This was the worst experience ever. I was getting ready to go to universal the next day with my friends so we booked this hotel. We regret it.. The halls smell like urine ,it's disgusting. When I entered my room their were roaches EVERYWHERE ⬅➡⬆⬇↗↘↙↖. I wanted to take a shower so my hair would be nice and clean for the next day , but I couldn't because their were roaches all over the bathtub. The staff were so sassy. When I was about to go to bed I took of the blanket to see urine and food on the bed, their was also roaches!!! The ac was so bad. The tv is so old!! I wasn't able to watch anything. The worst part is that since the bed was dirty, and the floor was too I couldn't sleep anywhere. I couldn't take it anymore. Neither could my friends. We hat to get a refund, but guess what. WE DIDN'T GET OUR MONEY BACK!!! We left and looked for the closest hotel near by, and this time we made sure to check the reviews. It was so nice I was able to get my shower and sleep 💤. The next day I went to universal with my friends and we talked about our experiences at this hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GOING HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I have no clue how some people on here gave this hotel more than a 2 star rating. 2 stars is being generous. Stayed here for 2 nights because of flight issues. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. VERY BAD cockroach problem here. In our first room they gave us, the sink was clogged, cockroaches were in the bathroom, AC barely worked, room looked worn down and it didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge. They gave us a second room. It was a little better; had better AC and a microwave/fridge. But cockroaches were still a problem. Don’t come here. I only booked here because my airline screwed me over and I was just trying to get the cheapest hotel to stay in for 2 nights. Also there’s crackheads just roaming the hotel area all the time. This isn’t a spot you want to book to stay at for a vacation in Orlando. It’s depressing, dirty, worn down, dated, and cheap. The only positive thing is the Haitian lady in the lobby store cooks good food and is very nice.

Worst place to stay. We had booked the hotel for 2 nights but we checked out the next day because the rooms were smelly and dingy. Broken lamps. Lights didn’t work. There were ants and roaches. The phones didn’t work either so we had to go to the lobby (very smelly)to ask them to clean the rooms. But no one came in to clean the dead roaches in the bathroom. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Stay away.

My first room was gross to put it politely. The second room was tolerable only because there were no other hotels available to move to. The pictures online are not accurate: safes didn't work, not all the rooms have refrigerators or deadbolts, water damage, stains, holes in the walls. The beds thankfully were fine

HORRIBLE HOTEL! WORST service. The man in the front desk is rude and won’t help you. The hotel and the rooms are dirty. they don't even pick up the garbage from the rooms. In the night it was cold so we asked for blankets for yet they did not lend it. There was smell of marijuana all over the hotel, especially in the room area. A terrible experience, definitely by price you can find something much better and better service. NOT recommended. Only good location still no shuttle from hotel.

As soon as I walk in, I felt so insecure and in a very bad ambience. We found roaches at restroom and dust everywhere, I smell pee and cigarets on my way to the room, we saw stains on the floor that look very suspicious, hair on the “clean sheets” and people drinking at the lobby like it was their house. Thanks to whoever was at the lobby today. As soon as we look at the first room, we went to the lobby and explained the situation and she change our room. Sadly, it was as bad as the first one. We asked for a refund and she was able to give us one right away. This was the only good thing about this hotel. If I could give it 0 starts, I would.

Absolutely gross. We got in late, so we just found a hotel. The room stunk. Water all over the bathroom floor. Water damage in the ceiling. Hard to use the electrical outlets. Bed sheets weren’t washed. Something gross on the floor. I’m sure they will paste the same comment they have been responding with for the past six months showing they are reading all these reviews and taking them seriously……..

Worst motel ever. Homeless people sleeping in the hallways. Crackheads walking around the whole night asking you if you need anything. I stayed 11 nights for work. Housekeeping came once the day before I left and when I got back from work my go pro had been stolen. Internet non existent. Don't stay here

For starters before I even booked I called the hotel number on file and I specifically asked may I Pay my deposit cash I was told yes. After booking I called again to confirm my booking and I asked the representative again Will it be fine if I pay my deposit in cash I was told yes again. when I got there I was rudely informed that we have to pay with card. Within their booking fees they charge an extra $10 per adult for breakfast that they don’t even offer for free. why am I being charged a $10 fee for breakfast and I still have to pay for breakfast that makes no sense this hotel is a scam it is dirty and it falsely advertises just about everything. I would not recommend coming to this hotel unless it is your very last resort. I understand now why it is so cheap. just because a hotel is privately owned does not mean that it Has to be so terrible with service and disgusting. All employees are rude from dayshift to night. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would . I will never return to this type of establishment and any type of management who would suggest so is out of their mind and ludicrous.

The room key was not working and I had to go back to reception to fix it. The lady said the maintenance would go there but I just asked for a difference room. The new room smelled like people had smoked. The beds were done and all toiletries/towels were provided as expected. Even though the room seemed liked it had been cleaned, it looked like a dirty/very poor condition room. Paint was chipping off of walls and doors, the bathroom smelled like pee, the bathtub had mending over mending and I even stepped on a whole under this mending. It looked like the hotel was bought from like a foreclosure/auction and was not in operating condition yet. I did not feel safe walking through the hotel to find my room and I tried to get a parking spot that was as close as possible to my room because I did not feel safe leaving my car there. The people staying were loud and disrespectful. Some of the guests were smoking cigarettes outside of their rooms but with the door open (which explains why rooms smell like smoke). I have seen other guests even smoking marijuana in the premises of the hotel. There were guests recording video dances at the lobby yelling at each other while I was asking my key to be fixed and none of the receptionists said anything. I did not use the wifi. I did not use any food/beverage/ice machine services. I saw what looked like a cafeteria/restaurant/bar inside of the hotel but it was closed. Regardless, it looked dirty and even if it was open or if there was free breakfast, I wouldn’t eat in there. The bed was quite comfortable and shower worked properly. The checkout process was fast and easy. In my overall opinion I would NOT recommend this hotel because, despite of its location, it felt very unsafe and dirty.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We arrived at the hotel around 1am because we had just flown in. There were 4 of us in our group and we had a king bed and a hide a bed. We walk into the room and we’re exhausted and we pull out the hide a bed to get ready for bed and the bed was not made with stains on the sheets and a pair of DIRTY underwear!!! We also check the bathroom and it was just as bad! There were fruit flies all over the bathroom and the sink was disgustingly dirty. We practically ran out of the room! We were there for such a short amount of time that none of us even had a chance to take our shoes off. When I went to the front desk to try to get a refund because the room was disgusting they refused to give a refund. I would have rather slept in the car than in that room. Luckily we were able to find another hotel to stay at that night.

ZERO STARS!!! I don’t even know where to begin on this atrocious place! The room smelled like mold because there was mold on the rug and curtains. I found a huge roach in our room. Not to mention, our floor was constantly damp and made our things wet. Our bathtub leaked all day 24/7 and I couldn’t take a shower. I tried to bleach our room and spray down with Lysol but it didn’t work. Also my keycard kept deactivating. My mom needs all of her money back! This place needs to be closed down and renovated. No one, not even the homeless roaches should stay there. It is gross!!!

The hotel was overall very dirty, with the smell of humidity, only two towels for a family of 3, no soap or personal hygiene products, there's only smoking rooms, no fridge, no microwave, and it did not feel safe as the hotel was not full of tourists. Also, the bathroom was disgusting there was rust in the toilet and bed bugs in the bed. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed! The only good thing was the location since it was very centric to touristic activities.

A burned hole in my bed sheet. Moist and dirty carpet. Loud AC. Sicket by the bed wasn't working. One slightest touch would turn off the lights. People yelling outside waking us up in the middle of the night. Some legit ghetto fun ngl. Slippery floor by the entrance to the hotel. They have buckets out because of leaky roof but don't scrub the floor by the entrance so it grows mold and causes people to slip. The price is competitive. Would come again. You're welcome.

RUN do not stay here. Upon arriving, the room reeked of weed. The smoke detector had a plastic bag taped around it and the floor was literally sticky. As well the moulding is falling off the walls. The room provided 2 extremely small towels that were in no way usable. My daughter and partner now a terrified of the room and would not go back inside. When I confronted management the whole experience was a front desk managers who had no authority and a general manager who spent the time yelling at them on the phone. We found a much better hotel down the street.

I had a fantastic stay at the Quality Inn Orlando near Universal! The location was perfect, just minutes away from Universal Studios and other attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though not overly welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando on a budget – it truly enhanced our vacation experience! Unfortunately, I couldn't get early check-in as I arrived early, but that's okay; they were willing to help store my luggage. I got a room with a pool view, nothing fancy, but waking up to that view in the morning was lovely. My key didn't work the next day, but they activated it right away. There are a few nearby restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. It's easy to access if you want to take a bus to the airport or any other place as it's right in front of the hotel entrance. Everything was perfect for my 2-night stay.

This hotel is just okay. It was fine for what we needed, just a place to sleep at night. Upon our arrival, the front desk lady tells my husband she accidentally gave our reservation to someone else because “our names were too similar”. We got it sorted out after 20-30 minutes and we finally got a room. When we got to our room, we tried turning the lamps on and none of them worked. We tried plugging in our phones and none of the outlets worked. We tried brushing our teeth and the sink faucet barely worked and would stutter water out. There was red stuff on the bottom of one of the lamps, which my husband assured me was not blood but it looked like ink of some sort. I wish I would have taken pictures but by the time we got to our room we were so tired from our trip and had more driving to do in the morning. We had a room with two beds and only one had a comforter on it. The other one only had a think blanket and sheets. The pillows had no cases on them. And the beds were super blown out.

The location of the hotel is the only good thing. First when I got there, I paid in full a month before and they tell me there were no king size bed available. After discussing with a young men at the desk, they gave me a handicap room with the king bed. Super dirty, with a no smoking sign and could not smell more to cigarrette. Rug super dirty. Toilet cover all loose and everyday had to go and reactivate the room cards. I use a lot the Quality in hotels. I will never use this one again.

This was a terrible experience. Paid for a non smoking room, got a smoking room. After asking for another one, was Told they would be sending someone up to spray to eliminate smell- they never showed. Lock on door broken, no phone or microwave. Poor service completely. After speaking to a supervisor was advised that I would only be charged half of the rate and that did not happen either. I was still charge the full amount after calling several times, so no answer I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to anybody ever.

I stayed at this property on Dec 28 till Dec 30. I had made reservation from Choice Hotels website (not through 3rd party website) and reserved King Bed Non-smoking room. I have called choice hotel as soon as I checked out and my case is pending because owne/manager is not responding. I am waiting for my full refund from this property otherwise I am reporting safety and security violations to Fire Marshal. (Please do not reach out to me directly for any future stay credit- please respond to Choice hotel case that is pending for past one month - all I am asking is full refund) While checking in, front desk person didn't mention that he is giving me keys to smoking room. I went back to front desk and showed my reservation that I had non-smoking room. Answer was "this is last king bed. I can give you full refund and you can go stay somewhere else". Last min near by hotel prices were average $250/night so we ended up staying in Double beds Non-smoking room. I walked in the room and it was disgusting. Smelled mold, hole in the shower, missing sink stopper, ceiling was falling a part, toilet was disgusting, stained bedsheets and comforter. No fridge in the room (Good excuse that you guys are doing renovations - Trust me I had work through PIP at choice hotel property and it is not rocket science to provide amenities to Guests during renovations) Not kids/family friendly property at all - lots of people hanging out near by stairways and smoke stuff

I didn’t do too much reviewing of the hotel as I usually do since I was going to be staying for one night. When I checked in, service at the front desk was a little slow, but nothing too ridiculous. I checked in around 4pm and immediately dropped my stuff off and left to go to an event. I got back to my room around 9pm and went to use the toilet. There was a huge hole in the wall behind the toilet and I heard weird sounds. When I turned the sink on to wash my hands, the water filled the sink and a roach floated up from the drain. At that moment, I wasn’t even phased because I knew the area was a little run down from what I saw and central Florida is a warm climate, so insects are common. What ruined my experience was when I went to the front desk to show the employees the issues with their room for their own acknowledgment (Recorded Video). The lady responded nonchalantly with “Would you like a new room sir?”. I said “Yes”. I recognized that she didn’t care that much, but her next statement got me. “If you do not like this next room, we will have to cancel your reservation “ she said. I thought that wasn’t necessary and was obvious. After that, I went to the next room (on the 2nd floor and opposite wing of the previous room)where I immediately went to the bathroom and saw a baby roach. I turned all the lights on and removed all of my takeout food from the room. I turned the TV on (which was outdated and had terrible color resolution) and went to bed to speed up this hotel experience. I would not recommend this stay.

Room was clean but lady at the front desk was far from helpful. The rooms had no microwave and they sent us to 7/11 down the road even though the employees have access to one. There are better places in the area. They cost a bit more but are more than worth it

If you have few bucks to spare, better choose the neighboring hotels. The room we got was so disgusting. One bed was deformed, literally, we’re lying down unevenly. The bathroom curtain was torn, the rod was broken so water was coming out of the tub. The ceiling was chipped off. To top it all, ONLY 1 RELIABLE OUTLET was available, in which, at this present day and age, we rely soo much on outlets for gadgets and stuffs. The 2 other outlets can’t hold the power cord in place. We had to prop the phone charger and laptop charger with rolled tissue paper to charge them. Please shop around…and never make the same mistake we’ve made. The neighboring hotels only has $10-30 difference. In this case, I’ll pay extra for comfort!!!

Location of the Hotel is the only good thing about it. Room are Big with Zero amenities except for a TV, No fridge, microwave no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the room will get steamy you leave the door open after a shower, didn’t even have a phone and the safe in the room was locked already who knows how long. And the AC was on its last leg had to keep it at 67 just to keep the room cool!

Great and wonderful place to enjoy . Very quite and relaxing with the most great staff in America. Kim at the front desk has the most precious heart. Marie at the front desk also. The owner is an amazing guy with pure love in his heart. Thank each and everyone of you for your support and love. Thank you

The room is tragic. Dirty, full of holes. You can tell the air conditioners were to small because there are boards filling the gaps somewhat anyway. Curtains are I'm terrible shape with many missing patches/holes. All the furniture is dinked up, there are stains on the skirts and sheets. Candy wrappers on the floor by the bed. No microwave or mini-fridge. Air conditioner works well at least..
