The addition of this store just makes so much sense. It seemed weird to me before that there wasn’t a BIG, main Universal gift shop in Citywalk. I mean, sure, they’ve always had the legacy store which is on the other side of the square, and big shops in the entrance of both theme parks, but it’s still different. Tons of people go to CityWalk every day without ever stepping foot in the parks. It’s only logical to then have a store where you can find lots of souvenirs and goodies outside of the parks. Disney has a massive gift shop in Disney Springs that attracts way too many people, because tons of people go to Disney Springs without ever going to their given theme parks. They know what they’re doing. So it was a good move for Universal to do the same. But I have to say, I did still have higher hopes for this store. It’s much bigger looking from the outside than it is inside, I think. They do have some really neat stuff, and actually some things you can’t really find inside the parks, especially in the Harry Potter section. But it’s still not an impressive store, especially for being the “big” Universal Shop in CityWalk. I don’t know man, maybe I just had too high of expectations. I’ll also clarify something at the bottom here for all who were very confused like myself: there are 2 “Universal Studios Store”’s. This one, as you can read in the title, is located in CITYWALK. It’s a brand new store that only opened very recently. There’s an original Universal Studios Store inside the Universal Studios theme park, and the title of that also labels it. Apparently the Universal heads couldn’t be creative enough to come up with different names for these stores, or else just wanted to thoroughly confused everyone of which they were most successful lol.

I was sad to see the previous stores on CityWalk go, but this new and improved Universal store is pretty awesome! Every gift from both parks will be in this store. It’s like both the main gift shops combined in one convenient spot. It’s also accessible to people who don’t enter the park. The layout is organized into sections for each attraction. The whole store is air conditioned, so it’s a nice atmosphere to cool down and browse the merchandise before leaving or entering the park.

Great gift shop. The store is loaded with lots of universal studios merchandise to purchase. They have a lot of Harry Potter things in the store as well. This is a good place to buy all of your souvenirs.

This shop is absolutely huge! Since its October they have a huge amount of spooky slytherin stuff out and that was awesome to see. They have super cheap items and also highly expensive collectors items. Definitely something in here will fit your specific budget. I only viewed the Harry Potter area, as the store was packed but they had soooo much more!

Came to the US Store to look at the HNH (Halloween Horror Nights) stuff and wasn't disappointed. This store not not only was equipped with all the HNH stuff my heart could take but as well as some of the other properties US has. Everything from Hello Kitty to Harry Potter can be found at this store. This is the merchandise store that can be greater than no other. As usual expect the prices to be what they be. Don't go in here expecting to spend little to no dollars. Also found some awesome vintage type US shirts for those of us who remember US what it used to be like. #JAWS forever lol. Stop here don't miss it!

The most unpleasant place to be in and just terribly set out, between each stall or wall or stand there's about a one person wide gap, it's hard to get around because you have to wait for the people to move, it's also packed 90% of the time because it's the universal studios store in citywalk, I'm sure there's some okay merchandise for some questionable prices, but I didn't get to see much cause it's so crowded and impossible to move around. I don't think a average American aka obese person could fit through the stands and stuff. It's ridiculous, ain't never gonna buy something in a store that you can't move in and is unpleasant to be in

A lot of cool stuff. The prices was fair and not ridiculously over priced. Customer service was good. They actually wanted to help and answer any question s I had.

At the end of a long, tiring day, we were ready to leave the park. We stopped for some souvenirs on the way out, and found exactly what we wanted… and the help we wanted! Our cashier, Fellipe R. was phenomenal. He boosted our energy and was hilarious. He really tied a bow on a great day. He was easily the best staff member we interacted with all day. Thank you Fellipe for a wonderful experience!

Cool store with lots of older stuff. From Ghostbusters to Jaws, plus lots of props from the movies or from rides & sets at the parks.

The customer service at this store was incredible! I had seen a sweater in a shop inside one of the parks that I really wanted, but was unable to get back to that shop before closing, due to prioritising one last roller coaster ride. So I went to the Universal Store on City Walk to see if they had it, which sadly they didn't. I went up to a staff member to ask if perhaps they had it in the back or if it would be possible to have it brought to that store and I could pick it up the following morning, since we were going home that day. The guy who helped me (I unfortunately didn't get his name) went above and beyond to get me the sweater I wanted, ans walked all the way to the store in the park and back just to get me my sweater! I really really appreciated that he was willing to do that!! This was Friday 10/20 between 10:30pm to 11pm, in case someone sees this and he can get recognised for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!

👍 Watching my wife enjoy this place was worth coming to Universal. I hate how efficient this place is at separating you from your hard earned money. So to me this is wildly overpriced for a 1 time use item, to everyone around me though; they seemed to be having a ball. This is for sure a stop for peop...

👍 I really liked Knockturn Alley and wish I could have given a 5/5. What annoyed me is that I wish that there would have been at least two shops, but there is only one. It's still nice, but it is supposed to be a full alley and I don't think that it is supposed to be so small from what we know from th...
