Attentive nail technicians who listen to what you want and advise on the best treatments. I was reluctant to have my first pedicure due to ingrowing toenails but there was no pain and have been back several tines since. Would recommend.

Trang does the best nails and is also a super chilled and nice person. I thought somehow the gel wasn't dry and went back and she fixed something was never even broken 🤣 what patience she has.

Really happy with their professional services and friendly atmosphere. I have my pedicure and 💅 done and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always on time, unlike other salons in Petts wood, and the team always make sure you leave absolutely happy- length, shape, colour ect.

I went here for the first time today and had such a great experience. I don’t often leave reviews but I just have to say what an amazing job a lady named Trang did on my nails today. I came in with a design idea for a full set of acrylic nails and Trang was able to do a fantastic job at matching the design. She took her time to make sure the nail shape was on point and that the design on each nail was done perfectly. This will definitely be the nail shop I visit regularly from done on. Thank you ❤️

Really disappointed with the service I had today. Since at least three years ago, I have been making monthly appointments at this nail salon. Staff have been dropping in friendliness, and today not a single staff member even said "hello" to me. My appointment consisted of the removal and reapplication of my present gel nails, which would typically take about 30 minutes. Today, however, it took an hour and a half! I am really upset that there was no apology or price reduction for my nails and I will not be going back.

This shop is amazing, the nail technician gives advice, listens and takes pride in her work :) You'll have a repeat customer from now on! Thank you for fixing the mess made by another salon.

Lovely nail salon. Friendly staff. Visited twice now to have acrylic set with gels. Second time I had nail art too. Nails are perfect, lots of care taken so they feel really neat. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

Good when it is not busy in the salon. I have done manicure with normal color. Nail technician had attention to details and took her time working on my nails . However, when it got busy in the salon, i was drying up my nails in the nails dryer and the lady just forgot about me and my hands became very very dry so i had to call them to come and check on my nails. No hand massage - not sure if it was included in the pricing

Rubbish! Just had a simple manicure and gel colour. It's untidy and top coat visibly uneven. I could've done a better job myself. Waste of £30. I will not be returning.
