Lovely place to stop and eat. I had the poached eggs & avocado on soyr bread. Lovely food choice & great atmosphere

Bit disappointing - the smoked salmon bagel appeared to have been microwaved so it was warm but soggy and the salmon sort of half cooked. Husband's bacon sandwich was quite dry. Was expensive for what we got, I could have made nicer at home which kinda defeats the point! Cappuccino was nice. I don't think I'll go again.

Possibly the best cafe we have been to by far. Very good value for the money. Had the chilli con carne with rice today. 👌perfect!

Lovely food however customer service really bad .stuff are quiet abrupt . I went into the cafe with my daughter she accidently spilt her hot drink which fell on the table and the floor . The lady gave my child dirty look ,then another one came to her and said what did you do make mess . They left the rag on the table so i ended up cleaning . The food was nice however if you have children its not an ideal cafe .

Primo Cafe has been our favourite place on the Orpington High Street pretty much from the day they opened. We are so grateful to them for their help during this most recent lunch visit in the aftermath of storm Eunice - they charged all our devices for us while we ate. Many thanks for not just being a lovely cafe but for being kind and helpful too!

Staff were uninterested and made me feel awkward when ordering. I had a lasagne which was quite dry and heated through with sauce just added over the top. Prices are good but need to be with standard of food.

Rather disappointing compared to previous visits. Person on till rather confused, maybe new, had to ask about everything. Food distinctly underwhelming, lots of things not available. Maybe needs better overseeing?

Been visiting primo on and off for years. Went with my daughter on Thursday lunchtime. She had a lovely chicken wrap with mayo and I had a smoked salmon salad. She wanted chicken skewers but they had run out of those: ( But why is there no halloumi on the menu? Sure there used to be years ago. I tend to eat mostly cheese and fish so it was disappointing. Staff are so nice and smiley!

My favorite coffee place in orpington, very lively environment with good coffee and a range of italian dishes, vegetarian friendly. Staff is friendly and often can be seen engaging in banters with regulars. They should consider extending then hours of their operation.

Great selection of coffee cakes and Italian style sandwiches great family place always made to feel welcome here even after 3 years is still Go to. My son loves it here as did my wife some moons back. It has an independent feel isn't pretentious and has just about the right seating in and out. Clientele is warm and friendly a good place to catch up with friends or family.

Best coffee in Orpington. Really lovely staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The lasagne is delicious, especially when paired with garlic bread. We often stop here for just coffe3, coffee and breakfast, coffee and lunch and have also gad pizzas here, which were really great!!

Fantastic friendly Italian cafe. Try the aubergine or the homemade carrot cake. Great service from the guy running the food counter, but all the staff are lovely.

Hi Primo, Had a great muffin and Latte in here earlier today, spoke to the young lady making the coffee (think I heard someone call her Lucy) she made a fantastic cup of coffee and has great knowledge of the local area. Will visit again as long as the coffee is always this good. Thank you

Ordered coffee, and muffin at the beginning. While having it, looked at the menu and head to order salmon creek cheese bagel. Excellent food, great service, lovely decor. Very lively place.

They were all so accommodating and the lady serving me was very friendly and her service just made everything so much better. The food was very good, and their sausages are amazing. The coffee was something I simply adored and needed to go back for s second cup ☕

Please consider giving them a raise! They're consistently hard-working, ensuring everything is neat, clean, and welcoming. Their service is top-notch. The food is great, and the atmosphere is just right. I often come here to work on my laptop and it's my favourite spot! <3
