Decent enough drive thru - it’s been there for many years - plenty of dining tables inside for eat in - clean toilets etc well run - about 20 parking spaces 😀

This place is even lower than the low expectations of a MacDonald. There is an issue almost every time. This is the latest... Sweet chilli chicken wrap with nothing but chicken in it.

Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever had. The wrap chicken wasn't cooked right, I'm unsure if it was undercooked or had been left out but it did not taste right, the wrap was smothered in sauce but not fully wrapped. Drink must have been last scraps of the machine, we actually asked for a new hot chocolate which was fine 2nd time round. Both the cappuccino and the hot chocolate are photographed, the hot chocolate came half full looking like dish water, I asked for another which was fine and is also photographed. The fries were fine and nuggets too. I'm unsure if it was just the wrap and terrible drink alongside queues and long wait that made it such a distasteful experience. One thing worth saying is that the staff bringing over the food and the cleaners were friendly, helpful and fully understanding when I wanted a new hot chocolate. Hopefully it was just a bad busy day as the staff seemed fine.

The staff here can mostly be seen and heard mucking about in the kitchen. They're also rude and have no customer service skills. However, there are a few members of staff who are amazing at this McDonald's. I had to ask their names because I was shocked at how there were some gems amongst the other staff. MARIA, SYLVIA and AOIFE are all friendly, kind, helpful and go out of their way for customers. It's a shame that all staff here are not more like them!

I've ordered 2 doughnuts for me and my wife. Both of them didn't taste Fresh even though the sticker had a date of the day and 30 min before. After quite few disappointments from this store I tried to complain through the app which made it hard. Cannot load files that is requesting and I kicked me out 2 times having to answer all the questions again.

Go here regularly as I live 2 minutes away, rarely is my order right. Problems with missing items, even get charged the wrong price even though I can see what I should be paying on my app order. Think a change in management is needed.

Whoever the manager is working at 11.45am on the 11th October 2023 should not be doing this job. What a rude, arrogant specimen! Cannot believe he has been employed by McDonald’s working in customer services! He made me feel embarrassed infront if other customers. To top it off half my chips are empty! Disgusting!

I have been on Sunday night, food was alright, they didn't give me napkins so was messy, never mind. The only thing I was curious about was the message they put on my receive, I was curious and I went to ask to the manager what does mean the text someone wrote in my receive, apparently was the last 3 letters of my number plate, but my number plate ends with CVM & NOT CUM 🤔🙈 now I learned something new

Hi. I placed my order at 21:40 and finally got it at 22:01. I had to park up to await my food. My burgers were luke warm my chips were too cold. I requested hot chips. By the time I got my hot chips I had eaten the burgers. Too many times now I have been asked to park to wait for my food. Where does you priority lie? Delivery or drive through? My order no was 164. I am disgusted. The food was mediocre and I cannot grade the service because apart from the poor person having to walk into the car park, twice, it seems non-existent. The drive thru was not busy. I was the only one there until I waited at the serving hatch for a couple of minutes when a car drove to the payment window. I was then requested/told to park and wait. I got no receipt so i can only tell you my take out order number. 164.

Why can't you make a burger properly? Just got my chicken big Mac and I have a bun with nothing in it. Poor. Your chip amounts are always disappointing too, with half empty cartons.

How can a sausage n egg muffin meal taste so strongly of salt. Had to throw it away. My partner had the same issue so not just a one off.

Wow, their service is extremely poor. How can that be. Same person doing ubereats delivery also doing drive thru. Customers complaining and how will that be faster for customers to get their food on time. Very disappointed and the lady also taking her time when she supposed to be fast. Guess she is tired.

Told to park up when we reached the collection window in the drive through. Only issue with that is that the car park is completely full. Probably every other car is told to park up, not sure this was how the drive through was intended to work. When we do get the food, and get home we find items missing. Need to learn to just go to the counter!!

This is my 3rd time purchasing from here and I didnt want to leave a review for the first and second purchases as they were awful. I had the wrong hot drink and missing order in my first two orders. Now today my 3rd order My fizzy drink is gone off an taste very chemically disgusting, fries are less than the box nd cold. Only the burger was ok. You guys really need to concentrate on your food and packaging before orders leave this will be my last purchase from here, what a shame.

This outlet is very hit and miss. Sadly been more miss than hit recently. Perhaps take fewer uber orders and check the contents of bags being handed out to drive thru and walk in customers. So many times items are missing, or orders are incorrect. Or, hire more staff.

Very nice family restaurant, staff were very helpful and Violeta helped us find good seating and looked after us during the visit
