Great
location
if
you
are
looking
to
be
close
to
Universal
without
paying
Hard
Rock
prices.
Pool
is
absolutely
amazing
and
the
other
amenities
are
not
bad
at
all
(bowling,
arcade,
etc.).
Although
not
the
most
secure
place.
We
were
told
if
our
key
card
doesn’t
work
at
the
gate
to
the
rooms,
just
stick
your
hand
through
the
hole
and
unlock
it
from
the
other
side.
We
had
a
very
interesting
experience
checking
in
-
after
a
VERY
long
day
of
traveling
we
ended
up
having
to
switch
rooms
3
times
for
various
reasons.
Honestly
wouldn’t
have
been
too
big
of
a
deal
if
we
weren’t
so
tired
and
had
to
explain
to
the
employees
what
we
needed,
“a
room
with
a
tub
due
to
medical
needs
for
a
child
and
preferably
an
adjoining
room
next
to
our
family.”
First
two
rooms
were
in
completely
different
buildings
with
no
tub
and
not
cleaned
from
the
prior
guests.
We
were
told
the
adjoining
room
to
our
family
was
not
available
(okay).
Next
room
must
have
just
been
sprayed
with
Lysol
as
we
could
smell
it
from
outside
the
room
and
found
trash
and
hair
in
the
room.
Also,
no
tub.
Again,
we
were
told
the
adjoining
room
to
our
family
was
not
available
(cool).
Last
room
we
were
moved
to
was
extremely
clean,
had
a
tub,
and
yes
you
guessed
it,
the
adjoining
room
to
our
family.
After
hour
3
and
room
4
we
were
beat.
Didn’t
have
the
energy
to
ask,
“Why
couldn’t
we
have
just
been
placed
here
hours
ago?”
