Michele is a special talent. The combination of therapy skills and golf knowledge is first class and professional. She has turned my season around and only wish I had found her studio much sooner. My old body would have thanked me. If you think your body is getting in the way of playing better golf , my best advice is to see Michele.

I've been working with Jesurun for the past 4 or so months and his guidance and attention to detail has dramatically helped me build back a lot of my physical health after suffering a bundle of issues related to post consussion symptoms. The treatments and well thought out exercise plans have been instrumental in my recovery process. I can definitely recommend him and the staff here are very friendly.

One word to describe the services? Amazing. Kaitlyn and Michelle are very welcoming and knowledgable. The access to not only the simulator, but the physio as well change my golf game. Unlocking more rotation and longevity in the game were two key aspects I was looking for. Going to Swinglabs accomplished both of these at an affordable price. Would highly recommend to anyone interested.

I’ve been working virtually with Jesurun since November 2 and I’ve already seen very positive results. My hip mobility (which was the major reason I signed up with Swing Lab) has improved greatly in a short period of time. The sharp pains I used to have in my left hip and neck have stopped! This in turn has allowed me to have a greater range of motion in my golf swing, which has noticeably improved already. I’ve taken many golf lesson but I just couldn’t no matter how much I played and practiced fix my swing faults. I attribute my positive results so far to the physical ‘GOLF’ assessment done by Jesurun to determine my body’s restrictions and the custom exercise program to release those restrictions in phases. Also, Jesurun has helped me go back to the basic fundamentals of the Golf Swing (Setup, Backswing, Downswing, Impact and Finish) and drills to reinforce these fundamentals. The success I’ve had immediately has given me confidence to put in the required work with the exercises and drills. I’m convinced that if you what to improve your golf swing and lower your scores invest in the most important piece of equipment you have and that’s your body.

I’m a 59 year-old, 14 handicap who has taken lessons from various professionals over the past decade. What Kaitlyn and Michelle are doing combining kinesiology, therapy, and swing motion is simply amazing. I’m getting great results on the course surpassing any of my past coaching with added benefit of maximizing my health and long term ability to play the game. Michelle and Kaitlyn are experts who have a true passion for what they do.

My wife Sandra and I started seeing Michele and Kaitlyn at Swing Lab Performance and Therapy about a year ago. I was suffering from spinal stenosis, which was affecting my golf game and my wife just wanted more mobility. Michele and Kaitlyn were a God send…I still fight some stenosis issues, and I always will, but my mobility is much better, my pain is much less and my game improved. Sandra also saw increased mobility and strength and also improved her game Thank you Michele and Kaitlyn Sincerely Kevin Wallwork

I never knew a guru could exist in golf but clearly I was wrong because Michelle & her staff at Swing Lab took my golf game to a completely different level. When we first met, I was hovering around a 10 handicap with multiple frustrations with my golf game. After going through the therapy & motion treatments, I literally thought I was going to play on the PGA tour & quickly found myself playing as a low handicap consistently. I found a new level of confidence in my swing because of the motions I never envisioned creating on my own connecting both the mind & body. Practice makes perfect & the advice shared in all of my sessions definitely are grr ER eta proof of that. I have nothing but praise and compliments to share about my experience with Michelle & Swing Lab and I highly recommend people to do the same and take advantage of the great knowledge & expertise they have to offer.

I've been attending sessions with Kaitlyn at Swing Lab for about six months now. What sets Swing Lab apart is their unique approach that focuses not just on the golf swing, but on the body as a whole. The gym-based exercises recommended by Kaitlyn have had a noticeable impact on my golf swing. These tailored workouts have not only improved my strength and flexibility but have also translated to a more powerful and controlled swing. It's a holistic approach to golf training that I have not seen anywhere else. Kaitlyn's expertise, combined with the welcoming and professional atmosphere at Swing Lab, makes each session both enjoyable and worthwhile. I highly recommend Swing Lab to anyone looking to improve their game.

Seeing Michele has been an incredible game changer to both my golf game and overall fitness. Having been an athlete all my life and ingraining bad mechanical habits from a baseball swing - getting into golf in 2018 meant I brought all those bad habits with me. When a horrible hip injury occurred from a combination of those habits and age catching up, needed to find some answers on how to keep playing this game I fell in love with and not be out of commission for 2-3 days following a round. After seeing a physiotherapist, they diagnosed the issue though had no clue how that injury related to a golf swing. Seeing them I began to feel better until getting back behind a golf ball and reaggravating the injury. Michele's assessment found the issue with my body that the physiotherapist brought forward and her biometric swing analysis found the faults in my swing that caused the injury. That initial assessment alone completely changed the way I look at the golf swing and her workout program designed for my injury made me overall stronger. After 3 sessions I was hitting the ball consistently straight and able to actually go for a walk around the neighbourhood the next day. Before seeing Michele there was NOTHING more demoralizing than being a fit, early 30's adult that couldn't walk for more than 10 minutes without stopping to take a break. After 6 sessions with Michele, saw my 7i carry number go from 145-150 initially to 170yrds. To round this all up, whether there's a nagging injury that's been bothering you or just want to improve your overall golf game and fitness, I highly recommend seeing Michele and her team at Swing Lab.

We started working with Michele and Swing Lab at the beginning of the year. After she performed various 3D analysis on Angelina’s swing, she was able to point out key weaknesses in her fitness. Thanks to Michele’s strength training exercises and attention to detail on her progress, Angelina was able to perform at a very high level in all her tournaments she played in the summer and fall season. Thank you so much Michele and the team at Swing Lab for making Angelina into such a stronger little golfer! Cheers to many years of success together!

Without Michele and as of late Kaitlin.. this old and broken body surely wouldn’t be able to swing a club. After cervical spinal cord injury and surgery left me being able to kind of swing but not with power or proper mechanics nor real balance, I was in search of HELP ! A friend who see’s Michele reco’d I go see her.. I did … Michele did a full assessment and showed me what was needed and how to improve my balance, mobility and strength. I have the pleasure of her stretching and crunching me on the regular. I play 4 times a week stand on a practice range for a few hours at a time and am pleased to say I’m still able to break par here and there. I consider SWING LAB part of my athletic TEAM ! So much so I carry their logo proudly on my bag and recommend to many they set up an appt. for themselves.

In the last year with Swing Labs ("SL") I have gone from a 16 handicap to an 10 handicap. After a full body diagnostic at my initial assessment, SL has continually provided custom exercise plans to improve my co-ordination and strength in targeted areas. Knowing what muscle groups I need to improve has been a huge game changer, one that your average coach cannot offer. During swing sessions Michelle is not only very knowledgeable, but she is very effective at identifying and explaining how I need to change my mechanics. Also, as a former competitive rugby player, I often have prior injuries that pop up from time to time that SL effectively alleviates with athletic therapy and rehabilitation.

Lively and super fun golf instruction at the Swing Lab. What they offer is truly unique, what I call a “secret sauce” ~ a “two for one” deal. Physiotherapy tied to a dynamic fitness program to build a golf centric foundation for your ability to perform and gain from their exceptional swing instruction. Michele is remarkable in her diagnosis and therapy for straight away results (relief), prescribing targeted exercise to the underlying issues. Nick is fantastic in providing personalized guidance on how to perform them, to mobilize and strengthen. Equally important, he makes sure you fully understand the application and benefit to the golf swing. The improvements to my ability and swing are fabulous! Thank you, Michele and Nick!

I connected with Michele of Swing Lab Performance & Therapy through a friend's referral a little over a year ago. I was looking to improve as a new golfer but also had some minor nagging aches and mobility type issues that other therapists had never been able to address completely. Working with Michele through physical therapy and practical training methods (hard work on my part) we have progressed to the point where the nagging aches and mobility type issues have been eliminated. My body feels strong and the practical training has progressed to become more golf specific. Looking forward to a great 2022 golf season...Thanks Michele!

Both of my young golfing daughters have worked with Michele for a couple of years and the results have been fantastic. Her guidance has enable them to perform at a higher level. Michele's deep knowledge and professional training allow her to provide athletic training to address body issues and injuries, to provide fitness training programs to improve stability, mobility and strength, to provide golf swing advice, and to marry all of these pieces together for improved performance and health. Michele is also a great human being, adored by my daughters, and who genuinely cares about every athlete that she works with.

I’ve taken many lessons from top golf professionals in my life, and have done some golf related fitness programs, but Michele is truly the missing link. She can diagnose where your body needs to improve in order to move properly. For me, the key has been to work on hip mobility, which has positively impacted my ability to compress the ball and zero out my club path. You will spend thousands on equipment but your money would be better spent diagnosing why your body is not optimally working for the golf swing. Every serious golfer owes it to himself or herself to visit Swing Lab.

I have been going to Michele for a few years for injury rehabilitation/treatment and she is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I’ve also been able to improve my golf swing significantly with Michele, as she provides effective tools/tips that you can takeaway and practice at home! She explains each movement thoroughly so that you can understand body mechanics in a simple way. I absolutely recommend seeing Michele if you have an injury and/or want to improve your golf performance.

When I first started with Michele last December, she did a 3D motion Capture analysis of my swing. As a new golfer, my swing was not consistent, Michele and Nick started to work on improving my Strength and Stability to make a better and more consistent swing. Throughout these two months of training, I have seen big improvements on my swing. They are so professional, knowledgeable and responsible. I have enjoyed every workout session with them. Many Thanks to Michele and Nick @Swing Lab performance💕💕

Working with Michele has improved my golf game significantly. She is talented, innovative and customizes her approach based on her client’s needs. It’s hard to believe that less than two years ago, I had never golfed and now my swing is solidly developed and my club distances are increasing. With Michele’s customized home exercise program, you can get the most benefit out of your sessions. I highly recommend Michele Liew and Swing Lab - they are dedicated professionals who really make a difference.
