We were in search of a new primary care physician, and this was our first visit. Very pleased with Dr. Riley, the staff, and the facility Entering, the waiting room was spacious, uncrowded, and freshly decorated. The same went for the examination rooms and back office. I was met by staff promptly. I had the impression that they considered my time valuable. Everyone was pleasant and super professional. The doctor gave me all the time that I needed and I never felt rushed. He listened, asked questions, and offered suggestions. Very collaborative. First impression 👍

Every aspect of this visit to a new medical facility and a new-to-me doctor was exceptionally great. From a very short wait time to get an appointment to a very short wait time when entering the office (with an efficient and friendly receptionist) to a very friendly and efficient nurse to check vitals and ask preliminary questions for the doctor and finally a professional and thorough (and age and sex appropriate) exam. I’m an older woman and Doctor Ralph went right to those appropriate questions and followed through with tests and referrals and set up an appointment to follow through with her for after the results would be in. When I arrived home I received an email detailing everything that had been done at my exam. I’m VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRACTICE.

Dr Reilly is very personable. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. He answers questions & discusses pros and cons and reviews options. All the back office staff are very professional and go out of their way to make you comfortable & explain what's going on. I had a LOT of blood drawn. She was very good and it was painless when she changed tubes.

I have always been greeted by friendly staff. They are apologetic if they are not able to immediately greet you. They are very knowledgeable. Dr Reilly is the best Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

I can't begin to express how happy I am that Dr. Reilly has found the perfect partnership with Village Medical. My family & I have been patients of Dr. Reilly's for over 13+ years. Where ever he goes we go. Nurse Practitioner Lister is so amazing. Like Dr. Reilly, she takes her time to listen & understand your concerns. She is straightforward & I love that she is available on most Sundays when Dr. Reilly is booked during the week. The staff overall is just outstanding. Everyone greets you with a smile. You won't find another facility with this type of caring environment. My only dislike is the call center but I do understand.

I have used Village Medical for a couple of years now and have been very pleased with the nice facility and wonderful personnel, from front desk to physician. Today was my first time to see Dr. Aspen Ralph, and the whole experience did not disappoint. I was seen on time and in an efficient manner - my orders, next appointments and accurate care notes were done right away. Dr. Ralph was very thorough in her exam of me as a new patient to her. She was also personable and easy to talk to. I left feeling very good about my future care with this office and team.

Dr. Reilly is good at communicating procedures, objectives and realistic results. Poor guy had a lot of disability papers to fill out for me. He pounded them out where many docs would have thrown them aside. He’s got a great support staff as well.

Village medical service I find very good easy, accommodating, and efficient. My doctors, Dr. Aspen, Ralph, and I recommend her to anybody. She is very very good. She goes above and beyond and she is there for you and she’s a people person and she cares and she listens. So on that note, I feel it is the physician that make the company not the company that makes the physicians.
