This is the first time we ordered from Coral sea and very disappointed with the quality. Although the service was quick the food was quite bland and was lacking flavour. Even after ordered more than £30 , still had to pay £3 delivery fee + Service charge. Would not recommend!!!

Awful smell pork buns and plain, low quality fried rice! I had to bin the whole things and cooked something else for my dinner. I've never left any bad review for any restaurant because I think people have different taste, so no judging. But I have to leave a review for this restaurant since it is too horrible!

Don’t ever order a take away from this establishment. My daughter ordered a few weeks ago whilst out . Asked for the food to be left in the porch if not back . A lady delivered the food rang the bell and then actually took the food away we the her . My daughter checked Ringo and phoned Coral Sea . The lady was exceptionally rude claimed she had left the food . My daughter said that this is not what Ringo showed . So the lady said bring down the evidence . She did this immediately, arriving 5 minutes later only to find the restaurant closed . No food no refund and no apology, only abuse .

Finally found a really good Chinese locally. Came really fast and was hot hot arrival. Nice and clean rather than all the dark glupy sauces you normally get. Definitely our go to Chinese now 🙂🙂

Ordered Salt-N-Pepa chips egg fried rice and sweet-and-sour chicken I’m sure the rice is uncle Bens and The chicken taste like ketchup

The food was of a very low quality, chicken was hardly chewable. Feeling really bad after having it. Very disappointed.

Giving this place no stars. Order didn’t arrive with no updates on Just Eat. Order was £55 in total with no comms from the place and Just Eat were busy with no way of getting the money back. Will have to cancel via card... goes without saying don’t order from this place and delete Just Eat! Still no refund. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Me and my boyfriend ordered a Chinese from here tonight on deliveroo. We waited 40 minutes but it's a Saturday so it's understandable. However, when it arrived it wasnt exactly piping hot. Edible but obviously not ideal. We then discovered the order was wrong and rang to ask if we could get the correct dish which they did send out but it took another 30 minutes. We did get free prawn crackers though which was nice but overall a bit gutted with our experience.

BEST CHINESE TAKE AWAY EVER !!!! Never have I had such good Chinese food in my life and I’ve been having Chinese for decades. Very good prices and FANTASTIC value for money. The prawns and noodles every dish was so amazing and generally the food ALWAYS comes out piping hot and packed in good containers and even the sauce dishes they make an effort to wrap into small grease proof paper. Not to mention Tommy the owner is VERY friendly warm and kind . HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Chinese Take Away. Best in the UK !!!! Come to Petts Wood and find out for yourself !!!!

Nice quality of food and we like their veggie options which is why we choose to order from here. But they got our order wrong then tried to tell my boyfriend he ordered the wrong thing on the phone. I'm veggie and they sent a special fried rice with meat, he definitely did not order a special fried rice, I heard him order the vegetable chow mein. They then said they couldn't refund us, all they can do is take the price off our next order so we will see if that happens. So in summary, food quality and choices are good, but customer service not the best. We might go back to our old place we ordered from as we never had issues there.

We ordered our food on xmas eve by phone, but as they said they were very busy and said delivery would take over 1 hour, I decided to collect my order for 4 of us. My order was taken by a young girl, probably 12 years old.It wasnt ready after 25 mins so I waited inside. When it came out, instead of one of the dishes being a veg chow mein, they gave me pork, which wasnt good if I was a veggie. The lady there said she would give me a discount of £2.50. Maybe a young girl shouldnt take orders over the phone if she couldnt understand me. Plus, they should limit the amount of orders they take as people were phoning when I was there to complain that they had been waiting over 2 hours for their orders. I know xmas eve is a busy time for takeaway orders but the service and food wasnt good at all.

After waiting 90 mins for our food to be delivered and despite calling the restaurant and being told it was on the way, it got cancelled last minute - terrible service!

Really tasty, annoyed we didn't try this place sooner! I'm veggie so we ordered two tofu meals, the aubergine dish and noodles. Absolutely loved the aubergine it was so tasty

Lovely takeaway, ordered from here loads of times food comes hot and flavoursome. The vegan shredded duck pancakes are soooooo good 🤤

Food really tasty, always hot and delivery so quick. Wish we had discovered this restaurant before, as we havevtried a few and this one is the best
