I have been to this place more than once and I leave happy every time. I can’t say too much about the call center they use to make your appointment but the staff in the office is great. They may come off crabby upon first entering but that’s because there is a line of people outside before they open and half of them don’t listen to the instructions being given and they’re trying to get everyone’s sonograms, payments, paperwork and blood work done as quickly as possible. Once you get into the back one on one with the nurses they are all extremely nice.Yes the wait time is long but that’s because the Dr who gives you the pill and does the surgeries travels from a different location so if you make an appointment for 9 AM then be prepared for the whole process to take 4-6 hours. While you wait you are allowed to leave and get food or do whatever until they call you. I tried the pill but unfortunately it didn’t work, the earlier along you are the chances of the pill working are lower so I opted for the surgery. Everyone is different but from my experience the surgery was the best choice. I was completely knocked out and didn’t feel anything. A little groggy upon waking but other than that no other issues. Also be prepared for protesters outside. They are rude and will say ANYTHING to get you to not go in, one second they want “to help” and the next second the are calling you a bad person. Don’t listen to them! Hope this review helps others better understand how this process works :)

I wish I could give this zero stars. Whatever you do, do not book an appointment at this office. Don’t even bother calling. My friend called and the woman she spoke to over the phone was incredibly blunt, rude and disrespectful. She showed zero compassion towards my friend. It takes a lot of courage to even call an office like this but to then be spoken to without an ounce of compassion is incredibly unacceptable. They absolutely traumatized my friend who’s emotions are already high. I called the office manager to make them aware of this situation but, believe it or not, they didn’t care. Actually chuckled before ending the call. Absolutely heartless people from the front desk to the office manager. I explained that there are many other reviews online from women who have had similar experiences and they did not seem to care. Call any other office if you want to be treated with any sort of human decency.

Doctor was lovely, Building is run down, NURSES ARE SO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL EXCEPT NURSE LASHONDA! NURSE LASHONDA COMMUNICATED WITH ME VERY WELL UNLIKE THE REST OF THEIR STAFF. Protesters were screaming At me & in my face there was no security until 12pm. The nurses all say different things and then catch an attitude when you are confused 2/5 rating honestly. My procedure is going well though

Scary experience especially finding out at 3 weeks... However, the nurses were very supportive and kind. They don't judge you. The procedure lasted about 15 minutes. The follow-up appointment shows that everything is all right

The Doctor and nurse are very nice and caring. I honestly believe if you treat people well you will get the same back. I noticed how rude the patients are with the staff members of the clinic and honestly don't expect respect or kindness if you're treating them bad not because you're paying for a service you deserve to be rude to them. My wife was very happy with the service provided and the attention, everything well explained. Everyone was nice and polite to her. waiting time could be 4 to 6 hr unfortunately some patients don't understand that in some cases are surgical procedures and that involves great responsibility.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all, I came to support a friend and her appoint was at 9 a.m. it is currently 4:40 pm and we are still here. There are protesters outside talking about how doing unspeakable things (s/a) to a child is better than what is going on at this place. When we walked in I saw a total of three roaches. The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. They keep sending her back to wait in her car for hours at a time. First it was to fill out paperwork. Then it was to do blood work. Then it was to pay but guess what? Their credit card machine magically went down so we had to go to the bank, withdraw cash, come back, and wait another hour to pay. And THEN she had to wait a total of two hours to see the doctor and get her pills. This is not a women’s center. This is a women’s nightmare. If there is a waiting list anywhere else PLEASE choose that route and wait.

Staff is nice and friendly, the waiting is 4 to 6 hr unfortunately some patients don't understand that in some cases are surgical procedures and that involves great responsibility. I personally took someone there and everything when well. The protest outside is the only bad thing about the place because they can be a little AGRESIVE.

The staff are all SUPER friendly and SUPER helpful! The place is set up as if you’re in a house! They have recliners, home decorations. They give you little cups of water, and if you need to use a certain medication they even give you jolly ranchers because it tastes bad! Lol The doctor is an absolute angel. Along with the nurses. They reallyyyyy made sure to make sure I was comfortable! I was a literal nervous wreck, but before they do anything they give you an IV with sedation and you go to sleep, then wake up in a recliner! I don’t remember a thing! I would 100% recommend this place over ANY other facilities especially planned parent hood! There are protesters but just walk right by them, they won’t touch you but they are annoying.

A friend recommended this clinic to me. We walked in and everything was clean. I felt respected and understood. The resources they provided me with really helped me figure out what I needed to do.

I had a wonderful experience at the Orlanfo Women's Center. I was very nervous coming in, but the staff made me feel at ease right away. The procedure was very quick, a little uncomfortable but tolerable. I liked that they didn't rush me out of the clinic during the recovery period and they catered to my needs with no hesitation. They were very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and supportive. I really felt like I was in a safe space!

The wait for this place is over 4 hours. Don’t come unless you have the time to sit & wait. The staff is okay but the doctor is slow.

I had a surgical procedure, which was terrifying but the staff were friendly, which made it better. A comfortable gown was provided with a private changing area. Medicine was given to help with anxiety and also given at the time of the procedure. As someone with a low pain tolerance, I felt almost nothing due to the meds (also big plus: the nurse found my vein first try and the pain was minimal). The recovery room is comfortable and cookies were provided. I am so happy with the care I got.

The staff at this clinic at every point of care were extremely caring and professional. I felt informed and empowered in my choice. They were very understanding of the fact that I required extra sedation. I felt like there were no judgments against me for any lifestyle choices. I couldn't recommend this clinic enough!!! The kindness I experienced was above and beyond. Safe and easy abortion, So happy with your care.

Friendly and attentive doctor. The place is clean. Everything is respected with the wearing of a mask and distancing. Minimum waiting time. We didn't feel like numbers. Nice place 👌😍

A great place to go if you are in need of their services. Please keep in mind they are typically very busy and their staff can only do so much at once so you may be waiting for a while so be sure to make an appointment ahead of time. The nurses and doctor are all very educated and can discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

These people have got to be the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever talked to in my entire life. First you don’t tell me it’s not located in Ocala when I get to my appointment. That it’s in Orlando. Secondly you fuss at me over asking a simple question and then come off with an attitude and horrible response. I do not recommend coming to this place EVER. And Btw. They’re located in Orlando and it was “my” fault I didn’t ask for the address. If you know it says Ocala and you’re not located there then maybe you should state you have a change of address. This place is a literal slaughterhouse.. the doctor came in to meet me with blood on his apron and wasn’t even dressed as a doctor in scrubs or anything!!! Like you see at a meat market when the butcher comes out! I didn’t trust my care after meeting him. I expressed my concerns to the office manager and she didn’t care one bit. She was actually heartless. I felt like a animal waiting to go to the slaughterhouse. I left my appointment without receiving any services and I made a appointment with Planned Parenthood and they are phenomenal like night and day in patient care. Save yourself the headache ladies.

I have always gone to Gainesville in the past..this is not my first procedure- they wouldn’t take me till I was over ten weeks along because of the wait. I was so scared and didn’t know where to turn and found this place in Orlando- the wait times are crazy BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY AND CARE FOR MANY MANY WOMEN IN NEED. The amazing people outside provided snacks and drinks during the wait. I think they are volunteering to be there- they make it their JOB to protect us from the crazy Christians that want to harm us and belittle our choices. That meant so much to me . The doctor was GREAT. I was a little nervous because of never having a male doctor before. He was so professional, kind and quick. I am so blessed to have found this place. Those hours waiting are WORTH IT. Thank you everyone and even the officers for making this the most safe and pleasant experience that it can be in such difficult times 💕

My experience couldn't have been made any easier when coming to the toughest decision of my life regarding having an abortion. I couldn't have been more welcoming to a safe environment. Doctor did exceptional work with the IV, which I was apprehensive about being a hard stick. I forgot to confirm my appointment prior and they fit me in within 10. I didn't have anyone there taking me home so a car was provided by them to take me to get my prescription, then home. Thank you for the warmth and optimal care provided by all team members of Orlando Women Center.Thanks!

Great experience at Orlando women center. I had the opportunity to speak with both doctors, and both of them provided excellent service and took the time to answer all my questions. The nurses were fantastic and welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. The admin staff were also great on the phone and made booking the appointment quick and easy. Overall 5 star service and can definitely recommend.
