This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to and it’s an absolute disgrace. My husband lacerated his chin and was bleeding profusely, had blood on his clothes, and was on the verge of passing out. These people stuck him in a wheelchair in the waiting room and handed me packs of alcohol wipes to “hold under his nose if he passes out.” Then a nurse had the audacity to tell me to back up and give her personal space when I was trying to find out when my husband would be seen. Mind you, she was sitting on the other side of the desk, more than 6 feet from me. My husband and I left. It’s sad, because the emergency room valet workers seemed to care more about my husband than the medical staff.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. If you DON'T have insurance. And go there by ambulance with stroke symptoms. And were there the day before for the same thing. Be prepared to lay in a bed along the emergency room wall in front of the nurse station. I was there crying in pain and told by a very unprofessional staff member to be quiet! They gave me a few crackers some orange potassium drink. Did an MRI and told me I had to go. I was sent home the day before with no diagnosis and very little info. I would never recommend this or any advent hospital to anyone! After a week of symptoms getting worse I went to ORMC and was diagnosed as having a stroke as well as an aneurysm.

The woman said to me. “Before I can let you sign this paper. I have to tell you, you are hereby responsible for this child for the next 18 years. Are you prepared to sign this paper?” Honestly I was appalled. I have never been approached this way by anyone. This woman has no idea who I am. I wanted to tell her I hunted you down to sign this document, what makes you think I’ll neglect my child. The woman doesn’t even know me. That alone made me have the worst experience ever.

I’ve been here before and was really well taken care of! That being said sadly my second time around wasn’t so great I was kept in the hallway my whole entire time here and because I was so dehydrated the saline solution they gave wasn’t working barely moved and my mom had to get a nurse because despite being right across from their station no one had checked on me in a long time. I was discharged after the saline solution in the bag had barely even gone down. That being said shout out to the awesome nurse and EMT who did great with my IV when it was giving them major issues

One of your contracted workers has been going through personal medical records and violating HIPAA rights act…He has been using the personal computer provided by the company to access my medical records as well as others and is not a healthcare worker…I have evidence showing repeated harassment from said worker as well as him saying he has already seen my medical record.

I went to the ER after having a major headache for the past four days. I was in a room in less than five minutes, the nurse came in to see me in less than five minutes, and the Dr came in to see me less than three minutes after that. I have a major sinus infection. I received the medication I need to get better there and was sent home with prescriptions. The hospital staff was polite and very caring from the second I walked in the door.

I've had great visits and great encounters with most staff. It's a shame I can't say the same for my recent visit which is now! The "Charge/Manager" in the Main Tower second floor was very RUDE and not considerate of how the patient felt about sleeping arrangements. I was placed in a room that looks like a fixer upper meaning a lot of things were not in compliance. The exhaust fan in the restroom is clogged and does not work, light fixture is inoperable and let me not get started on the bed that's amazingly flat and doesn't even fit the bed frame! Most of the nurses donot flush your IV and they only come around I'd say every 3hrs. There's no shower in the room I'm in but lol the "Charge/Manager" says that there's showers down the hall that they "sanitize". Sounds very inconvenient to me! The storage drawers are beat down and not very presentable.

Took my husband twice in one week to ER and it was a very bad experience. Atmosphere was ununcaring. This was the only hospital that I trusted. The medicine prescribed did not make a difference and my husband is chronic pain. He has a vascular issue and was told he can go back to work in a few days. My husband's condition got worse which is why I took him to the ER the second time. The medicine prescribed was incorrect and did NOT make a difference. Both doctors claimed that his blood results are fine. There's much more to this. The CEO of this hospital needs to investigate. This hospital claims the love of Christ, so why is that love not being shown? There are too many bad reviews and I question what's being done about it.

The parking garage was easy to get into with GPS directing right to the entrance and it was FREE parking. I've been here before. So; it was easier to understand the ramps to go up and down the different levels, without going in circles. I entered in the morning; and I left at daytime. That makes it easier to find my car. Last time, it wasn't so easy. Because, I did not memorize where I parked. The garage did offer "Handicapped Parking" spots. I try to park on the perimeter of the building; to orient myself to the street and buildings below. Very "easy" to find my car; And, the Red lights (occupied) and Green lights (vacant) expedite parking.🚘

This place is so filthy I wouldn't let my cat walk on the floor. Uncaring, rude, lazy, incompetent staff. I'd rather die in a ditch than visit this place again.

Dirty, dark, over crowded & not enough handicapped spaces close to the elevators.

I really hate this parking at this plaza. All the parking garages need to be labeled better for some patients arriving here!
