We just spent a week with our family at this resort. Our stay here was full of issues and disappointments from the arrival. We arrived late due to a delay in getting our rental car. Here are our multitude of issues: 1. When we arrived the house was 80 degrees. We called the management and they sent someone out who told us that all of the AC is controlled by the main computer and no one turned ours on. it is also set to go no lower than 72 degrees. 2. We found that the house, though made to house 10 people, didn't have enough pots or pans to cook for 2. We had to request extra pans twice. Also, if you plan to cook as we did, there were also very limited other kitchen supplies. Like one serving bowl. 3. They give you 3 sets of towels for each bathroom. This was 12 for us. So, if you have 9 people or 10 like the house advertises, you will have to use the same towel to shower and use at the pool. (You can get an extra set of towels for $5.00.) I was told this was why they had a washer. We had no kitchen towels or dish clothes and had to call to request them. They brought us 2. 4. When we walked into the home, the entire floor was sticky and there was melted chocolate on the hall carpeting and in one bedroom. 5. There is a large sectional in the living area and the entire back was broken on one side, the springs were broken on the other side and the back cushion was ripped. One kitchen cabinet had a broken hinge, as did one of the dressers in one bedroom. The vertical blinds were broken and would not close. 6. Each house has a beautiful pool and what we thought was a hot tub. We were told it was not a hot tub, but a bubbling water feature unless we paid $44 a day to turn on the heat in the hot tub and pool. The pool was a little cloudy when we arrived and on day 2 or 3 we smelled chlorine so we figured it had been treated. This was too late because 3 of my 4 grandchildren had bilateral ear infections from swimming in that pool and our medical bills were around $700. 7. We paid to have a gas grill and when we arrived we noticed no propane tank. We had to call twice to get them to bring it to us. 8. There are no cleaning supplies for the house if you spill or want to clean the counters. 9. There were lots of bugs and small worms in the house. 10. The staff was nice, but not very helpful and did not communicate with each other. 11. They advertise many events during the week. We were attending the ice cream social with the kids and when we couldn't find it, we asked. They said that they did know anyone wanted to do it and the event director was not working. They eventually got everything out but it was an hour and a half later. 11. Lastly, When you are planning your vacation here, you need to know that after the cleaning fee, care package cost, daily amenity fee and taxes, your bill will be at least 27% more than the cost of the house. It was very costly for our family of 9 to go from Chicago to Florida and we wouldn't let this resort ruin our good time. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It was a disappointment from day one to day seven!

Unfortunately - I have to give this a strong negative review. While our accommodations were nice and the resort was very nice, we were shocked to receive a $180 bill after we checked out for sidewalk chalk that our children had done on the sidewalk. This is apparently considered destruction of property even though 5 minutes of cleaning easily removes this. The only response I got was that I should have been charged $500 since that was their minimum charge and I should be happy it was only $180.

We stayed at 400 Burma street. This was a six bedroom home , beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. An added bonus, with 10 guests was two dishwashers. Cooking Christmas dinner was easy with everything on hand . The bedrooms were all en suite . Two bedrooms were Disney themed and our grandchildren were thrilled to stay in them The beds were more comfortable than ours here at home . Lovely decor throughout the rooms The lounge and dining area was more than adequate for 10. Internet great. We only had one problem in 14 days and that was when the patio doors with the alarm attached for pool security, needed it’s battery changing . Jeeves was with us within 10 minutes of reporting the fault, in the evening. Excellent service . Poland hot tub , fabulous. We used the shuttle bus to the parks which we booked with the lovely Christine at the help desk each morning at 7am . . She was always so enthusiastic and helpful with any queries we had , from hiring of a mobility scooter, to booking a minibus to get us all to the airport on departure day . On the day we left , our flights were late afternoon . We were able to get a complimentary 2 hour extension to stay in the house with Jeeves. We have left the house with a 7ft Christmas tree and decorations, as this Is the only addition we would have liked. We would like to thank the Encore reception, the help desk and Jeeves .From arrival to departure everything was handled with great teamwork. (The personal touch of getting us to our house on arrival after a long day on Sunday 19th December at 2100 and getting us milk was over and as far above what we expected, thank you)

We recently stayed at the Encore Resort for a family trip to Disney World. The house was great. We had 8 adults and 5 children that were all easily accommodated in the 8 bedroom house. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool was a nice feature and the dedicated pool bathroom was awesome for the kids. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring large group accommodations. The only negative I would say is that there were only a bare minimum of towels/linens available in the house. With large groups it would be much more convenient if there were a decent amount of spare towels, particularly since the house has a pool and towels get used much more quickly. We enjoyed the offerings from both of the on-site restaurants. Additionally, the water park was absolutely amazing for the kids and adults. This was most raved about feature of the whole stay. Great experience and would consider staying here again when we return.

Encore is an exceptionally beautiful and comfortable place to stay! The whole staff was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The home was beautiful and had every amenity you could think of for traveling. My 7 year old didn’t want to leave. She was happy to have some relaxing play time in the backyard pool! For anyone wanting an exceptionally wonderful vacation stay, I would highly recommend Encore! We’ll be back!

This was our 3rd time at Encore and unfortunately the resort has gone downhill. Now that the resort is fully built the amenities are always packed and anyone is allowed in. The language and fights around the pool was too many to count. The pool staff didn’t care, the house was falling apart, and almost every neighbor was yelling, screaming foul language till the wee hours of the night. I wanted this location to be a 5 star but not anymore.

Great for large family gatherings! We loved our house - 9 bedrooms and a bathroom for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pool was the perfect size if wanting to avoid the large swimming pool at the club house.

We had a wonderful time at Reunion. The water park and restaurant was great! Good service , Julia was our waitress every time and was efficient and professional! The house was big and spacious for our group of 11 , we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms!!!! The house was tired and needed new carpet, curtains and mattresses! We had trouble with the heat in pool and hottub and grill didn’t work, attempts were made to fix but they were unable to do so. In spite of this , the service for repair was fairly prompt and attentive. Everyone was professional and friendly I would return again but just not to this particular house. Location of house was great! We could walk to water park Wonderful time with friends!

My family and I were so excited about our stay initially because we had a wonderful experience the first time we stayed at your resort. This time was totally different and unacceptable. We had issues with the home from the moment we arrived. Please note that I had to contact guest services everyday we stayed in the home and I even had to call multiple times a day at times. There were issues with the cleanliness of the home, issues with appliances in the home not working properly-including the stove. We also had issues with the pool in which the heat could not be turned off. Our stay was an absolute disaster - we were so disappointed, Management did send housekeeping back to the home but all of our concerns were still not addressed. Several attempts were made to repair the stove but we continued to have issues up until our last evening in the home. The electricity to the pool had to be completely disconnected because the heat kept turning on by itself even after it had been turned off. We were refunded the amount of one day's stay for our troubles. Lastly I accidentally left my brand new Keurig on the counter when I left on Sun 6/11 and when I called on 6/12 I was told to do a lost and found report but I learned that I was given wrong information so I went on the wrong site. I was told a couple of days later that I should have gone on a different site to make a report. The Keurig was left on the counter between the two refrigerators and there is no way someone could not see it sitting there. I am being told that it has not been found which tells me that a staff person had to steal it. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied at this point. I would like to be reimbursed for my Keurig which was brand new and has never been used. The price of my Keurig was 59.99 plus taxes

Encore resort at Reunion was pretty neat. Their location was no more than 20 minutes to any Disney resort. The Encore resort itself had many amenities and found many options to meet our needs. For example we need strollers and Encore found a provider and had them delivered to the house. The local grocery store was close and even some outlets. The water park was amazing. You could spend a few hours or all day there. Properties were clean and scan card needed for entry and exit. Awesome place and will return.

We stayed for 2 weeks over Easter. We got little or no sleep as there was a very large group celebrating Passover. They took over the entire resort. Using the roads outside our house as a racetrack at night from approx 10 pm til early morning. Racing slingshot cars and golf buggies, some with young teenagers driving them. Screaming and shouting. Security refused to do anything, we contacted security, Jeeves and Encore. No one was interested in helping. Then to top it off there were 2 huge skips across the road which were changed every morning at approx 6:00/6:30 am. My 7 year old said he couldn’t wait to go home away from all the noise at night. We felt very intimidated, myself and my mum wouldn’t walk through the resort alone. Encore were aware that this was going to be an issue but didn’t feel it was appropriate to let us know beforehand. We had tried to book in elsewhere but they were kind enough to inform us of what would be going on during our planned stay. We ordered a breakfast pack. It took 3 attempts to get all the items ordered. The house was not clean, the carpets were filthy, used contact lenses stuck to the bedside lockers, mites all over the kitchen. I had to throw out so much food. And that’s just some of it. On our departure the cleaner was outside the door at 9:50, she knocked at 10:01 to see if we were ready to leave. We were waiting for transport to pick up our luggage.

We have a few issues at first The home Kitchen was not equipped for the amount of people, we have functionality of the alarm for the pool was driving us crazy and who’s not elite home that we paid for but Mr. Aaron or Erin I believe it’s his name assistant manager. He was amazing with the extra mile to put us in a different home dell was ELITE belongs to a famous UFC Fighter Mr. Jose Aldo we also like to take Mr. Jose auto to share his home with us. We have such a wonderful time beautiful place. Thank you.

When we arrived, the price we were charged was $300 more than our confirmation email. We had to email it to the manager and wait at the counter to get the difference approved. It should have just been corrected. We had the confirmation email. Our check in time was 4pm, and we waited for an hour, with food in our car, before we could get in to our unit. The carpet in our unit was absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure of the individual owner is responsible for that, or the resort. Either way, it was GROSS. We were also there for 9 days and only given two little rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and then told we would be charged for more. The longer your stay, the more paper products you should get. The pillows and bed linens were awful. The fitted sheets would not stay on the bed, the quilt didn't have a duvet cover on it, and the pillows were 8 inches tall and rock hard. Like your neck had to be at 90 degree angle. I wadded up a sweatshirt for my pillow. Our fire alarms kept going off, we had to call for a broom, and our dryer vent had a hole in it and was detached from the wall. On the bright side, the neighborhood was very pretty and clean. The home exteriors we fun and each one different. The home was very clean, (except the carpet being so gross), and had perfect spaces for our family. The garage and washer/dryer were nice and clean. The private pool was great and a must when choosing where to stay.

Hi. In response to the (respectful) reply from the owner, I provided feedback to the staff throughout the week we were there. We had a lot of issues with the house unfortunately, including the air conditioner not working, problems with the pool, things being broken/missing, etc. Issues were fixed throughout the week as we reported them, but having to address issues on an almost daily basis (and then having to wait for them to be fixed to be able to use key benefits of the house like the pool, upstairs/movie room where the AC wasn't working, etc.) hindered our experience and left us disappointed with the large house that we rented for a week for a family reunion.

This is an awesome property for families and friends of all ages to come together and spend high quality time. There are so many things to do in this community- the water part is so much fun, the walking trails, Tennis Court, Beach Volleyball, etc all make it so much fun. Also, the encore staff is just awesome. They are welcoming and warm and go above and beyond to make our stay really great. Even days, when my family and I stayed back in the resort, the experience was fantastic.

We just had 2 weeks in a 5 bed villa which we booked through Virgin. The villa was lovely and clean, comfortable, spacious and the pool was fab. Staff were very nice and helpful... The water park at the resort was also lovely. HOWEVER one Of the main reasons we booked this resort was that it offered shuttle bus services to Disney Parks and we didnt want to hire cars. We found the whole system of booking the shuttles ridiculous. You had to book, in person, an hour before the bus departure. Our villa was a good 15 min walk away across the very busy road. Therefore to book us on the 8am bus, one of our party had to leave our villa circa 6.40am to get to the resort reception to booked on, then walk back to the villa, get ready to go to the park and then leave again at 7.40am to get the bus. We tried the shuttle about 4 times and on 2 occasions it was at least half an hour late. Luckily we didn't have lightening lanes booked that day! After the 2nd time of the bus not arriving when it was supposed to we gave up using them and shelled out a small fortune on Ubers. Please do not book this resort if you plan on relying on their shuttle services for transport.

Elizabeth the Front Desk Check In Attendant and Sarah, the Guest Service Manager were wonderful. They were attentive to our needs & professional. Although the house we stayed at had several issues, these 2 made up for it by being professional, proactive, proficient and personable. The customer service they exhibited and willingness to address concerns make us want to return in the near future. Please reward both of them for a job well done!

We had the best trip ever! We got upgraded to an eight bedroom from a six which fit our family perfectly. Absolutely loved having our own pool and the on-site water park. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thanks so much for all the hard work I know it takes to keep that place running so smooth!

The place is clean when you walk in. You can tell the house was built cheaply though. Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible though. For houses that accommodate 10 people, you would think they have Wi-Fi that could accommodate 10 people.

Great resort with very good amenities. Villa was clean and well equipped and more modern than others we have stayed in previously. Was so close to the parks 10-15 minutes to Disney and 25-30 to universal. Would definitely stay again

Excellent place - well maintained, with good facilities. Check in was easy, and the villa was comfortable and clean on arrival. Villa facilities were very good - everything we needed was there, and of good quality. Pool was a good size, and regularly checked/maintained. Huge amount of space for us, with great entertaining areas both inside and out.

The house was awesome. Service was bad, we arrived on a Saturday. Our pool was broke and had not been cleaned, the toilet on the first floor was broken, and garbage disposal was broken. We called and let them know, and they wanted to argue with us, even though the pool person stated that they knew the pump was broken and had a ticket open for it. The pool was green and covered in algae. On the last two days, someone finally came and cleaned it.

Your home was everything we could have imagined. Had enough space. The rooms were meticulously clean. Our pool was the nest retreat to end our nights. The amenities... Even security gate personel were helpful. Professional and nice to is.

We recently stay at Encore at Reunion. This was our very first family vacation with 19 adults and 4 children. All I can say is WOW!!! The house was outstanding! We went to Disney two days consecutively, but when we go back we will utilize the house for 100% of the time. The pool was all we actually needed! If you’re looking for a place for a family getaway, this is definitely the place!

My family really enjoyed the Encore resort. The house was beautiful and roomy. The pool area was nice. The water park was great. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. I look forward to going back again. The only complaint and suggestion I have is for the resort to update the entrance gate. And also hire an exterminator we did see a few roaches in the kitchen so please I suggest getting it under control before it becomes a big problem. The houses is too nice for that.

Encore Resort was a very convenient place to stay. However, their booking staff was absolutely horrible. The staffing needs more training. I received different answers about the same question. I also cancelled services on some of the amenities, not even 24 hours later I received a call from staff stating my service will be in place. I informed them that it was cancelled less than 24 hours ago and it had been confirmed it was cancelled. However, staff had not completed it. The house was nice but it wasn’t not equipped with all essential items. The home did not have a mop, broom or dust pan.

The houses were nice and big ! They had 11 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms for each . The pools in the homes were nice and the amenities at the clubhouse at the resort were nice . The only big problem we had was that some of the amenities in the home were not available. One of the main amenities that were not available was the movie theaters in both houses . They did not work for our whole trip! But I have to say the staff tried their best and when it could not be fixed they did offer to give us money back for not having use of the movie theaters.

The house we rented was nice and so was the playground and splash pad. We used the shuttle one day and the driver played gospel music which was super nice. This is in a good location close to the parks. Rating 2 stars since the oven didn’t work and they don’t recycle. They said they are trying to offer recycling which seems so strange in 2022.

My family and I had a wonderful experience in our 12 bedroom Elite Home! The home had plenty of parking. The home was very clean inside, free of clutter and very spacious. The theater room was a hit! The seats reclined, they were so comfortable and the sound system was great quality. We loved the hot tub and pool area! Only downsides we were suggested to try heated pool service and it was too hot! I wouldn't recommend it year around. Also we had a noise coming from a locked closet all morning, we called maintenance a woman responded to turn it off. However, it was the hot water heater and because it was reset but not turned on the hot water was off of a a few hours until we noticed during cold showers. No worries the resort staff responded quickly to fix it. The check in and check out processes are quick, simple and efficient. The amenities are excellent and there's so much to do! I would highly recommend the Encore Resort for your next family vacation experience! We can not wait to return! Customer service was prompt and responsive!

This place is huge. Plenty of room. Nice pool and hot tub. Great place to have a get together. Plenty of security in the gated neighborhood. You can only fit so many vehicles in the driveway and you can't park on the street. Very clean

Front desk was friendly. House sheets and some towels was not clean. 3 television did not work. When we ask we was told bill was not paid. Also dishwasher was backup in back up in sink. After they told us everything was good. We tried to use the dishwasher again this time water went all over the floor. We love the water park. Also microwave did not work

I stayed here a year ago and our experience was wonderful. Everything worked properly. But our latest stay was quite different. Our pool was broken, i had to call 5 times to get someone to even come out and look at it. Each time they told me they were putting in a work order for someone to come look at it. When I called the last time the representative said there were no work orders ever put in. It took 4 days for them to tell me the pool needed to be repaired. Absolutely unbelievable! We paid $272 after the $500 deposit to get a warm pool and jacuzzi that never worked. Thank God we were able to get a refund. The house said it would have a movie theater, it did not. Despite the repairs that needed to be done while we were there (broken bed planks and burnt out light bulbs) it was very clean. The children enjoyed the water park, basketball court and beach volleyball. I will never book here again. For $4000 it should have been on point. Assigning a house with a broken pool is unacceptable. We traveled from cold snowy Cleveland, Ohio. We deserved a warm pool!

This place was extremely clean, we paid extra for heated pool and hot tub and the water was very warm. It was also quiet and secure. Ordered delivery from the restaurant and it was delicious. Located very close to the Disney and universal. We had a wonderful experience and we typically stay in the high end hotels at Disney.

Lots of room for the family. Loved having our own private pool to come home to after a long day at the parks. Only thing missing was a grill. Would have been nice to have been able to open up patio doors and enjoy the outside from inside. Also blinds were really messed up in living room. But overall...a great experience and will be back!!! It was to cold to swim during our stay, for us, but it looked nice and fun. We loved playing volleyball and basketball! The lobby and the bathrooms were clean. This area was calm, peaceful, fun, inviting, and we felt safe and secure here! The house we rented was awesome as well!

The staff was very nice and helpful! The food and drink choices were great! The kids loved having their very own pool and hot tub (paid extra for heating). We bought an inflatable duck and they inflated it for free! Everything was amazing and had a very relaxing stay in the warm Florida sun.
