Went to get helium birthday number balloons for my son's birthday. We were able to get the balloons, they got them blown up and ready on the designated day. It's not crowded for this covid era and it was very easy to get it all set up. Picked it the balloons at the areanged time and they were ready to pick up, no time wasting. They've got lots of items for adults and kids to get involved with. The store is over two floors so there's lots to see. I found staff to be friendly and helpful. Just what you need. There was also a lot of space to park the car.

A very good place where my wife disappears and I walk round looking at stuff. The staff are super lovely. They do classes if you are into crafting etc which is well worth joining There is a lot of stuff here, sewing, crafting, art and if you want to learn any of these there are classes too Very friendly staff Also note if you have a blue light card, hobby craft gives some discount they don’t advertise this as much as you would think but if you are a blue light card holder like my wife use it

This is one of my fav shops. Always hard to control myself and not to get everything my eyes spot. Also, after a spell of being badly stocked up, let's blame the supply chain, it looked really well yesterday

Shopping for my sister in law I asked for help from a woman stacking goods near the helium balloons...she actually walked away in the middle of the conversation yet at the till was trying to be courteous. I made a note of your name but won't mention it in case you were just having a difficult day....Will I return? Doubt it.

Two floors of hobby items from paper craft and sewing to paints and storage. Always something for any craft work. Parking is very easy here on a small but popular industrial estate. Wheelchair access to ground floor is very easy. But didn't see a lift to upstairs, only steps.

Despite having a BA(Hons) in Illustration & a Fine Art MA, I've never been to a Hobbycraft before, so I may be looking at this through rose-tinted glasses, but... What a store! Can get, for the most part, anything you may need: fabric, sewing machines, paper, vinyls, dyes, pencils and pens, inks. Their selection of sketchpads & notepads are a little to be desired, as is their selection of spray paint and acrylics - they have a solid base of artistic mediums - but in a pinch this is the place to get all the essentials without heading into central London!

A nice open shop dedicated to crafts and hobbies. It was well stocked today and I got what I needed. The cashier was polite and efficient. All you can ask for really.

We find this store very handy to shop what you need for your tailoring and dressmaking activities. I wish there was a better ways of measuring and wrappings for ribbons and buttons. Staff were amazingly helpful. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. One of the girls went above and beyond to help me with helium balloons. 10/10

👍 Large store. Friendly staff. Click and collect easy at front desk. Partial items unavailable, and they substituted really nicely and thoughtfully - which is greatly appreciated 5x 🌟

Baking section shelves regularly pretty empty although the sprinkles/decorations range has recently been improved. The lady usually on the tills is always miserable, wouldn’t know how to crack a smile if her life depended on it.

Interesting just to browse round. I was in there buying Christmas presents for a particular hobby and found plenty of options. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Such a wide variety of items that if you can't find it here, you probably won't find it anywhere. Would have been five stars but for the fact that the price of some basics that you *can* find in other stores will cost more here, so you might be better off coming here for the more specialist items after checking other places first.

Amazing as usual! Staff were all lovely and did not hesitate to help💛 I h Got a bunch of christmas presents there and they were all un-damaged, New and clean 5/5 would recommend😁

1st timeI 've been to Hobby Craft as I am not a crafty person. I needed some scissors to cut denim and something to put my Xmas cards up. Scissors cut denim like butter and got Xmas string and little pegs for cards. I'm very happy and so much more to see. I will be going back when I have an hour or 2 to spare and have a good root round.

Good array if stock in store. Pleasant staff. I find items are quite expensive for what they are. Hobbycraft should provide more deals on items and reduced the cost of some of its stock. It is a big storule with a diversity of things you need.

I for one love anything to do with art and craft so this is paradise for me. Loved the stock they had.

As always, just one person on the till who was helpful and pleasant. You need more staff on the shop floor to answer customer queries or you will lose customers. Fortunately, I knew what I needed.

My nearest store and I usually visit to get wool. I wish they had a bigger range of natural fibres but the prices are fair and I always end up spending more than I intended! Great student discount too thank you!

Seemed very sparse in lots of areas, prices have gone up on some items so much that its cheaper to buy elsewhere online even with postage costs. I used to love Hobbycraft but now it's unaffordable for me. On a positive note the staff were really friendly and helpful and welcoming.

Hobbycraft was lovely, went in with my care coordinator who is mad about crafts! Very nice store, love the giant artworks of her late Majesty's likeness, complete with Corgis x loved the giant pink button too! Very cool that local artists can be found on the wall too! Halloween, Xmas decorations are pretty cool too! Looking forward to going back 😀

👍👍 First of all I would like to say I absolutely love Lush as a brand. Aside that I had the most wonderful experience by a lovely lady called Rebekah today. She was very helpful and attentive and asked relevant questions to find the perfect products for my hair. Thank you so much for giving me the best...
