Experiência imensamente negativa, o procedimento de retirada do aparelho ortodôntico foi realizado por uma profissional totalmente despreparada, a mesma disse que não saberia extamanete como faria o procedimento pois não era a sua área de odontologia. Além disso, a paciente (que é de menor) foi instruída a assinar papéis, no fim da consulta, utilizando a assinatura de sua mãe. Como o aparelho seria retirado apenas temporariamente, pedimos ao lugar que guardassem os brackets (peças do aparelho) pois no dia que realizamos a retirada, esquecemos estes no consultório, a clínica se mostrou gentil e afirmou que guardaria para nós. Porém, quando fomos buscar, fomos informados que as peças tinham sido guardadas em uma gaveta e não estavam mais lá. Enfim, prejuízo absurdo!!

Attentive and loving professionals. I felt welcomed and was very well attended to by everyone.

My experience with the clinic started very well! I went to them to perform 2 prophylaxis and a small restoration. My dissatisfaction occurred when the clinic's finance officer named my 1-sided restoration as a 3-sided restoration (photo attached). Even so, I carried out the procedure because I thought the cost of prophylaxis (cleaning) was fair! It was then that I decided to schedule 2 other appointments for 2 other prophylaxis for 2 children (9 and 11 years old). My shock came when they charged me 280.00 for each of the cleanings (prophylaxis), I asked why and the finance person informed me that the previous week I participated in a “black Friday” promotion so I asked for a discount, but to no avail. , even having previously paid the full amount, privately and in cash. I worked for 4 years as a secretary for 12 dentists and I am a TSB (oral health technician), I know the costs and understand the costs of each thing, but, honestly, I felt injured by an extremely abusive amount. Attached is a photo of my supposed 3-sided restoration and the receipt for payment for the 2 cleanings performed on the children.

I am immensely grateful to the entire team at this unit, from reception to the office. They are excellent professionals. I would like to highlight Gustavo's politeness and attention at reception, Dr. Luana's friendliness, care and attention, and a special thank you to Dr. Huan. In addition to being my dentist, he was like a psychologist to me. I had never had a root canal and, upon hearing the negative experiences of acquaintances who had already undergone this treatment, I was apprehensive. However, my experience with the root canal performed by Dr. Huan was excellent, perfect and magnificent. I didn't feel any discomfort during the procedure or after. Dr. Huan is an excellent professional, competent and attentive. Thank you for your patience and care with my fears. Without a doubt, I will always recommend Dr. Huan!
