Obviously the new waitress is MIA, but the 9am shift young lady is a outstanding waitress!

This place was packed on a rainy Tuesday late morning. To me, that showed how loved this restaurant is! It reminded me of a Cheers atmosphere because I think most everyone knew each other. The food was delicious and the server was all smiles and on top of everything, never had to ask for anything because she took care of everything! Thank you!

It had been over 20 since I had been to Mrs. J's. I used to live right around the corner when I got my first place growing up. Not much has changed. Maybe a few new faces. The food and service are outstanding. When I lived here I would stop in for a slice of pie and cup of coffee most times. But I probably had a full breakfast at least 3x a week. It was like stepping back in time.

Good biscuits and gravy is nice see corn beef and hash on the breakfast menu. It's your nice hometown greasy spoon without the grease good stuff good people good food good prices

It's a diner, didn't visit for atmosphere. If you like meaty, sweet sausage gravy, you'll love their's. I prefer spicy or sage gravy. Even though I didn't eat more than 2 bites of their gravy and I questioned the sweetness, I still had to pay full price for it. The cook, who also ran register, told me "people come as far as 3 counties away" for their gravy. Okay, guess he told me. The rest of my food and experience was better. I had a potato, bacon and cheese omlette and coffee. Their coffee was good and cost less than half what I'm used to paying at restaurants.

Took family out to breakfast. The food was delicious and plenty of it. We had the most wonderful waitress. It was a wonderful start to our day. I will be back on my next visit to Ohio.

My wife loved the sausage gravy & biscuits. Eggs were fine, home fries were OK- cooked on one side & under seasoned. Staffing seemed good when we walked in, but one waitress was trying to serve everyone in the busy restaurant. Would go again if we were local, but not a destination stop.

One thing about Mrs. J's restaurant is they know how to keep employees. A lot of restaurants in town suffer with turnover problems, but somehow Mrs. J's is able to maintain employees for decades. It's always great service. The food is always predictably good. The only complaint that I have is that there aren't more vegan options. There's a few other restaurants in town that could take a few notes off of what Mrs. J's is doing. Fast, friendly service. Every time!

What a fabulous place, the food was amazing, the staff is friendly and fun! Extremely clean! This is a must stop if your in this wonderful little town. This was our first time in and will definitely make the trip back!!

I've been trying to remember the name of this restaurant so I could tell people on YouTube channel. I visited this place about 2 years I was in town for a youths football game. This restaurant was right down the street from our hotel as well. I was skeptical at first, but when we got in there omg everyone was so friendly and spoke..or Waiter was great! The food was amazing I mean the best breakfast I have ever had 🥰 I'm planning on visiting again this year and this will be my breakfast spot to go to...

My Sister is visiting from Florida and we decide to make a trip to Lehman's Hardware. She had expressed an interest in The Smucker's Store and cafe. I looked into it and found that the cafe' and sample station was closed till further notice. Well, that left a Quickie-Mart that sold nothing but Smucker's stuff. And you wouldn't even get to taste any first! Still had to find breakfast so googled restaurants in Orville and hit on Mrs. J's first off! That's the place! And it was, it will be the destination of many a future ride in the country. Thank you so much, Alan and Carol.

It took awhile to be seated and then awhile to be greeted. The food was quick and good. Prices were great.

Have eaten here on several occasions. Usually busy in the morning. Service is great and food is perfect for breakfast. Prices are low.

Horrible customer service. Very rude servers and owner. When confronted via phone about an order they messed up on they hung up on me. Then when I came to tell them about what they did they threatened to call the cops. How can you make a mistake and blame someone else. They gave me half of the order I paid $30 for and on top gave me half filled orange juice cups. This was a carry out order and they were busy so I understand mishaps happen but this is pure disrespect. I do not recommend eating here or bringing your family here. I use to go here a lot I will never come here again !

Mrs J's food is always good, but it's always completely packed with people, from the front door to the back wall. Also I don't buy anything from them, because I don't normally have a ride to Mrs J's in the morning, which is the only time breakfast is available. It's not a problem to only serve breakfast in the morning at all. But I had to make a second trip into the restaurant to get some food that was left out of the order, which wasn't even my order anyway.
