Hurray, I have just completed my 12weeks challenge with 12% fat loss and 3.8kgs muscle gain. This achievement would have been just my dream if not for FR. Thank you my amazing coaches.

Great positive and inclusive atmosphere at this gym. The classes work great for me as I did not know where to start with lifting weights and it's set out very simply with lots of demonstrations, explanations and coaching. The food coaching means you get the most out of your hard work at the gym. I feel fantastic I just wish I had signed up earlier.

What an amazing journey! Just finished the 12 weeks challenge, and feel like a different person. This program pushed me to get amazing results, that I‘ve never been able to achieve by myself before. The coaches who run the gym are absolutely amazing people, and very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Big shout to Jan, I couldn’t ask for a better coach. I’m definitely going to stay in this gym.. Can’t wait to see how far it’s going to take me 💪🏻

He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. His instructions are clear and accurate and he takes the time to check in on every participant in the group sessions, offering encouragement and great advice - always with a smile 😊 . Thank you Jan. Wow! This is awesome. The fact is that Fitness Renegade has an exceptional coaches and there’s no reason not to meet your goals. In just 12 weeks of workouts, I managed to reduce 11.1 kgs of my body weight and 9.8 percent of unwanted body fats. Isn’t this fabulous? Thank you my coach Sarah. You are amazing trainer. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Its been a life changing experience. Since having my child, I've been a size 10, and thought it'd just stay that way. But being with fitness renegade and pushing myself, providing me with some motivation, I achieved what I couldn't on my own, and now I wear size 8 clothes again, and get compliments on my change. What a difference 6kg, even 3kgs, make. Thank you and no regrets in joining the 12 week challenge

From the moment I walked through the door, extremely nervous and way out of my comfort zone I was made to feel so very welcome. Cheyanne is a wonderful coach and an amazing support. Fitness Renegades took out a double payment, it has been several weeks since they promised to refund me! I still hasn't seen the money refunded as promised, now won't return my emails. Please contact me! Regarding the double payment taken out of my account! 13 days since I was told I was getting my refund & I haven't heard anything since. I don't believe it should take 13 days to process a refund. I have tried emailing, no response from the owners.

I did my 12 weeks challange, I learn so much. All the coaches are really cool and the people aswell. I love the trainings! Aswell I was making FIFO atm and they manage to keep you exercising in the site gym with training sesions program that you can follow very easily!! Thank you all! 😊
