This convention center is gorgeous. When you enter it, it looks more like a luxury hotel than a convention center. Also the stage in the main conference room is very specific and equipped with great electronics. If you ever have the pleasure to attend a conference in this complex you will know what I mean.

Terrific venue for the ASNACC Convention. The place is right at the edge of Nara Park, so the ambience is beautiful. Big enough to hold multiple large sessions, as well as simultaneous other activities. When you get tired or bored from the business aspect of your visit here, you can just take a leisurely stroll outside to interact with the Nara deer or eat the desserts along the main road to Todaiji Temple.

I entered this building as a tourist just because I needed to use the toilet. I'm giving this review is just because of how beautiful the garden at the back of this building. As this building is not a tourist attraction spot, I really enjoyed walking around this garden without any tourist crowd

The garden is very peaceful and quiet and open to the public ( they even provide a map guide). You can also sit inside and listen to the Noh theater which is also on the first floor ( not sure on access to the theater). No food or drink allowed inside. A very nice peaceful place to take a break. This would be a great conference location!

Excellent location and beatiful facility for a conference. I especially love the unique experience that I made a presentation on the 'Noh opera' stage.

Beautiful surroundings for a conference venue! The building itself is functional and well maintained. The only one issue is the Internet which doesn't support 400 users at a time...

Scenic convention venue within Nara Park. The major downside for a computer conference was the poor Wifi management, followed by limited catering facilities. But the beautiful venue mitigates those failings.
