It's a good place to visit for shopping. A little secluded, this place has plenty of stores and ample parking.

Very nice options to choose from . This location has alot of different stores around it also that made my shopping trip so much easier. We ended up getting shoes for the whole family (the shoe dept had bad customer service which is the reason for the 3 stars) We enjoyed the store selection at this location and the fact that everything was well stocked and in the proper season.

Ross is located on international Drive I’m very in the tourist area if you go in there and you don’t mind waiting to pay for the products you get you’re going to get some great deals. I have problem standing in line for 20 minutes to pay for something so I center not go there that often I tend to go to TJ Maxx. It’s a lot less crowded and the line is a lot shorter

This is the best ross I been to they always have what you looking for or even more just hate the long lines but it seem like it has gotten better and the loss prevention security guys they need to loosen up and stop following people and stareing so hard all black people don't still I did security before at retail store.

I definitely love this location. Always stocked with merchandise. When I'm looking for a particular item, I stop here first. Tourists can be a little rude,but I deal with it respectfully.

Everyone on the staff was pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and organized, lot’s to choose from and you can’t go wrong with the prices.

I got so many new clothes. I feel good about what I bought. More options to go somewhere now.

Is always crowded, over stuffed with clothes on the racks, and super messy. Weekends are the worst. Look for another Ross, recommended the one on Turkey Lake Road

It was great there were a lot of items in stock and had great prices. It was busy. But, the cashiers were moving really fast.

It used to have a lot of great items now the tourists been coming in there and wipe it clean

It's HORRIBLE here, I always go in but never get to shop for anything because the line is always so far back. Few cashiers they need an espress lane thing about your customers that just need to come and grab few items!!!

This is still one of my favourite places to shop. Great prices, wide variety, helpful staff. An overall great experience.

🏃‍♂️ Run they do not open registers and they are busy on their phones or hanging out playing and laughing. I have been to many Ross stores and this is the same narrative I see at ALL the locations I go to. They need a Corporate Training. I know staffing is hard but Ross must do better especially this location. I don't live nearby, I was in town on business and I hoped this Ross was better with professionalism but I was SORELY mistaken. They were on their phones too!!!! The line was literally wrapped in circles and two ladies were gathered behind a register laughing and playing. Another staff member was texting on her phone. More staff were playing or laughing.

We have been to this location on more than on occasion. More selection than most Ross stores where we are from but GOOD GOSH the line to check out is always like a line at one of the amusement parks. Be prepared to wait in a very long line.

I like shopping at Ross, but this store was so packed. The line was insane. I had to leave because I didn't want to be there for hours

They need more cashiers on that location. The line got to be extremely long. Lots of merchandise and a big variety of things, but not enough clerks to take care of the Cash Registers.

Faby was very rude to me and my family. Thank god a manager stepped in to help but i also work in retail and i dont apreciate the attitude and head shaking. I live in tampa and come to international dr to shop all the time . I will not be coming back to this ross again. Please train your employees to be more kind..

Busy, busy busy for BTS and tourists crowd. I’m glad the young lady we took shopping was abled to find the clothes that, she was looking for. She time we went into a store she took out her cellphone went to Pinterest to look over and over again at the outfits some girls were sporting. At the end she was happy and my sister and I was tired but, happy too.

If you're up in the Orlando by universal studios area and want to go shopping, put any ross on your list. Great deals and the stores up there are packed with merchandise.

Clean store l, great products at fair prices.
