One of the best Cicis outlet we've visited so far. Very friendly staff. They keep putting out great variety of pizzas at the station. Can order custom one too. Owner is very friendly with staff and staff take good care of customers. Very healthy atmosphere. A must visit place for families or couples..

Cicis is a moderately priced pizza buffet. If you are looking for gourmet, this isn't the place for you, but if plentiful, good food in a family friendly atmosphere is what you want, come here. We go to this Cicis every time we visit Orlando = 4 or 5 times a year because we enjoy eating there. The salad is crisp and fresh, there are plenty of toppings and a good selection of salad dressings. The pizza is good; it is constantly being tended and added to, but what I like best is that they will make the pizza you like if you simply ask. I am a big fan of the chicken bacon flatbread; I like the crunch! My husband likes the chicken BBQ pizza, and we both enjoy the cheese bread along with the many other options. There is plenty of cheese on everything; no bare crust at this Cicis. For dessert I always get the cinnamon rolls because they are sweet, buttery, and just plain delicious. My husband gets them and a brownie as well. Come hungry! Leave happy!

They have different kinds of pizza. They had spaghetti (red sauce and Alfredo) and soup (i think chicken) Also had a salad bar and desserts. I signed up for their emails and I got a coupon for a free adult buffet with the purchase of an adult buffet & drink. I paid around $16 for two adults and a child (with the coupon) The food was good and warm. They were constantly bringing out new pizzas. Employees were friendly and taking our dirty plates as soon as we were done with them. Gave me a Peter Piper/Shakey's vibe.

This place is better location than most. Manager Alex was great, welcoming and friendly. If you don't finish your pizza you can take the rest home for about 1 dollar per slice. Not sure if that price will change overtime

Great pizza and dessert for an awesome price. Just 9.99 plus tax for as much pizza as you can possibly eat. Friendly staff. If you have a food problems like lactose intolerance or vegan, just tell them and they will cook you a pizza just for you.

All the pizzas were thin and dry. When you ordered your own personal pizza for the table, they cook it and put it on the buffet instead. The best thing there was the brownies and the unlimited pop. Staff was ok.

Overall good place to go for an all you can eat. Had many pizza selections along with pasta with select sauces you could add to the plain noodles. Chicken noodle soup (which you can add noodles from the pasta bar I would definitely recommend otherwise it had very little noodles) desserts were small cinnamon rolls, pumpkin cinnamon rolls and brownies. Salad bar available as well though not too many toppings. Pop available for purchase. Wings available for purchase as well

TLDR: Great Food, Great Price, Great Staff Full disclosure: I loved these places in PA however they closed up. I used to come to this location when I was vacationing however I stopped a few years back as the conditions and quality had deteriorated. I decided to give them another shot and I was not disappointed, this place has done a 180. I went Friday evening and the manager welcomed everyone entering, once we got thru the line staff asked me if I would like a special pizza made and requested buffalo chicken. It was promptly made. The place was very clean, the food was all fresh and hot and restocked quickly. The breadsticks were hot and cheesy and the cinnamon rolls were fresh and gooey. They had staff going around and taking our plate so we could continue the feasting. The restrooms were clean and they had a balloon guy going around making animals for the kids or adults if your into that kind of thing. I can’t wait to come back to the area to enjoy a nice causal and affordable dinner.

This particular pizza spot shares its location with a Western-themed mini-golf (Bonanza). Using a coupon, feeding myself and three others cost $34, which included pizza, dessert, salad and beverages.

Big variety of pizza and I love that you can request or have a pizza made the way you want it. It's a big place so if you have a lot of family members don't worry, plenty of space to enjoy your food and a nice game room for the kids to eat and play. The only problem is that the buffet price has gone up a few times. Now it's 13.95 for each person with a drink.

We didn't know what to expect when we drove past and decided to stop for some dinner. Its less than $7 for an adult, less for kids, and a LARGE fountain drink is something like $2.50. This is NOT how you might expect. The pizzas (etc) were not left sitting there for ages to go cold or soggy. They are fresh, regularly replaced, and tasty. The variety is brilliant. The staff are friendly and the location is good. It is well sized inside so you won't struggle to find a seat. Highly recommended!

For the most part, it's a good location. There isn't much option with the salad bar, but they are usually on top of making pizzas if you ask them. The staff is friendly. My main complaint with this location would be their customers. They can get pretty rude at times and think you have to get out of their way. They cut you off, and a couple of times have had customers try to take the spatula out of my hand, but this is pretty common for the Orlando/Kissimmee area and the entitlement of the individuals.

Great food. Very busy place tho. There were game and such for the kids too! Salad bar was fantastic.

Pizza was excellent, staff was friendly, and restaurant was clean. They actually put plenty of cheese and toppings on the pizza which is rare for a cici's.

What's not to love about CiCi's? The pizza is plentiful and always fresh because it just keeps cycling through new options. No one would call this gourmet food, but the value for your money is insanely good. Definitely skip a meal before coming here and go nuts on the pizza and soup and salad.

The pizzas are really fresh and diverse, you can request one that you want as well. Salad was fresh too. You can also get pasta, Alfredo, marinara. It's not the healthiest but what buffet is? It's a great value, you'll definitely enjoy the food and be full afterwards!

Manager is an old friend of mine. So I saw the whole place the same way he's always held it up: top notch, clean, and always full of food and variety available at hand. Aside from that, the staff was awesome and provided great customer service😊😊😊😊😊

Very busy fresh food is coming out all the time. If you want something special, just order, and they will make it. Usually there are always coupons for 4.99 plus a LG drink which comes up to roughly 8 or 9 bucks. Desserts were ok. Cinnamon buns warm, warm brownies and some type of strudel I believe apple.

Staff was very polite and quick. The food was tasty and seemed to always be stocked. Especially LOVED the cinnamon bun desert. Definitely would recommend for a fun quality lunch/dinner.

Pizza is great and always fresh. They are constantly cooking them and replenishing the buffet. It is help your self-service. This is good, though, if you're tired after long day and just want to grab something and be in and out. Great value for money

Location is very near the Animal Kingdom park exit. Although it is on the busy 192, you can get to it on Black Lake road. Pizza is nothing to get excited about, but the staff works hard and it's quick and easy. There are always coupons to be had, their is a good senior discount, and cast members get a discount as well.

$10 eat as much as you want pizza , salad , desert. Mixed pizza selection. They will also make up something you want. Parking is easy. Staff friendly. Clean as pretty much as expected. Overall a good experience for the money.

Loved it, really clean and nice staff. Made the pizza we wanted and had various other fresh hot options. Nice location for tourists with a nice mini golf course next door! Best Cicis I’ve been to in a while. Puts a good name on the brand.

We ordered take out from here through the website. It was easy to navigate and the timing was perfect. Upon entry while picking up our pizza, we noticed that there is an all all you can eat pizza buffet for $9.99 for adults, including salad and pasta. Even though our stomachs couldn’t handle all those yummy carbs, it’s a good option for those who are super hungry.

Really friendly staff and yummy pizza. Being from out of state I wasn't expecting the true "serve yourself" type of buffet setting, but otherwise no complaints. They also have a fairly decent sized arcade. This is attached to an adventure golf center.
