Top place to get them kiddies wear. Very pleasant atmosphere and plenty space to walk around to get your shopping right. I recommend

It's Primark. Cheap and cheerful clothing and household items. This is a big store spread over 3 floors.

The changing room in the second floor is always closed with no reason, forcing male customers to go down to the first floor to try clothes on in addition to the lack of mirrors in the whole floor.

Must say everyone raves about this shop. Can't say I've bought anything from Primark whatever store I have visited. Cheap and cheerful affordable clothing for people, ideal as fashion keeps changing so fast. Can't fought children's wear. A teenagers paradise so I'm told by my grand children. Long queues, not many staff working on the floors supporting customers.

One of the best primark's I have been to just because of the staff. They were all so nice and the 2 lady's in the fitting room that were so kind and tried there best to find what I was looking for I cant thank enough. If your looking for a place where the staff help so nicely even while it's really busy because of Christmas then go here. Thank you lady's

Primark is not the most pleasant shopping experience at the best of times, and this particular store is even worse. The staff members are overworked, have a bad attitude, and are rude. Additionally, there are long lines, broken doors, broken escalators and other issues that make shopping here not a pleasant experience.

One thing I understand with Primark is that they provide you with trending design at low cost. Even though some are not of great quality, it will last while that fashion is trending, so you can dump and move to the next one. Things are not as cheap as before though

Personally I'm not up on fashion, but I prefer going to Primark to get clothes instead of going to expensive clothing stores to buy the same stuff. The only thing that did let this visit down was standing in a queue as there was only one person serving. It took a while for two more servers to go on the tills to help out. That caused the service to slow down. This is the reason why I had to give it a 3 star rating.

Shame the access was not nearer to the disabled parking at the back of the store. Nor was the side entrance unlocked. Just about managed to walk to the front entrance but was exhausted once there. Which cut short my visit. Please sort some disabled access ...

A great selection of man's clothes at a good price. Staff friendly & helpful. It's best to get there early to get the clothes size you want.

Bromley has more variety to offer. Their home department has a range of candles, reed diffusers, tree ornaments. Stuffed 'gonks' for home display. When you get tired of shopping, the cafe is a real treat to relax and unwind.

This is quite a large Primark store, with a large selection of stock. Rather strangely for a Primark shop, this was not silly busy. It was quite bearable & the whole day out with my daughters was enjoyed all round.

The first shop I visit when I come to UK . They cover everything from clothes and to little things for your home. The prices and the quality of the products are very good in comparison that one I have in my country🇬🇷

🇬🇧shopping is all about the experience. Primark is pretty good for that. You can get most men's and women's stuff kids all under one roof

I was at the cash desk and the lady was the nicest human being I have ever come across! She was so lovely and I know she doesn’t have to be but she was just a light to my day! Of course as always you get a great deal at Primark, especially the great range of Christmas gear

Great value of money but you can't find always what you looking for... This year the quality of the products is not catch my standards.

Inexpensive fashion. Now with the environment in mind. A huge selection of on trend mens women's children home and more . Great store . Couple of things. The escalators sometimes are not working, and some staff members not all can be a little surly. But overall. A good shopping experience

Although in general I would give Primark five stars, I had a very disappointing experience last Friday (9th June 2023) at the Bromley store. I've been buying slippers from Primark for years now and they have been fine, are great value and I have never had a problem with them, but I bought a pair a week ago and a slice of the sole broke off in the wash. I tried to return the aforementioned slippers and took the original packaging and receipt with me. The cashier did not think that the slippers were faulty and called James for assistance; James seemed rather overexcited about the discretion which had been afforded to him with regards to refunds and said there was no evidence of a manufacturing fault and that it looked as though the slippers had been cut with a sharp object; I tried to explain to James that I would not have cut a £5.00 pair slippers on purpose, just so I could then return them for an exchange; alas my explanation fell on deaf ears. I said to James that life was too short for me to argue with him and that I was not going to fall out with him over it, but I also reminded him that it was 2023 and the consumer has a voice, so I would be recording my experience on Google reviews; James seemed rather unimpressed by my proposed approach. Finally, I purchased a new pair of slippers to replace the ones that were faulty; I also asked the cashier to dispose of the faulty slippers, old bag and receipt. The cashier became very upset and said no; as I walked off leaving him with a faulty pair of slippers that were no good to me, he called Security! What the actual... 😂

In Primark Bromley this morning. I recently had ankle surgery and am using crutches to mobilise. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Staff on the second floor tills and the ladies in the coffee shop., brilliant customer service. Thank you it’s much appreciated.

Today I visited Primark and found what I wanted. There was a long queue of Customers waiting to pay with only two members of staff on the till. They looked calm considering and I was given good service.

It's a great big shop with so many clothing items from the young to the old from the men to the ladies. It's so busy these days. It's Christmas. Get what you need because everything is going fast.

Primark sells the same clothes in all it's stores so it's really only the staff that can really make a difference. At the Bromley branch I was welcomed and helped to find the clothes I was looking for. Service at the cash desks was fun and friendly. This store has lots of light and space, it doesn't feel busy even when there are lots of people in store (Saturday in December). I took the kids with me and we had a great time.

Huge variety for winter clothes and special section for Christmas and New year decoration really loved it 😍

New collection is available here..but some size is missing...I going to look at jacket section..I was selected one..but the size is big or small.. correct size is not available now...im upset..

Cool atmosphere. Clean store with fresh air and friendly cashiers. Easy to make your way around the store.

I came here excited to have a child-free shop across all floors, something I've not done since before the pandemic. Unluckily for me as a wheelchair user, both sets of lifts were broken down. I asked if there were any alternatives for me to access the other floors and was told definitely not by one staff member. Another staff member overheard and ran into the back to ask if we could use the staff/stock lifts. We were agreed permission under the strained circumstances which was so lovely of this female staff member. The lift however was a complete pain, the huge metal sliding door wouldn't work and it was clearly causing stress to staff. We eventually got up to the first floor and were lucky enough to have a look around there. We were told to find a member of staff when we wanted to go up again but the male member of staff we found was clearly not having a great day. I felt awful troubling him so we asked to just go down, foregoing the rest of the floors. Again the lifts were taking ages, the staff member was walloping the doors and swore too. I felt very embarrassed about the whole thing, paid and left. The store itself seems to have improved from when I visited a few years back (there used to be stuff all over the shop floors, messy etc). The layout is easier to navigate now because of this but i still need a fair bit of help to access very high and low placed items. Again I think I just got super unlucky with my visit overall but it has put me off revisiting.

Home furnishing section really good. Lots of choice etc. Lots of nice throws, bedding, candles etc. Not so keen on clothing section all seems to be an untidy mess. Clothing sizes all on wrong hangers. Items on floor etc. Clothing quality seems to have declined. I understand it is budget price but found nothing there i liked or would wear. Jumpers all looked stretched and baggy and wont stand up to much washing. Over all disappointing, Primark clothing is not for me.

Love Primark for sandals, new ideas for the home and of course fashion.There are some lovely dresses and tops,and also great Kiddy clothes. Everything at a great price if you don't fancy your fashion,shoes etc next year they are cheap enough to replace. Fabulous shopping experience.
