War jahrelang treuer Kunde des Elektromarktes, war immer zufrieden, aber in der letzten Zeit häufen sich die Probleme, und irgendwann reichts. Unifying-Tastatur online reserviert, bekommen eine normale. Nach langen Erklärungen meinerseits, keine Einsicht, auch keinerlei Anstände das Problem zu lösen, der einzige Kommentar "da können wir auch nicht weiterhelfen". Auch auf ein Schreiben an die Zentrale, keinerlei Antwort. Zum wiederholten Male 30 Kilometer umsonst gefahren. Das Angebot steht nach etlichen Stunden immer noch falsch auf Homepage. Update: Keine Reaktion auf meine E-Mail. Das wars dann mit Theiner :-(

We actually wanted to call first to see if the tumble dryer shown in the advertisement was available in Vilshofen, but unfortunately it was always on hold🤨. Then we went to Vof (it's only 15km) After a short search, we found the WT that had been awarded the advertising prize. We were also immediately discovered by a young salesman who spoke to us directly without saying hello. After a short conversation, it turned out that this is not the tumble dryer from the advertisement but it has been awarded the advertising prize😡 and that the tumble dryer from the advertising brochure is not in stock in Vof... delivery time unknown 😳😡 we should go to Pfarrkirchen( about 35km), this one is still in stock 😡🤬☠️. Now it's enough, after insufficient and sometimes incorrect advice in the past (cell phones and other household appliances) and NOW, that's it with Theiner Vilshofen. My patience is also running out...

Great service, good advice. My mother, who is 77, received excellent service, even though she only had a pair of cheap, broken headphones. It was opened and repaired immediately. I then bought a printer there worth over €200 that I actually wanted to buy somewhere else. Service pays off!!! I was also given very specific and comprehensive information before purchasing. Very nice service and employees! You will receive very good advice and will not be pressured into making a purchase if it is not 100% right. This happened to me because I wanted to buy something that was supposed to be a gift and it probably wouldn't have been that great for the recipient if I had taken it. Unzuverlässig. Auch nach mehreren Anrufen keine brauchbare Antwort, ob mein zu reparierender Staubsauger denn schon fertig ist. Nach einem Besuch vor Ort stellte man fest, dass dieser schon längere Zeit fertig repariert wurde. Zudem erkältete Mitarbeiter, die immer nur sagen, dass Sie nur die Vertretung sind.

I was very positively surprised by the professional advice for my new coffee machine.
