When
we
went
to
our
rooms,
first
thing
I
did
was
try
to
plug
in
my
phone
charger,
only
to
find
that
ALL
of
the
outlets
were
too
loose,
and
nothing
we
tried
to
plug
in
would
stay
in,
everything
just
fell
out
of
the
outlet.
The
outlet
in
the
bathroom
was
fine
though.
Second
thing
I
did
was
used
the
toilet,
but
then
it
couldn't
flush
my
#2
and
became
plugged
up.
I
called
the
front
desk
and
told
them
we
need
dinnertime
to
come
unplug
it,
or
at
least
get
me
a
plunger.
She
said
they
may
come
to
fix
it,
or
bring
us
a
key
to
a
new
room,
and
says
she's
call
me
back.
I
waited
10
minutes
and
she
didn't
call
back.
I
called
again,
and
she
sent
someone
with
a
new
key.
I
soon
found
out
that
the
outlets
in
this
room
were
exactly
the
same,
anything
you
plug
in
just
falls
out.
We
took
turns
charging
our
phones
in
the
one
outlet
that
worked,
which
was
again
in
the
bathroom.
And
speaking
of
the
bathroom,
my
mother
used
the
toilet
(#1
this
time)
and
while
it
flushed
everything
liquid,
the
toilet
paper
never
went
down.
Seems
these
toilets
can't
flush
anything
solid
at
all.
Also
there
was
mold
on
the
bathroom
ceiling
in
the
shower,
and
a
small
hole
in
the
wall
near
the
ceiling.
We
stayed
for
three
nights.
In
the
hotel
lobby
there's
a
sign
that
says
that
due
to
the
Covid-19
pandemic,
the
rooms
would
be
serviced
every
second
day
of
your
stay.
But
our
rooms
were
not
serviced
ANY
day.
Each
night
when
we
went
back
to
our
rooms,
we
had
to
go
to
the
lobby
ourselves
to
an
for
new
towels.
When
checking
out,
we
asked
to
be
refunded
the
service
fee
because
they
didn't
did
what
we
payed
for,
but
they
refused
to
refund
it.
What's
more,
the
hallway
outside
our
room
didn't
smell
too
pleasant.
My
mother
described
it
as
smelling
like
skunk.
This
smell
remained
for
the
entire
time
we
stayed.
And
in
another
hallway
between
the
lobby
and
our
room
there
was
a
large
puddle
of
water,
which
stayed
there
day
after
day
and
wasn't
cleaned
up.
It
did
appear
to
shrink
from
day
to
day,
just
from
evaporation.
One
star
rooms.
Zero
star
service.
