Excellent range, friendly staff. A very good young man in the delicacies department is so young, and he can work so well! You choose the right staff. Good is not cheap, but I would like lower prices. Thank you, always a pleasure to come!

Why be open till 10 if you are going to close things early???? I went in there at 9:50 to get a Publix sub and the lady told me they had no more bread when she literally got bread for the man in line before me???? Super annoying when you know they’re lying to your face. This is the second time it has happened and the first time I pointed it out and the lady went back on her word to help me but this time I’m just tired of having to have a rebuttal when they’re in the wrong and they know they are. This place is constantly disappointing me👎🏼

Deli is worth ever. To making a sub, they put what they want, not what I want. Employee was not nice. When I ask for manager he just show me on a couple persons. Finally, finding manager he told me that they doing what they need to do. They don’t care about customers. That’s it. I like Publix and deli. Always buy a food from them. But that store, never again. Never.

It's Publix come here if you want the best and are willing to pay for it .... other wise head to Walmart. The five stars goes with out saying for ever Publix. The place is allways clean and neat and well stocked. Produce is allways fresh the meat is high quality along with the seafood. The staff is what really sets publixs above all other places. The staff will fall over over them selfs to help you in anyway they can. Always kind and courteous and helpful. Only draw back is you get what you pay for. Publix will be more expensive then most places. They are not the most expensive store in town but if your on a super tight budget its not the place for you. But if you want awesome customer service and a super clean store and great fresh food this is the place for you.

Good clean store and would give a glowing review if it wasn’t for one bad Apple. Cashier “Marilyn” is VERY rude and lazy. It truly only takes one to turn an otherwise good experience into a bad one.

At 9:50 the entrance doors are locked. Went through the exit doors only to be stared at like I just ruined their night. Was checked out at 9:54. My kid was nearly hit with a cart by the manager with the tight pants. If you close at 9:50 just put that on the door.

The lady making the sandwiches today did not feel like putting the proper amount of meat on my sandwich. When I pointed out that there were about 3 inches on the end with absolutely no meat, which she has seen and ignored from the beginning, she took a little sliver off the other end and put it over that end piece barely covering the end of it. I told her not to bother finishing the sandwich and walked away. Way too much effort to get a different pre-cut meat pack and replace it, huh?

If you want the best fried chicken come here they have it fresh all day potato wedges So Soft in the inside and crisp on the outside customer service is amazing and if anything ever goes wrong customer service takes care of you the right way with a smile and no attitude thank you Publix for your service

I LOVE THIS CAULIFLOWER PIZZA DOUGH from the Publix bakery!!! It’s a life saver since making my own takes too long and I’m on the keto lifestyle. Its thin like I like but has enough structure to hold all the toppings. It also takes great, it doesn’t taste like cauliflower, it tastes like normal pizza dough. Note you have to ask the bakery for it and they bring it from the back, they don’t leave it out since it expires quickly. Also I wanna add that this is a great Publix as a whole, my family shops here every weekend and we’ve been going here for 23yrs. It’s great to order from the deli online and go pick up when it’s ready. I also love their fresh chicken and get it all the time.

So my son ordered hoagies, I asked him to order a deli boars head buffalo chicken lunch meat or spicy Turkey which ever they have with toppings. Online there is an option to have the sandwich pressed or toasted. The guy working the counter made a chicken tender sub, not what I ordered he also said there’s no press. So why the option to press the hoagies if they can’t actually press it? And now my 16 yr old doesn’t know that the hoagie is made wrong so he brings it home. Now I’m out what $9.00? For a hoagie that’s falling apart, soggy, over flowing with ranch and buffalo sauce (again not what I ordered) and not what my son ordered for me. So there goes lunch, twenty minutes of time for him waiting in line and I can’t even eat because the food is wrong.

My only critique is that a store employee for whatever reason cut in front of everybody in line and the person behind the counter who I suspect was the deli manager failed to recognize everybody else in line and went ahead and made him his sandwich... I don't know if one or both of them were "special needs" people ,so we all just stood there in stunned amazement.

I went to get custom cake and then the next day they called me to come in cuz they couldn’t do the cake that I wanted. So I went in and got a totally different cake. Jim was very helpful. Thank you so much Jim and Maggie for helping me pick out a new cake.

To expensive 1 bag with 6 items $45 SMH 🤔 the only thing I can say is the cleanliness because service is not available as much and they act like they can't take time to help someone first time I went and I never went back.

Ever since I came to Florida I've always shopped at this super market. I enjoy the atmosphere. The place is clean the lighting is bright the store is organized. The prices vary, but something for everyone. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The prices are some what expensive but everywhere is the same. Last good thing is that they have a bottle water refill station. Not sure if it's limited per customer.

35 mins just to place an order for a chicken sandwich. I called the store the person on customer service was extremely rude and never called manager as I requested. As I'm leaving the store I see a young lady approach a manager and he completely disregarded her. I will not recommend anyone to this store !!!

Wide array of things you might need, one of the more expensive stores on the street but still leagues better then the Walmart next to it. The food is fresh both in meat and produce, so it's still a good place to go if your not willing to drive to Costco.

Its bigger and better but needs more people like the Publix in aloma shopping center where a lot of people shop there and the vast majority of the people that I spoke to the customers and the employees they are all nice and friendly.

Exceptionally friendly staff will always provide service with a smile and a genuine eagerness to help provide the most ideal customer experience.

Do most of my shopping at a Publix,There clean,don't smell like bleach. Only place I buy meats,there Deli is goid. Employees are Awesome,always busy. Love the Jamician singer they have at conway store,always pleasant,puts ya in a good mood.

They had everything I needed They were so nice at the deli counter It would have been nice if there were more lanes open two with only 10 items and two regular lanes just a little busy at checkout on Labor Day weekend
