Such a disappointment! Traveling we usually stay at Super 8, but this one was horrible! They advertise HOT breakfast, and serve you granola bars. Better get there before they are gone, same with the coffee too. And if you don't make it for the coffee, better hope the coffee maker in the room works, and they actually give you the coffee(no cream or sugar though). The beds were so uncomfortable, and don't ask for more than the 2 towels they provide or you will be met with eye rolling and feel like you're bothering the front desk lady. The ONLY plus is its next to Food Truck World, Old Town, and many other places to see and visit.

Room was filthy hair in shower cigarette burns in cover mind you it’s all no smoking rooms rips in covers. Staff VERY VERY Unprofessional.. Made what was suppose to be a family birthday celebration turned ugly because they are so disgustingly cheap they couldn’t ever do the right thing for their customers. All my 11 yo niece wanted to do was enjoy her birthday coming to a dirty place after being out over 14 hrs you just wanted to relax . It’s a terrible place good location though

Not the best place but not awful. Had some odd balls wandering around outside at times. The room was clean enough. "Breakfast" was just coffee, juice and cereal bars. Be careful parking as we were told even some spaces near the Denny's actually get towed by them. There is a pool but it's quite small. We were there for 5 nights and never had our towels or sheets changed. There's the food truck set up next door if you fancied it and a dollar tree 2 minutes walk away.

Overall it was a nice stay. the rooms were renovated not that longs ago. The only complaint would be parking is odd. The building sits facing north and south and the rooms face out to the east or west.. the rooms on the west of the building have no parking. You have to park on the opposite side of the building and walk around the building to get to the room. And don’t park on the west side of the building they will tow you. We watched multiple cars all night get towed. Besides that it was worth the price and location.

You get what you get is my summary. But, I’m being asked for a review. The front desk attendant and trainee were very friendly and helpful with check in. So for staff, that’s an A++. As for everything else… First thing, the whole building needs to be pressure washed and cigarette butts/beer bottles need to be picked up. When we walked into our room, it felt humid and smelled funky. Once we turned on the air and returned from dinner, the temp was okay but there was still a funny smell, just not as strong. The room was very dim, even with all the lights on, giving it an even dirtier vibe. The brightest thing was the bathroom and you could see the black grime growing in the corners between the outside of the shower tiles and the floor and how dirty the shower walls were. The carpeting itself was leaving my feet black, as I walk around living spaces without shoes and did the same at this super 8. The beds creaked, the pillows (two per bed only) didn’t match, and the blankets were thin. If you’re a comforter vs quilt type of person, bring your own. The breakfast is a lie. There are signs with options for breakfast restaurants nearby and it also reads “we are serving a limited breakfast.” I guess that’s their way of getting away with still being able to say that breakfast is included, because it’s just hot water/tea, coffee, and granola bars. Across the street there is the world of food trucks, which looked pretty cool at night and Old Town which also looked neat during the day. Not too far from Disney Springs, City Walk, all the parks.

Carpet was wet, old bar of soap left in shower. Tv had crack across middle of screen. Alarm clock flashing 12 but buttons wouldn't work to set time. Bed was comfortable

I know they had rats. They had a big rat trap in my room. And they also had a big rat trap outside with a dead rat in it. That I'm pretty sure I came from one of those rooms caught even probably from the room I was staying in.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! UNSAFE!! This property is dark on one side with the expectation to walk from the back parking lot along the dark walkway with illegal activity surrounding and on the property in the back! When I asked for a room on the other side that had better lighting for my safety, I was denied and then denied a refund!! DON’T STAY AT THIS SUPER 8 location!!

Okay so for $49 a night this room is great. 2 queen beds, they are firm which I do prefer and offered a good night's sleep. Quiet area with little traffic. The black out curtains really did a fantastic job. The AC unit had us freezing, in a good way. Also, it is walking distance (across the parking lot) to multiple food trucks which are open late and across the street from old Town Orlando. The shower pressure is medium, hot is hot, cold is cold. Front desk was all smiles and very nice. There is a $50 deposit which can be paid either by card or cash. The only odd/down side things would be parking is a little different, you can only park around half of the building. There's only one staircase to service the entire back of the building which honestly a big deal but worth mentioning since some may be bothered by it.

If you’re looking for a quick and easy place to stay while visiting the Disney Parks this place is it! Close from the parks, with many food options just across the street. Affordable prices, and friendly staff we would definitely book again! :)

The photos are not of this place. I triple checked I was in the right location. It is Not the pool or front desk. Is nowhere near as nice as the photos. For check-in after 11, you stand outside and use an intercom. Mark Walter 3/15/2023

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We were in the room for maybe 5 minutes and had to run out with the kids. The walls are covered in blood, there are ants on EVERY wall including the bathroom which is so bad they ruined our baby's food in that short time. The appliances, furniture, and floors were covered in scrum. The bathroom walls were covered in black splatters of old fluids. My children have been stuck in the car all morning waiting for them to refund our stay and said they won't release our refund until maintenance gets to work and confirms the pictures and videos we showed them of the room's conditions. My children can't even get their food because the ants ruined it and we can't leave because they won't release our refund. This has been one of the WORST experiences.

Is it the most extravagant place to stay? No, but it's clean and comfortable. They were renovating while we were there but overall the experience was great. The staff were so nice which was a nice change after staying in a resort close by for a conference a few days before who's staff were extremely rude. I rode with a friend down and ended up accidentally leaving my keys to my car in my room and Ivory was kind enough to mail them to me and wouldn't even let me pay shipping. I only have good things to say about my experience here.

Room was smelly, musty & smelled of urine, Poor cleanliness, Concern for safety, room doors did not lock properly and opened right on the outside where there was loud carnival, people walking around with drinks and smoking, talking loudly, car engines roaring loudly til late night. No service during 4 day 3 night stay, No replenishing coffee etc in the room, No change of linens or towels, No internet service or password provided. Full payment demanded at check-in. Overall not a good experience.

awesome affordable hotel near Orlando! perfect location, close to parks and local attractions. the linens and towels could be improved a bit, but that's my only complaint.

I don’t recommend! This place has bedbugs!!!! After I complained and left for the day instead of giving me another room. They sprayed it and assured me no more problems. Two nights later I was bitten again. This I was a six night stay. Cris, the owner would only refund one night. Stay elsewhere!!’

    - No daily room service unless you ask for it. - Entire area/room is pretty run-down. I very much doubt they can last for another 5 years without the roof falling off. - Morning staff doesn't seem all that interested in helping guests. Night staff is much nicer - Price is economical, and location is good for visiting theme parks

I have never stayed at this hotel and after the appalling debacle we had I will never give my business to this hotel or any of their other hotels. We ventured out for a night on the town and ended up at denny's at the end of the night for a quick meal. The Denny's and Super 8 motel share a parking lot. Now we know how Orlando can be so we parked closest to the back of the Denny's. (We have a very large vehicle so we park where there is plenty of room) After paying our bill we walk out and realize our truck is gone. After calling 911 and speaking to them we find out its been towed. So Denny's calls the tow company to explain we were customers. The tow company informs Denny's it was Super 8 who called it in, and explains if Super 8 calls and confirms they will return the truck. So we walk across the lot to super 8. First of the woman behind the counter was enough to infuriate anyone. When I explained the situation I was completely brushed off as "That's not the policy." I informed her to call her boss. After numerous attempts the owner of the Super 8 called the tow company and claims the company refused to bring it back. However all of this comes down to the fact that this specific location has contracted a tow company to take any vehicle out of their lot that does not have a parking pass which is understandable. What I have an issue with is if you are going to do this you need to put clear signs up on what part of the lot is yours. Otherwise people are left thinking they have parked in the correct part of the shared lot and they are surprised with a $500.00 tow bill that could have easily of been avoided if the company had taken some responsibility and put up signs.

My stay was good!! Staff was friendly and everything was clean. We were so close to many stores and the food trucks.

Be very carefully. They tell you that your car has to have a paper to park but they don't give it to you with the room key. They tow your car because you don’t have the paper and when you ask at reception they say "you asked about the paper?" and the crane service is 150 plus I transported to the yard location. Also is more that one guy look around if you forget the paper.

Well bed is okay and that's about the only positive thing I can think of, very dirty carpets probably never been cleaned (washed) it's very very noisy and not peaceful at all. Pool is not at all as in the pictures it's in the middle of the parking lot and there is NOT breakfast included!!! Coffee and a cereal bar only.. continental breakfast does not exist here!! I would not recommend it for more than 1 or 2 nights at the max!

Been here a couple of times the first time was alright the second wasn’t good.. checked in and went to room and room wasn’t so clean the fridge wasn’t working correctly look like it was thawing out with water at the bottom of fridge and wasn’t cleaned room also had a slight smell but didn’t want to complain so I just stayed in room. The next day I check out and they charged my card 50 dollars say I smoked and room and I DID NOT!! Call the hotel once I seen the charges and the girl working in morning hung up on my face so I called back trying to get a hold of a manager and she tells me the manager don’t have a schedule and that she can’t refund the 50 dollars only manager can and that they would be there sometime today but don’t know when.. I called back throw out the day and still haven’t been able to get my money back.. definitely not happy with how they handling me and giving me the run around about my money .. very unprofessional from the front desk to the manager I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here!!

I was only here for a few hours but it's clean they're on the renovation and a couple places so they're going to have very very nice rooms soon enough. But the rooms they have now are very quaint nice clean and AC are on when you get there. Nothing like walking into a room and it takes half the night for your room to chill down. Not this place and like I said I was only there for a few hours but when I woke up they actually have a good breakfast set up for you
