We were having a great morning shopping, until Maria approached us at this store and rudely stated "you're making a mess" while we were trying to search for required sizes from a stack of clothes by checking their hidden information tags, there wasn't any other way of checking sizes! We later purchased four items, but we didn't appreciate how this person spoke to us, it was uncalled for, we felt unwelcome, due to this customer service shopping experience we've rated two stars.

Went into the shop and was greeted by a lovely member of staff Alice her name was, she helped me find exactly what I needed and even a few extras. Amazing welcoming experience and Alice's service and personality makes me want to visit again!

Me and my partner visited the store for him to buy clothes for a up and coming holiday. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a member of staff. We found the store had a lot of good options of clothes with some really good offers. When needing help with the sizes Rob was really approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely return to the store again.

Made a trip there for the first time yesterday (5th sept '19) at the Cardiff store and bought a pair of jeans at 17.47. I feel I need to give a nice review purely for the amazing service I had from the chap that served me. He is genuinely enthusiastic about the brand and deserves to go far. I have my own business and I really appreciate when people go the extra mile, even when they do not need to. Great work! Jeans were butter-soft and fitted me like a glove :)

I had bought a pair of jeans for my son but unfortunately he did not like the fit so decided to return it ,I was met would a very rude manager that insinuated that my son had worn the pair of jeans ,I had the receipt but was refused to get a refund or exchange for something else considering I paid £65 I'm left with a pair of jeans with no use ! So beware !

Hello, on my last Holiday in Cardiff the weather was so nice that I was in need of a new pair of shorts, Alice greeted me within the first minute of entering the store, at first I could not find my size but Alice asked me if I needed help finding sizes, she even went so far as to check the inventory on the till for my size, after a minute or so she came back with the right sized shorts and even gave me some help coordinating my outfits and I ended up buying 2 pairs instead of the 1 I had planned to buy. I highly recommend this store. I will go there again because of this experience.

Great friendly stuff, be sure to check the store out for your everyday needs to your luxury occasion. I always call this brand the "Modern Day Vintage" because it brings back classic choices and revamps them for a new generation.

I am satisfied with the service here at Jack and Jones. I had great customer service from a lovely young lady called Ellen, she was very kind and honest. She was a very good saleswoman, very happy and cheerful. I have bought multiple outfits and always come back to her for more clothes.

I had great customer service from Taylor. Fast and pleasant atmosphere created from Taylor’s upbeat and happy personality.

Was served by a man called Basil, he was extremely helpful. Even though they didn't have the hoodie I was hoping to buy he gave me other options and was lovely not pushy at all. Would happily go here again😊

Amazing service in Store. I have visited the Cardiff Branch multiple times and have been given excellent service each time. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff go above and beyond. I have recommended the cardiff branch to all my family and friends and will be returning again

Went in for some t-shirts and was greeted by a friendly staff member (didnt get his name but he was wearing glasses), he mentioned about the offer they had on where I could get 3 for £35, so I ended up buying 3. Great service and will definitely be returning.
