This is a massive department store. All the big names are in here and upstairs, 1st f, it has a cafe. It's a real decent place to have a eye if your in the market for a gift

Morley's department store in Bexleyheath Broadway Shopping centre mall, is another favourite retail outlet where my wife and I occasionally shop. I find the store has a very good choice and variation of delightful products including clothes merchandise, cosmetics, some furniture, furnishings, lighting products etc. quirky food and drink gifts are all on the shelves - Christmas time gifts a good place to search here. Goods well displayed and presented neatly on the shelves and notably advertised in their shop window. A spacious floor space, bright, clean, modern open plan store with a ground and 1st floor. A canteen too on the 1st floor. Lifts, escalators and disabled access in place. Car park with disabled spaces in the Broadway Centre upper floors ( levels 1, 2, and 3) with lifts and stairs accessed to the ground floor. Seasonal bargains in the sales here to be found. We (wife and I) always will return to Morleys, especially to buy 🎁 presents. Purchased a couple of bargain quality products today (14/12/22). We also found staff very friendly, helpful, happy to serve and from our own experiences. Well done Morleys 👏, and thank you for your kind customer service and 'lovely' consumer products. Good quality items and reasonable prices, though tempting and better in the seasonal sales for that special bargain at Morleys. All the best in future business and sales, Chris.👍

Older Homewares assistant first floor is unpleasantly unhelpful, appears to resent browsing customers, and doesn't seem to understand that physical stores offer the opportunity for goods to be be assessed in person, otherwise one would just order online. Do better Morleys. We won't be buying Le Creuset from your store if we're not even allowed to lift up a pot to assess its weight, without your employee throwing their weight around. Absurd nonsense!

It's a lovely place to mosey around. That said, do they ever manage to sell anything? I was looking for pastry cutters on the first floor and much of the merchandise looked dusty and somewhat tired. Also - all of the staff seemed to be milling about moving stock around for no particular reason? Maybe it was to blow off the dusty residue?

Great department store with all leading brands, very good bargains during sale time

The greasiest and saddest (plus most expensive!) breakfast I've ever had. The toast was burnt and stone cold. The beans were a cold, congealed clump and everything else was literally dripping with grease. Angelica should consider a career change 😂 In all seriousness don't waste your money here, go to one of the smaller and better cafes in Bexleyheath. Unless you're looking for overpriced greasy food and bitter coffee, in which case head here.

I love wandering around this store. I sometimes wonder whether anyone actually buys anything, though? There's a cafe on the first floor.

Great store. Went there 3x now to buy suits and shirts and staff is amazing. Prices are good for the brands but perfect when you find promotions. I recommend

Went in to use the Café in the first floor because it was a lovely day and the view from there is great. However the service in the café is comically slow. - and has been for years.

Very good departmental store and cafe. Also a foreign exchange desk. Designer clothes. Bedding. Furniture. All under one roof.

Very helpful and approachable staff. First time I have visited store and I was pleasantly surprised by the range of products and brands they stock.

Very good custormer service . Tge man on the counter was very helpful when buying my gift for family member. Also the first time looking your staff were helpful.

Had a cream tea with my friend booked for 12 o'clock we asked if we could just have our coffe as we went quite hungry thought we would have a drink then food say 12.30 but they said no had to have food at 12oclock .as table was set up by that she mentioned there were 2 tea cups and two plate set out what was the difference what time we ate as it was not as if we had booked table for 2hours or something the sandwiches were nothing like the picture or the cakes and allso no asked if we were ok with seedy brown bread no choice and no choice ofsandwiches we had to take what was given which was chesse pickle and tuna and qucumber scones were rock hard ..will not be having a cream tea there again.

Quick delivery. Food tasted great and wasn’t greasy like most chicken and chip shops are. Fairly priced, highly recommend!

Visited the exchange bureau in store today and can’t praise the man and lady that work there enough. I use them frequently and they are always happy and polite and make it an enjoyable experience

Really nice store with good selection of clothes and furniture. Toilets also very clean however avoid the restaurant as the food Was extremely disappointing and not cheap either.

Pretty good experience all round. The staff on Mango and the other concession diagonally across couldn't have done more to help. Lovely ladies Such a shame the whole department store is dull and lifeless

Been visiting Angelica's cafe at Morleys for a few years now but sadly will not any more. The staff that has joined recently is very rude, disrespectful & rowdy. Forget customer service they don't know how to speak to people and are likely cheating the owners as might be pocketing money. I was sold a lunch with no receipt. Staff don't know how to operate the till or anything about working in a cafe. When asked for a manager, one was not available and later someone came but was not helpful. Extremely poor management.

Great store. With the demise of big department stores this is truly wonderful. It sells all the stuff you would have found in the big stores but on a smaller scale. Perfectly set out and was a great experience to venture around. An opportunity to relive the old fashioned way of shopping but with modern items. I loved it and was a nice surprise to find it tucked away in the corner of the shopping mall. Not been to Bexleyheath for a long time but will definitely visit again to see Morleys. Great store.

Great service at the cafe and lovely staff but told i couldn’t have a poached egg as a substitute for the fried egg, offered scrambled but overcooked and like rubber

We went into Morleys to buy a microwave yesterday. As we are pensioners and don't drive we were trying to work out how to get it home. There was a lovely lady (I think Clarisse) who was very helpful in the home appliance dept she arranged a home delivery for us and was full of very helpful information on the microwaves. In this day and age it is too often people complain about shop staff but we were very impressed with this lady's service. I have to say that the delivery person who delivered the microwave was very pleasant and carried the microwave up to the top flat for us all in all very impressed with service

Managed to get one of the two items I went in for however some of the staff could do with going on a customer service training course. I am sorry if I disturbed her chat with her friend when I was trying to buy a perfume.

I love this place. Originally the home of BHS but has been replaced with a great store. It has festive items currently on sale which make excellent gifts. I shopped for a handbag and was guided by staff. Staff were helpful and polite. It has a fantastic suit and tie section. I fully recommend a stop in this store. The environment is decorative and clean. Great store.

Had the afternoon tea all made fresh for us it was a birthday treat for us. Great staff very clean. I recommend you try this

OK this isn't the store in general as most are willing to help and are lovely but this is directed at the Burrau De Change, esp a certain man there who was extremely rude/opinionated and made my daughter feel worthless and a liar. Never again we I go there and I will pass the word on that those kind of people need a) customer service training big time, B) take people at face value (my daughter has specially needs) c) guve your opinions to yourself..

I used the cafè in Morleys, it quite expensive but it's good coffee... I asked for a large which in comparison to say Starbucks where it would be a small... its comfortable seating on a a clear day the views over Bexley are fantastic.

A lovely department store with a cafe upstairs - a nice relaxing place where I can treat myself to a coffee and cake. Much more relaxing than cafes on the Broadway.

Decent shop, the guy on the suit section needs to keeps his opinions to himself though. I found him rude and very over opinionated. I wonder if he hadn't had much luck and was just being pushy with sales. Won't be venturing to this part of the shop again.

They have a good range of household items upstairs, furniture as well etc. Plus a comfortable coffee place. Clothes and loads more etc are downstairs. I remember when this site was BHS and now that the place is Morleys they have certainly made the place a better shopping experience.

I had not been to Morleys for a while but found it extremely good for items. There are only limited choices in some items due to shop size but they have made good use of space and covered most things you could want. The cafe is a delight . Nice assorted selection of well priced clothing , hence I bought 2 items. Worth a visit

Lovely store. It was our 1st visit and we were very impressed with their range of items for sale. The refill the shower gel box is a fab idea as long as there are boxes to purchase, there wasn't any. Very clean, neat and tidy. We would visit again.😊

Good experience at this store. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Good variety, reasonable prices and well laid out. Security man tainted my experience slightly, and made me and others seem to be rather uncomfortable, which, in honesty is partly the reason why I feel compelled to leave a review. In the absence of him, my experience was perfect and I commend the store and the staff.

I went to the cafe after working there for nearly two years went back to say hello to everyone and the manager was very very rude and disrespectful towards me getting in my face telling me I need to get out from where the office is even though when the old managers were there working there was no issue with anything like that. I’ve also seen the way she treats her own staff and she speaks to them with no respect and no morals I will not and I mean will not be going back to the cafe.
