This hotel knows what it is doing. The benefits of a second day admission to the Universal parks, early admission, and fast-pass, were the main reasons for our stay. However, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and service was top-notch. I loved the ability to text for anything we needed, and it appeared at our hotel room right away! The concierge, bag check, and valet, were all SUPER friendly and helpful. The water taxi was a blessing, as well. I have no complaints!

The entire experience was great. We ate at Jake's American bar the first night and the food was fantastic. The staff were all very nice and very helpful throughout the resort. We especially enjoyed receiving early access into the parks as well as the express unlimited pass. The room was beautiful and well kept. The bathroom was large and made it easy for my family of 5 to get ready. The only issue I had was with the sleeping arrangements in the room. When I booked it, it said it could accommodate 5 people. It did not. We have 3 kids, ages 5,10 and 15, and there were only 2 queen beds. I had expected a couch or another area to put one of my children to sleep but there wasn't an extra space. We ended up making it work but will have to look at other accommodations when we go back to Florida.

Have stayed at this property at least 6 times. It’s a great garden walk to City Walk that will lead you to either Islands or universal. Self Parking $28, check in advance and you get your own line at check in that makes it easy to pick up key cards and head straight to the parks. Luggage storage, quick service, gift shop, pool all great. Always happy employees. Room is clean with lots of storage space. Beds and pillows super comfy and the bathroom large with lots of extras.

We had a wonderful time during our recent trip to Universal Studios. Our stay at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort was very enjoyable and pleasant. The hotel and grounds were well maintained, clean and attractive. The decor was tropical (well Bali, inspired), the food was very good and the proximity to the parks was ideal. The water taxis and walking path were efficient and easy to access. We are looking forward to our return trip already !

Great hotel. Main draw is the location so close to universal, early park access and unlimited express passes which for a large family is very significant since the passes work for the day of arrival and departure which means if you stay for 1 night you get the passes for 2 days. In 2 days it’s possible to do both universal studios and island of adventure with the express passes. On top of that it’s a really nice hotel. The room was small for a family of 5 but very comfortable given we used it just to sleep in. The pool area is nice and we also were able to use the pool area at the sapphire resort too which has a water slide and sand!!! Check in and check out so easy too. We checked in online, arrived at the hotel at 7am and picked up our express passes which doubled up as room key and parking key. The room nos was sent by email so no need to go back to the check in counter when we got back and check out online too. Parking very easy and again as charged per night we could use it on both days of our stay even after check out. Overall really impressed with how efficiently everything works for such a large hotel that’s clearly well geared to giving their guests a comfortable stay geared around maximising the universal experience. Would highly recommend staying there especially if you plan to book the express passes.

Loved our stay, every single employee was always so nice and kind. Even just walking by everyone would interact with my kids and I. Very very friendly! We had a booking issue on our end because my husband's work conference lasted longer than we had booked. we had to add days for business and then had two separate days for vacation that each ran on separate cards. They made the transition as easy as possible and managed to keep us in the same room with both bookings. Everything was very clean. The pool is nice and warm. Hotel laundry services were easy to set up and get taken care of. Room service throughout the day. Easy to maneuver. Close to lots of things so never a dull day. We absolutely loved our stay.

Great location for visiting the theme parks, Express entry to the park is a must if you don’t want to queue. Easy walking distance plus the water taxi is handy. Service was great we asked for a kettle and it was delivered without a problem. It’s a shame water is not complimentary, the safe in our room didn’t work, but the bed and the pillows were extremely comfy. Onsite shop is expensive I recommend bringing water and beverage with you.

Awesome hotel, extremely clean and well located. As an annual pass holder I like taking advantage of their free unlimited passes to universal and island of adventure, which are your room keys. I find everything about this hotel great and convenient. The place always has the best customer service, views are beautiful and the smell is amazing, like something tropical and fresh. They have a water taxi that leaves guests inside the parks so you don’t need to walk to the entrance and pass the security gate, maybe is just me but I love this hotel, and yes, it is expensive but is totally worth it.

Our group (12) included grandparents, parents and children. This place was beautiful. We used the water taxi for Universal and City Walk and the walking path for Adventure Island. We enjoyed everything the resort offered, the market, restaurants, pool, game room and even the laundry room. A perfect place to stay. This is the way to visit the parks and get the unlimited express bonus.

$600 per night hotel, paying for location and express pass. We did the Harry Potter experience; glad we try but wouldn’t do it again. Also, if you’re going to Volcano Bay, express pass is not used there so this benefit is wasted. Design fits the theme, not really our style but good service makes the difference. We have club room, usual 3*+ hospitality with free water, soda, breakfast, snacks, dinner, dessert and alcohol at set times. Room was clean, found areas where dust collected that was clean, behind toilet base, everywhere else seems okay. Room large enough for sleeper sofa but they want extra $ for cot, per night. King bed was comfortable, bathroom worked for a family of 3. We tried the pool, but Volcano Bay! Gym was adequate if you didn’t get all your steps completed for the day. Water taxi and walk to the park and City Walk is easy and enjoyable. Note faster to walk back when park closes as line to water taxi can be long. Overall love this experience over Hollywood location. Only complaint, wish there were more food options at hotel, more pacific island food options to go with the theme.

Wonderful resort. Club room was worth it. Breakfast every morning, Snacks during the day, and enough appetizers to fill you up at night instead of having to pay for dinner. Do wish they would have had a bit more variety in appetizers, but what they had tasted good. Desserts were delicious! The hotel rooms were good. Comfortable and sizeable. Boat to the parks were helpful and frequent.

10 out of 10 Highly Recommended! From the moment of, the valet and front desk at Lowe Royal Pacific Resort made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm greetings set the tone for our entire stay. The grounds of this resort are nothing short of immaculate. Every corner is meticulously maintained, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in their work. While rooms may be on the smaller side, the proximity to Universal Studios is an amazing bonus. Being able to easily access the theme park added a whole new level of convenience to our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the water taxi service. This convenient mode of transportation runs until midnight, allowing us to effortlessly travel to CityWalk and the parks, and then return to the comfort of the resort. It truly is a hidden gem. What made our experience even more remarkable were the fast pass upgrades and early access hours to the park. These added bonuses made our visit even more enjoyable, allowing us to make the most of our time at Universal Studios. Overall, Lowe Royal Pacific Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm and welcoming staff, the pristine grounds, the convenient location, and the fantastic perks made this a stay worth every penny. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for

We have stayed here several times. The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance of the parks and city walk, but if you like, there is an easily accessible boat ride. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a cute little deli type store for late night munchies. Great location, updated rooms, and awesome staff! What more can you ask for. This hotel also has an added benefit that you will have early park access and express pass, which is an awesome perk. We love it here and can't wait to come back.

We love the atmosphere and have stayed here three times. The water taxi help set the tone and we look forward in using them. It helps save on walking. Unfortunately, the last time we were there they were being refurbished and unavailable. I understand and am glad they keep things up kept. Just disappointed they were not in use. The value of the express pass makes it worthwhile to pay extra for the hotel. Just keep checking on deals for any of the three prime hotels. I've paid $298/ night - $350/ night. You have to weigh the value of buying express passes separate if not staying on a prime hotel.

Super fun resort, excellent-comfy beds, excellent food, very friendly staff, easy access to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Also very wheel-chair friendly (from being able to rent wheelchairs to ramps everywhere). My only negatives: pretty expensive family trip so save up, look for deals, and the rooms were tight (only 1 sink for 4 people). I'd also say the property is showing some wear-and-tear, which I saw maintenance crew working on. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. Make sure to bring money to tip staff -- they work hard to make your trip enjoyable.

Loews is a lovely place to stay. The water taxi to City walk (with access two two Universal parks) was its own treat. The staff was nice and friendly (though one was confused on where laundry was). The rooms were well furnished. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but my wife had no complaints. Overall, I would recommend it if you are going to the parks. Certainly more cost effective then Disney.

Overall best theme park experience of my life. The free express passes included with our stay were the main reason we picked this hotel and they were absolutely worth it. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful, food was amazing, and the easy access to the park was super convenient. Even with hurricane Nicole, the whole trip was fun, stress free, and seamless. 10/10 would recommend, will stay again!

The service was so great, they would be there in a flash if you needed anything. They made sure you had all the bedding you needed. We never ate there, but it smelled great. The staff were so kind, and would do their best to help. Check in takes a minute, but it is worth it. The room had not a single stain, and it smelled really nice. It was about a 5 minute walk to CityWalk, and about 7 minutes to Island of Adventure. The lobby was beautiful, and they had a market to get food for your hotel. And in my family's opinion we all thought the service, resort, and rooms were better than Disney's. And that is why we gave this resort a 5 star 🌟

The room was beautiful, the pool was an oasis and perfect for kids, the resort was absolutely stunning (great photo opportunities) and the Islands restaurant was delicious and a nice flavor changed for the week. The best part however is the perk of the Express pass! We were able to get our party of 5 early park access, express passes and a new resort for a night away from Disney for way cheaper than just purchasing Express passes on their own! What a deal and how fun to check out a new resort! Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean! Excellent customer service! The breakfast was delicious! We had a rough day at universal and came back to our hotel and the hotel to care of us! They helped us solve our issues at the park! We had a blast the rest of the time we stayed! The pool and slide was great and clean! I do recommend this place and the taxi boat ride made it very quick to access the parks!
