Outstanding!!!! The staff is very professional, friendly and keep it fun!!!! The escape rooms are awesome! Mona Lisa was challenging but amazing! Seven Deadly Sins by far my FAVORITE ONE!!!!! Definitely- BEST ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE! Definitely coming back to do other escape rooms! LOVE🙌 IT!!!!

Escapology continues to be my favorite brand of escape rooms! Batman was really fun and definitely a challenge! Sam was absolutely incredible and super knowledgeable about all of the games. You are lucky to have her!

This was my first escape room experience ever for my birthday. My partner and I both booked the "Murder on the Orient Express" room. The room theme was on par to the storyline and the puzzles and tasks definitely gave us some head scratching on more than one occasion. Scott (our gamemaster), was definitely helpful in guiding us to the next hints during the difficult parts. We found ourselves backtracking quite a bit as is expected in these rooms. Each next solved puzzle made us super excited as we progressed through the rooms. Adrenaline kicked in during the last 10 minutes as the time counts down and the automated announcer adds haste to the conclusion of the session. We ended up finishing the room within the last 5 seconds and solving the mystery. We were very much pleased and left happily after going through the experience. We got out photos taken against Escapology's backdrop and got wristbands and a coupon for our next visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. We will defiantly be going back very soon! I wonder which next room we will choose :D

We did the Scooby Doo escape room, it was fairly easy and completed with plenty of time between four people. One of the items was not working but the staff was very quick to fix it. We got our picture taken at the end and we got wrist bands. We will definitely go back to try out the other rooms!

So much fun we did murder on orient express. It was hard but duable. We finished with 2 min left. The first room was the hardest need a better way to help people understand those wine bottles. Its a great place to go with lots of room choices. In a great area as well.

We went to play the Barman Dark Knight Challenge yesterday for a friend's birthday and we were so disappointed. Our game had several broken puzzles and a few of the times they ignored it until we asked for a clue. They then would tell us the answer and we had it right already. We felt like we weren't going to get out simply because this kept happening. I'm sure the other games are better, but Batman was such a let down. We should have read the reviews on Morty first.

Alexis was our game master and gave us one of the best experiences in time for my birthday. She is now Madam Gamemaster the Omnipotent One for her help, kindness, and good sense of humor that helped us through the room. I will always recommend Escapology as a top tier escape room experience.

The Batman escape room is a great choice for beginners, a couple or families with younger children, but for more experienced players is not worth the price. We finished the room with about 30 minutes remaining and found the puzzles to be rudimentary. However we all loved the environment and were very immersed in the concept and story, so high marks for that! I suggest adding the difficulty level and number of recommended players to your website like other escape room companies do. This room was very enjoyable but without those details our expectations were skewed and we expected more challenging puzzles from the World’s Greatest Detective. We left disappointed and that we overpaid for the experience.
