First time dinning at Miller and Carter Bromley/West Wickham. A party of 8. Upon arrive we were greeted with a warm smile and shown to our table. Customer service was faultless. Starters were quick and tasty. Mains were amazing and drinks were quickly served. I was extremely impressed with the food and service and would recommend this establishment

Lovely restaurant with excellent friendly service. Great comfortable decor. The steaks were cooked to perfection and are pretty sizable. The chicken burger was very good as one of my boys is not a red meat fan. Didn't leave room for desserts.

Visited for lunch on Christmas Day and for cocktails and a burger on New Year’s Eve. Given that it’s a steak house they do good food for veggies (Christmas dinner nice and very good plant burger). Cocktails nice too. Sat in the same cosy booth on both occasions which was private, comfortable and quiet, despite the restaurant being busy both days. As a few other people have mentioned, the toilets need attention! Shared entrance so almost unisex and it smells like a urinal throughout. Plus the loo roll dispenser drove me mad as you can only tear off one (very thin) sheet at a time so as someone who visits the loo a lot I spent ages in there! Had to bring my own tissues with me on the second visit. Overall though really nice place and very friendly and attentive staff.

Food was great, service was good especially as it was quite busy but we didn't feel like we had to wait long. I just found it looked a bit shabby inside, it has an old red carpet that looks like it needs a good clean. My menu was filthy and I had to hand it back and get a new one. One of our chairs needed to be wiped down. The restaurant itself needs a good revamp and deep clean.

This visit was amazing from Start to finish, we were greeted well then handed over to the most amazing waitress, Sophia, she was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and an all round delight… the food was also out of this world, we had the butchers block which was amazing.. a great evening.. and Sophia is an asset to miller and carter.

Apologies for the photos, the food looked so good I didn’t think about taking a picture until I had started eating! Look, I’m a massive Miller and Carter fan and this one showed me why. Our server (Mitch I believe his name was, on Christmas Eve) was just brilliant. Has the gift of the gab, and just knows how to do his job perfectly. Our food was incredible, and served very quickly considering such a huge restaurant that was full. Only complaint would be the toilets are very much not up to scratch and not what I would expect from a Miller and Carter. I would have given 4 stars if not for our great server.

I would highly recommend coming to this miller and carter. A large open restaurant but you can find your own corner if you want privacy. The food is up to miller and carter standard and the service was impeccable. A thanks to Erica & Lauren W. Will definitely be coming back

I was taken here with my husband by my daughter for my birthday. Had fabulous meals - two meat eaters (the steaks were superb!) and one pescatarian. knowledgeable and helpful waiting staff. Care taken regarding my nut allergy - plus a little treat!
