Don’t want future readers to believe this was remedied.’ Came here because of the good reviews on timeliness and professionalism but it seems to be false. Inquired on their site for an appointment and got 5 calls within 3 hours on the same day when I specifically said to call after 6pm. Made an appointment anyways for 1145 on a Saturday. Got a call a day before to come in at 1130. I get there at 1125 wait over 30 minutes. They kept telling me 5 more minutes. I told them i had another appointment. Decided to leave after 12pm because I needed to leave by 1230 ish for the other appointment. They said it'll be soon and they can get an first time oral exam, panoramic X-Ray, and a 30 min teeth cleaning done within 30 minutes. Which didn't make sense and means it'll be a rushed job. Hope they do not treat current and any new patients like this. Don't normally write reviews, but here I am and furious too, for wasting my time.

The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable. I have only been here twice and my treatments have been great. Dr. Zina is very knowledgeable and actually cares about the health of your teeth. Highly recommend royal Crest Dentistry.

I had a root canal done last year and needed a crown over my molar to protect it. Called several dental offices and decided on Royal Crest Dentistry due to their stellar reviews and professional demeanor on the phone. Their quote was also very reasonable. I went in for my first session this past weekend and had a pleasant experience. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The office was clean. And Dr. Alwash was patient, personable, and thorough with her examination. I felt that I was in good hands and would recommend her practice.

Our go to place for dental check-up! The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable. We have done several dental procedures and Dr. Zina does a clean job with utmost care. The cost is very reasonable and she recommends treatment only after explaining the situation clearly.

My implant crown was loose and bothers me. Also I worried something happened to my implant. So I found them. It’s very easy to make an appointment for new visitors. People are professional and very friendly. Solve my problems right away. Also explain to me about everything happening so I can feel more comfortable with it. Highly recommend.

My family have been going to this dental office for many years. Had many fillings done as well as dentures. Always amazing painless treatment. Amazing wonderful staff especially Toula, the kindest sweetest person ever, she makes me feel welcome and take her time explaining everything. Dr Zina is the best. I will never go anywhere else.

I have never been to a dentistry where I felt at ease and confident that I am in good hands. Wendy is the hygienist I have been going to, she is very gentle and thorough with the cleaning. She is very patient and ensures that I am comfortable at all times during my appointments with her. Dr. Zina and her team from the front end to back end are very professional, humble and always willing to addresss my questions and concerns so I am not left in the dark. I have been going to this office since about 2002. Since Dr Alwash has taken over the facility and patient care has been the best it has ever been. She is very thorough and truely cares about her patients. Anne at the front desk has been amazing since I have began going. Always a seamless process and a pleasure to deal with. I had a great experience with Royal Crest Dentistry. All of the staff I met during my visit were very friendly and extremely helpful. Being 32 weeks pregnant they were extremely understanding when I asked not to do fluoride or X-rays. I plan to switch dentists and make Royal Crest my go to location for yearly check ups. The only downside is that they were unable to do direct billing to my insurance company, but they were able to put the claim straight through for me as to not make it a stressful experience. Zeena Alwash is a superb dentist, very caring, and all of the support staff are very professional and take great care to ensure patients are at ease.
