were told it would be a 30 minute wait for a walk up. It took 20 minutes and we were seated very quickly. Our servers name was Tim and he was fantastic at his job! Always checking in on us having great conversation with my little one whilst also making sure his tables had everything they needed. The music was great and the food better! Definitely needed after a long day in Universal!

Loved sitting at the bar watching the Elvis pink Cadillac rotate above our heads. After a great burger and drinks we visited all the great R&R artists’ artifacts. Loved reliving some great music we enjoyed in concerts and recordings. Fabulous experience!

Always loved Hard Rock Cafe, but our visit last night was less than thrilling. The atmosphere is fantastic, our server, Potter, was absolutely phenomenal, but then we got our food. One steak was severely undercooked, mashed potatoes seemed old, and the green beans were chewy. The other steak was overcooked, mostly fat, and very tough to even cut. These are NOT cheap items. The kid's meals were fine. Neither of us finished our food. Definitely not worth the price of everything, which is of course inflated even more in a tourist area.
